2.The comparison of the efficacy of different anti -tuberculosis schemes in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(19):2915-2918
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified anti -tuberculosis scheme in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis. Methods 60 cases with tuberculous meningitis were randomly divided into two groups. We enrolled 30 patients in each group. The traditional anti -tuberculosis group used traditional anti -tuberculosis scheme with isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, streptomycin, and the modified anti -tuberculosis group was given isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, levofloxacin, the treatment course of tuberculous meningitis was 12 months. The efficacy and safety through clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations, the dynamic changes of cerebrospinal fluid were evaluated by statistical methods. Results The total effective rate of the modified anti -tuberculosis group was significantly higher than the traditional anti -tuberculosis group(86.6% vs.63.3%,χ2 =4.36,P <0.05).The cerebrospinal fluid routine and biochemical index in the modified anti -tuberculosis group were obviously superior to the traditional anti -tuberculosis group after treatment(all P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(26.6% vs.16.7%,χ2 =0.88,P >0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with other first -line anti -tuberculosis drugs, glucocorticoids, dehydration and other comprehensive measures improved brain function for the treatment of tuberculous meningitis is recommended.
3.The research of the brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with the whole radiotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer patients with brain metastasis
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(12):835-837
Objective To compare the efficacy between the brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with the whole radiotherapy group (treatment group) and only radiotherapy group (control group) in non-small cell lung cancer patients with brain metastases. Methods The clinical data of 53 non-small cell lung cancer patients with brain metastasis were retrospectively reviewed, including 27 cases in treatment group and 26 cases in control group. Results The remission rates were 77.8 % (21/27) and 69.2 % (18/26) respectively in treatment group and control group. The improvement rates of Kamofsky in the treatment group and control group were 66.7 % (18/27) and 30.8 % (8/26),the stable rates were 22.2 % (6/27) and 30.8 % (8/26),the decrease rates were 11.1% (3/27) and 38.5 % (10/26).The remission rates of clinical sympotoms were 92.6 % (25/27) and 69.2 % (18/26) respectively in treatment group and control group. The difference of remission rate between two groups has no statistic significance (P > 0.05),while the difference of the quality of life and clinical sympotoms between two groups were significant respectively (P < 0.05).Conclusion The brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with the whole radiotherapy can relieve clinical sympotoms and improve the quality of life of patients, and may play a role on improving the effect of radiotherapy.
4.Effects of CD46-siRNA silencing on proliferation and metastasis of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2014;(8):564-567
Objective To establish and observe the effects of CD46-siRNA on proliferation,in-vasion and metastasis of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell. Methods The pEGFP-C1-CD46 siRNA was established and transfected into the MCF-7 cell.Changes in CD46 mRNA and protein expression were test-ed and variation of invasion and migration capacity in MCF-7 /CD46-siRNA cell was also observed. Results Compared with the control group and scrambled group, the expression of CD46 mRNA was significantly decreased(P <0.05)and CD46 protein expression was also suppressed in the MCF-7 cells of the silence group.Proliferation activity of MCF-7 cell in the control group and scrambled group was gradually in-creased with the time, but this phenomenon was not obvious in the silence group. At the 3th and 4th day af-ter transcription, differences in proliferation activity were significant among the groups, and activity in the silent group was significantly lower than the other two groups(P <0.05).Counts in invasion and migration of MCF-7 cell in the control group and scrambled group were significantly higher than the silent group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion The expression vector of pEGFP-C1-CD46 siRNA can suppress the CD46 mRNA and protein expression in MCF-7 human breast cancer cell and reduce the capacity in proliferation activity, invasion and migration.
5.Executive Function in Obsessive-compulsive Disorder:A Review
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
This paper reviewed the existing literatures of executive function in obsessive -compulsive disorder (OCD) patients, and critically examined four neurocognitive tests in the recent ten years' studies, including stroop task, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),London tower, and Trail-making test. In addition, we discuss the problems occurred in the past experiments, and put forward suggestions for further studies.
6.Recent effects of IMRT plus gemcitabine for locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(2):91-93,97
Objective To evaluate the recent effects of IMRT plus gemcitabine for locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods The data of forty-five patients were retrospectively reviewed. The treatment group consisted of 23 cases, treated with sequential same chemotherapy regimens and IMRT,the control group consisted of 22 cases, receiving same chemotherapy regimens after two cycles of gemcitabine and cisplatin induction chemotherapy.Resuls The remission rates were 65.2 % (15/23) and 31.8 % (7/22) respectively in treatment and control group. The 1 year survival rates were 66.4 % and 45.0 % respectively in treatment and control group. The remission rates and 1 year survival rates were significant different between two groups (both P < 0.05).Conclusion The short-term effect of sequential chemotherapy and IMRT is better than chemotherapy and the adverse events can be better tolerated.
7.Discussion about Current Pathological Education as Abnormal Morphology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
With the rapid development of high science and technology, new teaching methods related to computer and electronic message techniques, have been applied to the recent medical education.Classical pathological teaching model has been gradually replaced by the modern way. This paper reports our teaching reformed practice by using the new technology and form the current educational theory.
8.Study on college students′psychological stress feeling in Hainan province
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(4):502-505
Objective The objective of this study is to investigate the psychological stress status of Chinese college students ,and to provide evidence for mental health education in colleges and universities .Methods A random sampling method was conducted to perform the questionnaire (psychological stress scale for college students by Zhang Lin ,Che Wenbo ,etc .) on psychological stress a‐mong 205 college students .Results The main sources of psychological stress on college students were job‐seeking pressure ,school pressure ,academic pressure ,emotion pressure and interpersonal pressure .The scores on college environment and learning task stress of engineering and technology students were significantly higher than other divisions (P< 0 .05) .Male students showed markedly higher stress level than female students in love pressure ,inferiority pressure and academic pressure (P< 0 .05) .The scores on frustration pressure and family pressure of students with siblings were significantly higher than students from one‐child family (P<0 .05) .The scores on family pressure of rural students were significantly higher than those from towns and cities (P<0 .01) .Conclusion The psychological stress of college students in Hainan province are overall in good condition .There are some differences among different groups .We should pay more attention to college students′mental health problems ,and make separate counseling according to the profession and family background difference .
