2.Problems in the research of medical humanities and social science in higher medical college and its countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(5):466-468
Due accomplishments in the research of medical humanities and social science in higher medical college was failed to achieve due to the problems of improper intellectual structure of the researchers, prejudices toward this discipline,non-mainstream,non-profession and poor research environment. This article brings forward three proposals which may improve the research of medical humanities and social science, namly the establishment of independent discipline, the system of training and practice for researchers and the construction of problem-centered interdisciplinary research platform.
3.Separation of digestive system cancer stem cells
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(3):215-218
The separation of digestive system cancer stem cells (CSCs) is the first step of the study of stem cell.At present, there are three methods of separation of the digestive system CSCs:cell phenotype sorting, side population cell sorting and serum-free culture. The separation of digestive system CSCs is based on these three methods or be improved to a higher proportion of CSCs.
4.Effects of different prenatal stimulation on fearful behavior of rat offspring
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2011;20(10):893-895
Objective To investigate the effect of different prenatal stimulation on fearful behavior of offspring. Methods On gestational days 11,primigravid female rats were randomly assigned to three groups:enriched group, stressed group and the control group.Only male offspring were used in the present study.Open field test and the defensive withdrawal test were performed at P25,P45 and P60.Results1.Open-field test:PS offspring at any age had greater central grille time, decreased total cross number and stand number than their corresponding controls (all P < 0.05 ).On the contrary, the prenatal enriched offspring at 25 days of age had increased total cross number ( 101.75 ± 11.87 ;89.13 ± 11.20 ; P < 0.05 ) and shorter central grille time ( ( 1.88 ± 0.64) s;(3.63 ± 1.41 )s; P < 0.05) than their controls.2.Defensive-withdrawal test:when compare to the controls,PS offspring had greater latencies at P25,greater latencies and decreased number of exits from the chamber at P45,and greater latencies, decreased number of exits from the chamber and increased time in the chamber with restraint at P60 ( all P < 0.05 ).On the contrary, the prenatal enriched offspring at 25 days of age had shorter latencies ( ( 10.43 ± 4.27 ) s; ( 22.16 ± 4.50) s; P < 0.05 ) and increased number of exits from the chamber than their controis (6.34 ± 1.03 ;3.94 ± 1.08 ; P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Environmental enrichment during pregnancy only can decrease fearfulness and enhance exploratory behavior of their infancy offspring.
5.Determination and application of Cytokeratin fragment 21-1, cancer antigen153, neuron-specific enolase in patients with lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(5):584-586
Objective To investigate the contents of cytokeratin fragment 21-1 (CYFRA21-1),cancer antigen-153(CA153) and neuron-specific enolase (NSE)in patients wuth lung cancer. Methods 60 cases with lung cancer using single and combined determination serum CYFRA21-1, CA153 and NSE levels by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results The contents of CYFRA21-1 ,CA125 and NSE in lung cancer were significantly higher than the control group(t = 2.811,2.845,2.901,2.795,2.759,2.811,2. 852,2.799,2. 816, all P < 0. 01); The content of CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell carcinoma were higher than that small cell undifferentiated carcinoma(t = 2. 214, P <0. 05) ;The content of NSE in squamous cell carcinoma group were lower than small cell undifferentiated carcinoma (t = 2.312,P < 0.05) ;The content of CA125 in adeno-carcinoma were higher than the higher squamous cell carcinoma scales cancer(t = 2. 177, P < 0. 05); The positive rate of combined detection of CYFRA21-1 + CA153 + NSE (86. 4%)was significantly higher than the single test(x2 =3.786,P <0.05) ;The combined detection of sensitivity and negative predictive value was significantly higher than single detection (x2 = 3. 846,3. 877, all P < 0. 05).Conclusion The combined determination could make up for missed diagnosis, and had some clinical value.
6.Counselors' and therapists' interpersonal personality and ethical behavior in dual relationship
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(1):19-24
Objective:To investigate the relation of counselors'and therapists'interpersonal personality on the ethical behavior of dual relationship. Methods:Totally 177 practitioners (21-65 years old) were investigated with 4 interpersonal personality subscales of the Chinese Personality Inventory (CPAI) and the Questionnaire of the attitude of counselors to the ethical behavior of dual relationship. Results:There were no differences of 4 dimension of interpersonal personality on the 6 items of professional relationship between higher and lower groups (Ps > 0.05),but on the other 5 types of dual relations respectively, there were 6 (9%),10 (15%),12 (18%) and 21 items'(32%) score showing statistically difference (Ps < 0.05).Furthermore,more items had score difference on social relationship. Conclusion:It suggests that the counselors'and therapists'interpersonal personality may be related to the ethical behavior in dual relationship.
7.Association of Apo-E gene polymorphism with biochemical and lipid metabolism parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy of Hui and Han populations in Gansu Province
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
Objective To study the association of apolipoprotein ( Apo) E gene polymorphism with difference in biochemical metabolism of diabetic nephropathy of Hui and Han populations. Methods ApoE genotype was determined by PCR-RFLP in diabetic patients with or without diabetic nephropathy (DN) and normal peoples in Hui and Han peoples, the related biochemical parameters were simultaneously detected. Results (1) Huis had 3 genotypes, i. e. E2/E3, E3/E3 and E3/E4, and their frequencies were 0. 043, 0. 894 and 0. 064, respectively. Hans had 5 genetypes, i. e. E2/E2, E2/E3 , E2/E4, E3/E3 and E3/E4, and their frequencies were 0.075,0.060, 0.164, 0.642 and 0.060, respectively. The frequencies of 3 alleles, E2, E3 and E4, in Huis and Hans were 0.021, 0.947, 0.032 and 0.187, 0. 702, 0.112, respectively. The results showed that difference in frequencies of genotypes and alleles of Huis and Hans was very significant (both P
8.Research progress of correlation between NF-?B and CPB
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-?B) is an important transcription factor in the expression of many inflammatory media. With the recent progress of molecular biological technique, the modulated mechanism of NF-?B in immunity, stress, inflammatory responses, and the differentiation and growth of lymphocyte has been the focus. This review presents the role of NF-?B in ischemia-reperfusion and cardiopulmonary bypass, and the research progression of intervention therapy in inhibition of the activation of NF-?B is also introduced herein after.
