1.Determination of the activity of anti-F Ⅹ a and anti-F Ⅱ a of heparin by micro-chromogenic substrate methods
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2010;31(1):45-47
Purpose Semi-macro-chromogenic substrate methods have been adopted by British Pharmacopoeia to determine the anti-F Ⅹ a activity and anti-F Ⅱ a activity of low molecular weight heparin. Based on the above methods, the micro-chromogenic substrate methods were established to determine the anti-F Ⅹ a and anti-F Ⅱ a activity of heparins. Methods After the adjustment of the concentration of reagents and the whole volume of the test, 96-well microplates and the microplate spectrophotometer have been used to determine the absorbance. Results Six samples of heparin's potencies of anti-F Ⅹ a and anti-F Ⅱ a have been determined. The test results show that the errors of the tests are small and the repeatability is good. Conclusion Micro-chromogenic method can be used to determine the activity of anti-F Ⅹ a and anti-F Ⅱ a of heparins. This method improved the efficiency of the test and decreased the cost of the test. Mow the chromogenic substrate methods are being considered as the pharmacopoeia methods to substitute the anticoagulant methods.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2014;30(6):419-421
Public-private partnership(PPP)serves as a useful attempt for an adjustment of existing number of public hospitals and incremental development of private hospitals in an effort to implement policies of the health reform and optimize the allocation of medical resources.Investment-OperationTurnover(IOT) is a way to introduce the PPP practice, regarded as an institutional innovation in reforming public hospitals. This paper traced back the IOT model in its development and analyzed its connotation and form,as well as its strengths and weaknesses in a feasibility study, and presented the existing IOT projects in China for reference and open discussion.
4.Expression of macrophage inlfammatory protein 1αin mice with viral myocarditis
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2013;(10):964-967
Objective To detect the expression of macrophage inlfammatory protein 1α(MIP-1α) in the myocardium of viral myocarditis (VMC) mice at different phases. Methods A total of 120 4-week-old male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 2 groups, 80 in the VMC group and 40 in the control group. Mice in VMC group were inoculated intraperitoneally with coxsackievirus B3 to build VMC models, while mice in control group were treated with DMEM cultivate liquid. Ten mice of each group were sacriifced on days 3, 7, 15 and 30 after treatment and their heart tissues were collected for analysis. The level of MIP-1αin the myocardium was determined by immunohistochemistry. Myocardial histopathology was examined with hematoxylin and eosin stain. In addition, the relationship between the level of MIP-1αand the degree of myocardial lesion was investigated. Results The expression of myocardial MIP-1αprotein in VMC group was up-regulated in myocardium on day 3 after inoculation of virus, and slowly decreased after the peak on day 7, but still sustained a high level on day 30. Compared with the control group, the levels of MIP-1αin VMC group were increased signiifcantly at every phase (P<0.05). Furthermore, positive correlation was found between MIP-1αprotein expression levels and myocardial histopathologic scores in VMC group (r=0.94, P<0.01). Conclusion The up-regulated expression of MIP-1αmay play a critical role in the pathogenic mechanisms of viral myocarditis.

7.CXCL5/CXCR2 biological axis in pancreatic cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(2):148-150
The proliferation, progression and metastasis of pancreatic cancer are complicated processes caused by muhiple factors.C-X-C motif ligand 5 (CXCL5) can recognize and bind to C-X-C motif receptor 2 (CXCR2),and activate or regulate the expression of signaling pathway by autocrine or paracrine pathway in cells.CXCL5/CXCR2 biological axis plays important roles in proliferation, adhesion, progression, metastasis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer, and is also associated with the angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis of pancreatic cancer. So,direct or indirect regulation of CXCL5/CXCR2 expression in pancreatic cancer can be effective for target therapy of pancreatic cancer.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE: To study whether the therapeutic action of compound glycyrrhizin(SNMC) on allergic disorders can be achieved through inhibition on the expression of chemotactic factors in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC).METHODS: PBMC of 15 healthy subjects were obtained and divided into 4 drug-treated groups: SNMC group, dexamethasone group, mizolastine group, and loratadine group;meanwhile,a positive control group(proinflammatory stimulant was added) and a negative control group(no proinflammatory stimulant was added) were used as control.Fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction was employed to determine the mRNA expression of the chemotatic factors including RANTES,MCP-1,MIP-1? and ELISA was employed to detect their concentrations in supernatant.RESULTS: In the positive control group, both the mRNA expressions and the concentrations of the 3 chemotatic factors increased significantly, and which were significantly lower in the drug-treatment groups than in the positive control group. There were significant differences between the positive control group and dexamethasone-treated group or SNMC-treated group in the expression of MIP-1? mRNA(P

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Objective To establish a high sensitive spectrophotometry for determination of trace cadmium in the water. Methods A complicated ion-association complex of Cd(Ⅱ)-potassium iodide-malachite green was formed in the phosphate acid, and the addition of gelatine could enhance the sensitivity of the reaction. The maximum absorption of the ion-association complex was at 680 nm,the effect of experimental conditions such as the reagents concentration, the temperature and the influence of foreign matters were considered. Results In the optimum condition(6.0 ml of 40% potassium iodide-aseorbic acid solution,0.5 ml of 5.0 mol/L phosphate acid solution,0.5 ml of 0.5% gelatine solution,1.5 ml of 1.0?10~(-3)mol/L malachite green solution in a 25ml volumetric flask, diluted with water and mixed well and determined immediately),the linear regression equation was △A=0.011+ 0.957 c,r=0.998 5.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.02 ?g/ml to 0.80 ?g/ml for Cd(Ⅱ)and the limit detection was 0.02 ?g/ ml.The composing ratio of the complex was MG:Cd:I=2:1:4,and its apparent molar absorptivity coefficient was 1.08?10~5 L/(mol? cm).The recovery rates of Cd(Ⅱ)were 97.0%-101.5%,RSDs were 1.36%-3.58%.Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple, rapid and is applicable to the determination of the trace Cd(Ⅱ)in water.
