China Biotechnology 2006;0(02):-
Though prokaryotic cells could hardly express recombinant human beta nerve growth factor (rhNGF-?) with a proper three-dimensional conformation, using of E. coli as a host for industrial production of rhNGF-? is controversial. Recombinant human beta NGF was expressed in E. coli and was refolded in vitro. The isolated products was shown to be consistent with those expressed and secreted by CHO cells in biochemical characters by SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC, mass spectrometry, N terminal analysis and bioassay determined using DRG and PC12 cells. The products can be acquired with 95% purity, 1.8 ng/U biological activity from both expression system, which remain invariable biological activity when lyophilized in excipient and store at 37℃?2℃, RH 75%?5% for 3 months. Moreover, the product refolded from inclusion bodies of E. coli shows the predominance in homogeneity and the lower cost.

Results: After volume therapy, urine alkalization, and stabilization of internal environment, the 10 patients underwent debridement, decompression by fasciotomy or amputation under epidural anesthesia or brachial plexus block plus psychological therapy and moderate tranquillizer. During the operation, the patients showed smooth respiratory and cardiovascular characteristics without pain. Conclusion: Under field condition, regional anesthesia can provide adequate analgesic effect during and after the surgery. Early fluid resuscitation and life support are vital to the safety and life of patients.
5.Advances in Study on Toll-like Receptors and its Gene Polymorphisms in Gastric Mucosal Diseases
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(7):431-434
The development and progress of gastric mucosal diseases is a complex process associated with multiple factors and underlying mechanisms, and individuals may present different genetic susceptibilities to gastric mucosal diseases. Various studies have demonstrated a strong link between Toll-like receptors( TLRs),as pattern recognition receptors, and the development and progress of gastric mucosal diseases. The gene polymorphisms of TLRs may change its encoded proteins or related signaling pathways, which results in different susceptibilities to gastric mucosal diseases;this might affect the development, progress and clinical outcome of the disease. In this review article, the advances in study on TLRs and its gene polymorphisms in gastric mucosal diseases were summarized.
6.Basic Research Progress on Electro-Acupuncture Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(2):405-410
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia, which affects more than 35 million people worldwide with increasing tendency. AD brings stupendous economic burden for both the society and family. It has become a major global public health issue. Electro-acupuncture (EA) therapy has been widely used in AD treatment with satisfactory results. Based on the basic research, this paper explored the therapeutic effect of EA in AD treatment from the learning ability and morphological changes in AD animal models. From the cholinergic neuronal apoptosis theory, inflammatory response theory, oxidative stress theory and other aspects, the action mechanism of EA in the treatment of AD animal models were reviewed. At last, limitations of EA in AD treatment were analyzed. It proposed the outlook of a new type of EA-music EA in AD treatment. It provided a new idea and method for AD clinical treatment.
7.Antiviral therapy for hepatitis virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma: current status and challenges
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(7):1270-1273
The incidence rate of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is increasing around the world and tends to decrease in East Asia and several regions in China;however, China still has higher incidence rate and mortality rate of HCC than most countries.Studies have shown that long-term antiviral therapy can inhibit HBV replication to a very low level or help patients with HCV infection achieve sustained virologic response, which can further reduce the incidence rate of virus-related HCC.New evidence suggests that compared with nucleos(t)ide analogues, PEG-IFNα has a better effect of secondary prevention.Studies also indicate that interferons play an important role in tertiary prevention of virus-related HCC.This article reviews the epidemiological studies on virus-related HCC in recent years and the role of antiviral therapy in second and tertiary prevention and points out that adequate and effective antiviral therapy is the basis for preventing the development and recurrence of HCC.
8.Thinking of Medical Students′Ecological Moral Cultivation under the View of Beautiful China
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(2):187-189
Firstly, this paper analyzed the significance of strengthening medical students’ ecological moral ed-ucation under the view of Beautiful China. Secondly, it discussed the present situation of ecological moral and the reasons of lacking of ecological moral in medical students. At last, the authors pointed out the countermeasures to strengthen the moral cultivation of medical students’ ecological countermeasures under the view of Beautiful China. Therefore, we must strengthen the top-level design to ensure the ecological moral education enter into the national education system, enhance to maintain power to build the full-area coverage ecological moral teaching system, and strengthen institutional construction to establish long-term mechanism of ecologic moral education.
9.Effect of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure in the Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syn-drome Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease
China Pharmacist 2016;19(6):1105-1107
Objective:To explore the application value of continuous positive airway pressure ( CPAP) in the treatment of obstruc-tive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS ) complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Totally 50 patients with OSAHS complicated with CHD from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and CPAP group with 25 ones in each .The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional drug therapy for coronary heart disease , while those in CPAP group were treated with CPAP additionally .After 6-month treatment, PSG index, clinical symptoms, arrhythmia and ischemia electrocardiogram changes of the patients in the two groups were compared .Results:After the 6-month treatment , AHI and oxygen desaturation index in CPAP group were significantly decreased when compared with those before the treatment , and the min-imum value of SaO2 and the average value of SaO 2 were higher than those before the treatment (P<0.01), and the above indices were better than those in the control group (P<0.01).The incidence rate of chest pain and chest tightness , arrhythmia, times of myocardi-al ischemia in a day and time of myocardial ischemia in a day were decreased after the treatment (P<0.01), and the decrease in CPAP group was more notable than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: CPAP combined with the conventional drug therapy for coronary heart disease can improve the oxygen concentration and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia in the patients with OSAHS with CHD , which can be widely used in clinics .
10.Distribution and Antibacterial Resistance of 326 Strains of Nosocomial Infection Pathogens
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of nosocomial infection pathogens. METHODS Statistical methods were used to analyz the data of pathogens origin and drug resistance from 2005 to 2007. RESULTS A total of 326 strains were isolated from 604 nosocomial infection cases (54.0%),from which the Gram-negative bacilli were predominate (44.1%). The isolation rate ot fungi and Gram-positie bacteria was 41.6% and 14.3%,respectiviely. The top three pathogens were the fungi (41.6%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa14.3%,and enterobacter (10.6%). The rate of ampicillin-resistant Escherichia coli was 100%.The isolation rate of MRSA and MRCNS was up to 100.0% and 80.0%. CONCLUSIONS Fungi is common high among pathogens. The emergence of drug-resistant pathogens will continue to be a serious problem,we must take it intimately.
