1.Determination of Salivary Drug Concentration of Gentamicin and Its Clinic Significance
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the correlation between salivary drug concentration and blood, drug level its clinic sig-nificance.METHODS:The salivary drug concentration and blood drug level of gentamicin of15volunteer cases were deter-mined by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS:Both blood drug level and salivary drug concentration of gentamicin reached to peak level1hour after medication.CONCLUSION:The blood drug level of gentamicin and the salivary drug concentration of gentamicin are positively correlated,i.e.it is possible for salivary to substitute for blood in the therapeutic drug monitoring of gentamicin.
2.Clinical Pharmacists' Practice in Drug Treatment and Pharmaceutical Care
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the approach for clinical pharmacists to participate in the drug treatment.METHODS:The contents and importance for clinical pharmacist to participate in ward rounds and discuss with doctors about the optimal dosage regimen were introduced.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:A satisfactory outcome was able to be achieved through efforts of both clinical pharmacists and physicians to modify and work out a new individualized dosage regimen.Clinical pharmacists can offer direct, responsible drug-related pharmaceutical care for patients by making fully use of the related pharmaceutical knowledge they have mastered.
3.The anesthesia effect in patients undergoing artificial abortion treated with droperidol and pethidine hydro-chloride in combination with paracervical block
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(8):1154-1156
Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of droperidol and pethidine hydrochloride in combina-tion with paracervical block in artificial abortion. Methods 386 patients undergoing artificial abortion were admitted. They were randomly divided into the two groups. The study group(193 cases)was treated with droperidol and pethi-dine hydrochloride in combination with paracervical block, while the control group (193 cases)was treated with droperidol and pethidine hydrochloride only. The analgesic effect, hemodynamics, cervix relaxation and side effects between the two groups were compared. Results The analgesic effect of the study group was 9 1 .7%,which was much higher than 72.0% of the control group(χ2 =25.198,P<0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups in hemodynamics(t=4.545,3.674,all P<0.01).The total cervix relaxation were 102 cases, and partly cervix relaxation were 69 cases in the study group, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (69 cases,60 cases,respectively;Z=4.643,P<0.01).There was no difference between side effects except for abor-tion syndrome(χ2 =7.580,P=0.006).Conclusion Droperidol and pethidine hydrochloride in combination with paracervical block have an excellent effect on artificial abortion.
4.Influence on Determination of Cyclosporine Whole Blood Samples When Prepared
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
0.05),with the determination result of the whole blood-diluted sample more similar to that of the undiluated one.CONCLUSION:Whole blood sample of cyclosporine can be stored stably at room temperature at least for 2 weeks.Cold storage is the best storage method and blank whole blood was proved to be the best dilution solvent.
5.The Anesthetic Management tbr the Operation of lntracramal Aneurysm
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the principle of anesthetic management for intracranial aneurysm.Method:The anesthetic regimens of 34 cases of intracranial aneurysm were analyzed.Controlled lowering of blood pressure and protective measures for brain were implemented introperatively to prevent rapture of cerebral aneurysm and postoperative cerebrovascular spasm.Intraoperative ECG,MAP,HR,NIBP and SPO2 were monitored and the HR,MAP before and after induction phase were compare.Result:The effects of anesthesia and lowering of Bp were satisfactory,no death occurred intraoperative!y,and aneurysm ruptured m one case. The H-Rs of whole group during induction phase were not decreased as compared with those before induction phase, and the decrease of MAP was extremely significant as compared with that after induction phase. Conclusion:The effect on parts of brain should be considered when choosing narcotics and hypotensors.Perioperative brian protection could reduce the postoperative incidence rates of arterial spasm and cerebral infarction.
6.Modern prevention strategies of cervical cancer.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2007;29(5):575-578
Cervical cancer is the most common malignancy of the female genital tract. Its incidence is still increasing with lower average onset age. Mass screening should be above prevention and treatment, and three screening programs, including the optimal program, the general program, and the basic program, are currently adopted in China. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) , a precancerous lesion, can be confirmed by the combined use of cytology, colposcopy, and histology and then managed with standardized approach. Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is an essential factor during the development of cervical cancer, and persistent infection of high-risk HPVs may lead to CIN and subsequently develop to cervical cancer. High-risk HPV detection can be used for screening, differentiation of the atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance/ low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (ASCUS/LSIL) triage, and follow-up after treatment. The modern strategy of HPV infection is "to treat the disease, CIN, means to treat the virus, HPV". The licensing of HPV vaccine is an important event in cancer prevention, and this vaccine can be used for the primary prevention. However, early diagnosis and early treatment are still the most basic strategies for cervical cancer prevention and treatment.

9.Factors of resilience of primary caregivers of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy
Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(6):5-10
Objective To investigate the resilience of primary caregivers of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and explore the influencing factors. Methods General information questionnaire and Cornor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) were used in the survey among 173 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy as well as their primary caregivers. Results The score of resilience of primary caregivers was (70.76 ±13.34), at middle or above level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that caregivers'resilience was affected by gender, age, family income and religious belief (all P<0.05). Conclusion The resilience among primary caregivers of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy is at a relatively high level. Clinically, we should pay more attention to female and young patients with lower family income and no religious beliefs.
10.Clinical Distribution and Antibiotic Resistance of 1909 Stains of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(12):-
Objective To discuss the clinical distribution and antibiotic resistance of 1909 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)to 19 antibiotics. Methods To collect and isolate clinical specimens from Jan to Dec in 2007,and analysis the drug resistance of 1909 stains of PA.Results The top three departments of infection rnte are Senior Officials inpatient Ward(38.9%),Neurology Department(28.1%)and Pneumology Department(19.58%).The drug with the highest level of antibiotic resistance is Trimethoprin/Sulfa(96.3%),the second one is Tetracycline(95.3%),and drugs with low level antibiotic resistance are imipenem(39.8%),Ceftazidime(29%),Piperacillin/Tazobactam(28%),amikacin(14%),respectively.Conclusion PA is a main pathogenic bacteria for bedridden patients and critically ill patients in ICU.It's important to choose antibiotics reasonably, and it's necessary to acontrol the path of hospital-acquired infection.
