Objective:This study aims to explore the relationship between serum response factor (SRF) expression level and gas-tric cancer progression by detecting SRF expression level in cancer cells. Methods:The SRF gene in SGC-7901 cells was silenced by RNA interference. Transfection efficiency was detected by fluorescence microscopy, cell proliferation by CCK 8 method, SRF gene and protein expression level by real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot, and cell cycle by flow cytometry. Results:Cell treat-ment with siRNA-SRF induced significant reduction in SRF mRNA levels. Western blot analysis showed that SRF protein decreased by 40.1%in the siRNA group compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the blank, negative, and mock transfection control groups, cell proliferation of the siRNA-SRF group decreased. The inhibition ratio reached 64.24%, as measured by the CCK-8 assay (P<0.05). Treatment with siRNA could block SGC-7901 cell cycle at G0/G1 phase (P<0.05). Conclusion:SRF expression is close-ly associated with gastric carcinoma cell proliferation. SRF protein level detection can provide a certain reference value in evaluating malignant gastric carcinoma progression. SRF is possibly an important target for the prevention and control of gastric cancers.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To study the impression of Chinese people on Chinese urban children, their main source of information about the Chinese people, and the infvuence of age, school, and gender upon their evaluation. Methods: 383 Chinese urban children ranging from 5 to 12 years were interviewed individually or investigated with the questionnaire. Results: Most of the children reported that the Chinese were happy, clean, peaceful, clever, hardworking, kind and nice. However, the urban children's positive impression of the Chinese people was decreased with their growing up. The study also found that children's information on the Chinese people was mainly in order from television, newspapers, books and cartoons, parents, classmates, friends and teachers, and radio, and that the information source became increasingly diversificed with age. No significant difference in gender and between two schools was found. Conclusion: Chinese urban children had a positive impression of Chinese people, and they had a preference and identity for Chinese people . Mass media were the main source of information.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 2010;17(1):109-114
miRNA is a kind of endogenous non-coding short RNA. Mature miRNA was formed through the process of shearing and transporting after genetic transcription. miRNA exhibits many important biological functions through regulating expression and translation of target mRNAs. Different miRNAs may act as oncogenes or antioncogenes, and have tissue specificity. The progress of the tumorigenesis is usually accompanied by expression-profile changes of miRNAs. MiRNA regulates many tumor biological behaviors such as differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis, and drug resistance of tumors. Furthermore, some miRNAs have clinical significance in predicting prognosis of tumor patients.

China Pharmacy 2015;(28):3941-3943
OBJECTIVE:To study inhibitory effects in vivo and in vitro of gemcitabine on liver cancer. METHODS:MCF-7 cells and HepG2 cells were treated with different concentrations of gemcitabine solutions(5,10,20,30,50,70 and 90 μmol/L). The absorbance of cells was determined by MTT assay after treated for 24,48 and 72 h. The inhibition ratio and 50% inhibiting concentration(IC50) of cells were calculated. Tumor-bearing mice were established by inoculating 0.2 ml liver cancer H22 cell line via right anterior axillary, and then randomly divided into control group(normal saline)and gemcitabine group(40 mg/kg)with 5 mice in each group. They were given relevant medicine intravenously every 2 days, for 3 times. The changes of body weight and in-hibition ratios were recorded. RESULTS:Gemcitabine can inhibit MCF-7 cells and HepG2 cells, and IC50 of gemcitabine to them were 30 and >90 μmol/L within 24 h respectively, and those of gemcitabine to them were all lower than 5 μmol/L after 48 h and 72 h. There was no statistical significance in body weight of tumor-bearing mice between 2 groups, and inhibitory rate of gemcitabi-ne to H22 cell line was 75.76%. CONCLUSIONS:Gemcitabine can inhibit liver cancer in vivo and in vitro.
