1.Facial hormone-dependent dermatitis: a clinical analysis of 68 cases
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(3):164-166
Objective To explore the incidence of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, and to raise the healing rate of it. Methods We applied non-steroid drug topically, cold compress combined with anti-histamine agents to treat facial hormone-dependent dermatitis in 68 cases. The results were compared before and after the treatment. Results There were significantly clinical effects of non-steroid drug topically, cold compress combined with antihistamine agents on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, with healing rate of 82. 4 % , and effective rate of 100 %. Conclusions In order to reduce the incidence of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, we should follow the principal of applying steroid agent strictly to treat facial dermatitis. Meanwhile, there is significantly clinical effects of non-steroid drug with topical use and cold compress combined with antihistamine agents on facial steroid-dependent dermatitis.
2.Literature Analysis of 1 Case of Allergic Dermatitis Induced by Meropenem
China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction caused by meropenem, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.METHODS:Vesicle and bullous change occurring in one patient with allergic dermatitis, age of 80,treated with meropenem were analyzed.Literatures about meropenem-induced ADR reported in domestic pharmaceutical journals from Jan.1994 to Dec.2009 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Meropenem rarely caused ADR.The most clinical manifestations were diarrhea, rash and abnormality of liver function.CONCLUSION:Meropenem-induced ADR case is rare as well as allergic dermatitis.Great importance should be attached to meropenem-induced ADR.

4.Evaluation of visual function in cataract patients after phacoemulsification
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(4):377-380
Lens opacity attenuates the contrast sensitivity and clarity of eye due to scattering of light, which leads to poor vision in cataract patients.Phacoemulsification with primary intraocular lens is the primary surgical approach. Some complaints of vision discomfort commonly occur although the vision acuity is good.It is,therefore, vital for us to seek an objective evaluation system of visual quality after cataract surgery.Contrast sensitivity test and visual questionnaire offer valuable input for this issue.Contrast sensitivity can estimate vision function more accurately to better measure visual impairment preoperatively and vision outcome after cataract extraction.
6.Therapeutic effects of the losartan combined with atorvastatin on the patients with diabetic nephropathy
Journal of Chinese Physician 2012;(11):1490-1492
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of the losartan combined with atorvastatin on patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 122 patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups,61 cases in the control group were received conventional therapy and added the losartan,61 cases in the observation group were treated by atorvastatin on the basis of the control group. The treatment time was 12weeks for each group. After 12 weeks, the systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol (TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),fasting blood glucose (FBG),urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),serum creatinine (Scr),and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAIc) were measured. Results The total effective rate was 93.44% in the observation group, and 75.41% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference between two groups (x2 =7.54,P < 0.01).After 12 weeks, the SBP and DBP were all changed more than before,DBP decreased more significantly (SBP:t =16.25,17.34,P <0.01 ;DBP:t =18.10,17.04,P <0.01); FBG,UAER,and HbAlc in the control group were significantly reduced (P < 0.05) ; the TG,TC,LDL,-C HDL,-CFBG,UAER,Scr,and HbAlc of the observed group were significantly reduced more, too.TG,TC,UAER,and Scr of the observed group were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The losartan combined with atorvastatin that were used to treat patients with DN can reduce the urine albumin and protect the renal function.
7.Research progress in genetic susceptibility to alcoholic liver disease
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(2):379-383
Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is one of the most common chronic liver diseases in clinical practice with a complicated pathogenesis.Genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of ALD and might be the potential targets for the treatment of ALD.This article reviews the susceptibility genes associated with ALD in recent years and points out that the exploration of the mechanisms of action of these genes in the development and progression of ALD can provide a theoretical basis for effective evaluation, diagnosis, and prevention and treatment of ALD in clinical practice.
9.CXCL5/CXCR2 biological axis in pancreatic cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(2):148-150
The proliferation, progression and metastasis of pancreatic cancer are complicated processes caused by muhiple factors.C-X-C motif ligand 5 (CXCL5) can recognize and bind to C-X-C motif receptor 2 (CXCR2),and activate or regulate the expression of signaling pathway by autocrine or paracrine pathway in cells.CXCL5/CXCR2 biological axis plays important roles in proliferation, adhesion, progression, metastasis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer, and is also associated with the angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis of pancreatic cancer. So,direct or indirect regulation of CXCL5/CXCR2 expression in pancreatic cancer can be effective for target therapy of pancreatic cancer.
10.The effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solution on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells
Practical Oncology Journal 2015;(4):333-336
Objective To evaluate the effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solu-tion on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of ginseng polysaccharides injections(12.5μL/mL,25μL/mL,50μL/mL or 100μL/mL),and phosphate buffer saline was served as control. The invasive ability, transfer ability and protein expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2 ( MMP-2 ) and matrix metalloproteinases-9 ( MMP-9 ) were determined via transwell matrigel invasive test, scratch test and Western Blot, respectively. Results Ginseng pol-ysaccharide injection on invasive ability and transfer ability in vitro of MCF-7 cell had significant role in inhibi-ting effect, and showed dose and time dependent. After ginseng polysaccharides injection treatment, the MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression significantly reduced, and showed dose and time dependent manner. Conclusion Ginseng polysaccharides injection is able to inhibit the invasion and transfer in MCF -7 cells. Moreover, theregulation of MMP -2 and MMP -9 expression may be involved in this effect.
