2.Treatment strategies for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(1):28-31
Multiple myeloma is a malignancy of plasma cells, which is still incurable now.Despite dramatic improvement of the response rate and overall survival have been made due to the application of target therapy and stem cell transplantation, the treatment effect is difficult to maintain, nearly all patients will eventually relapse and become refractory. At relapse, the challenge is to select the appropriate treatment for each patient. The decision will be both disease-dependent and patient-dependent.
3.Investigation in related influencing factors of satisfaction degree with nursing in central injection room of our hospital
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(31):78-79
Objective To understand the influencing factors of satisfaction degree with nursing in our hospital by investigation in satisfaction degree in central injection room. Methods 252 patients were selected in our hospital from January to December 2011 as the research object, questionnaires were used to investigate the patients, and the influencing factors of satisfaction degree of nursing work were analyzed. Results Among the patients who accepted the investigation, patients' satisfaction scores were correlated with the patients' age, education level, income level, inpatient department, hospital stay time and whether they accepted an operation. Conclusions Nursing staff should pay attention to and strengthen the nursing work quality and efficiency, improve the satisfaction degree with nursing of clinical patients.

Objective:To investigate the effects of extracts of aqueous joint during CIA development on the HUVEC proliferation in vitro and expression of VEGF Methods: 3H TaR incorporation was used to estimate the HUVEC proliferation by extracts of aqueous joint and VEGF, and was used cultured in an absolutely serum free medium Results:Extracts of aqueqous joint during CIA development stimulated proliferation of HUVEC and this proliferation was inhibited by the anti VEGF neutralizing antibody Conclusion:The expression of VEGF in the extracts of the aqueous joint during an early stage of CIA development increased and expressed biologically active

Objective To investigate the influence of cervical vagosympathetic trunk or ganglionated plexi stimulation to the inducibility of atrial fibrillation(AF) in dogs. Methods In 16 anesthetized dogs, right cervical vagosympathetic trunk(VST) were dissected.A right thoracotomy was used to expose fat pad(FP) containing the ganglionated plexi(GP) at the caudal end of the sinus node.An electrode catheter was attached along the right superior pulmonary vein to allow programmed atrial pacing. At 2?,4? and 10? threshold atrial refractory periods(ARPs) were determined with and without VST or GP stimulation. At each pacing threshold AF inducibility was measured from the window of vulnerability(WOV).A cumulative WOV sum made of all WOVs was calculated in each group. Results In the baseline state the heart rate(HR) averaged 153?22 beats/min.Slowing of the HR by VST stimulation(79?44 beats/min) was not significantly different than with GP induced slowing(87?99 beats/min,P=NS).Furthermore,there were no significant differences between the lowest ARPs with VST stimulation and GP stimulation, accounting to 90?17 ms and 91?13 ms respectively(P=NS),but both are shorter than that in the baseline state, which was 101?20 ms(P

s:Objective To investigate the critical value of neonatal coagulation and the normal reference range in clinical prac-tice,and make Value of the formulation of clinical treatment programs and prevention of neonatal blood coagulation disor-ders.Methods Collected neonatal specimens of 350 cases from January to June 2016 in the General Hospital Ningxia Medi-cal University, after birth with in 6h,the parameters of plasma coagulation:activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT)clotting time (TT)and fibrinogen (FIB).Made statistics and analysis of all critical information to improve the value of the cases after contact with the telephone registration of neonatology, and critical investigation occurred gestational age children value, birth weight, and critical analysis of the proportion of the value of the proj ect,the distribution of the disease, clinical response and so on.Results Compared with adults and children, four indexes of coagulation levels of newborn were significantly different (t=1.66~2.66,P<0.01),as well as preterm group and term group;additional chil-dren with severe and premature birth or low weight occurs critical the possibility of greater value, and the distribution of high APTT and low FIB profile occured in the most critical values, neonatal jaundice and severe pneumonia was a risk factor critical values outbreak.Overall clinical response rate was 33%,the“answer”and“non response group”in children with in-tracranial hemorrhage of digestive and tract, and the diagnosis rate of statistical results was no significance (χ2=36.68/39, P>0.05).The range of personal critical value of the newborn infant was intended to develop:PT(≤8 s and≥30 s),APTT (≤20 s and ≥90 s)and FIB(≤0.6 g/L and ≥10 g/L).Revised “response rate”,clinicians have increased attention com-pared with the previous increase, reducing the false critical value report incidence. Conclusion The indicators of neonatal co-agulation were different from the adults and children. For the establishment of neonatal blood coagulation parameters refer-ence range,on a regular basis to summary on the clinical data of blood coagulation critical value, and contribute to the devel-opment of suitable critical value standard, and improve the clinical comprehensive diagnosis and treatment level.

Objective To explore the relationship bewteen serum cystatin C (Cys-C )and glomerular filtration rate(GFR) in creatinine-blind range elderly patients. Methods From Jan.2002 to Dec.2003,in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College, the study was performed in 86 elderly patients with chronic renal disease.Serum Cys-C was determined by particle-enhanced immunoturbidimetry.Serum creatinine(Scr) was determined by auto-analyzer.Creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) was estimated by CockCroft-Cault formula. For statistical evaluation, linear regression analysis was used. Results Concentration of Cys-C increased in 56 patients(56.1%).When Ccr was higher than 59mL/min,concentration of Cys-C increased in 44.2% patients.Significant positive correlation was observed between Cys-C and Scr( r =0.89, P

Objective To study the influence of ENH Ⅰ of HBV on immune response of HBV DNA vaccine. Methods DNA fragments of HBsAg and HBsAg-ENH Ⅰ region of HBV, after being amplified by PCR using the complete genome DNA of HBV adr subtype, were inserted into VR1012 vectors. The recombinant plasmids were transfected into COS-7 cells and HepG2 cells, and injected into Balb/C mice. The expression of COS-7 cells, HepG2 cells and the cellular and humoral immune response of mice were determined with Western blot, ELISA and ELSPOT. Results HBsAg was expressed by transfected HepG2 cells and COS-7 cells. The quantity of expression by HepG2 cells increased apparently when transfected by that combined with ENH Ⅰ. In transfected COS-7 cells, there was no significant difference in the expression of HBsAg between those transfected by two recombinant plasmids. The HBsAb and the HBsAg specific CTL were found in mice in the second week after immunization, and there was no marked difference between those immunized by two recombinant plasmids. Conclusions When inserted into HBV DNA vaccine, ENH Ⅰ can promote the expression of HBsAg in transfected HepG2 cells, but can not affect the expression of transfected COS-7 cells and the immune response of immunized Balb/C mice.
