Objective:To explore the methods for drug therapy regimen formulation and pharmaceutical service of clinical pharma-cists for the infection induced by peripherally inserted central catheter ( PICC) complicated with deep venous thrombosis in cancer pa-tients. Methods:Referring to the related guide, clinical pharmacists put forward concrete opinions on how to choose anti-infective drugs and anti-thrombotic drugs for a cancer patient with PICC infection complicated with deep venous thrombosis. Clinical pharmacists sug-gested that vancomycin be used for the infection and low molecular weight heparin sodium for prophylactic anticoagulation. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical care for blood clotting function should be strengthened. Results:The proposals of clinical pharmacist were partly adopt-ed by clinicians. After the therapy, the temperature of the patient returned to normal, and the deep venous thrombosis was well con-trolled. The patient was out of hospital smoothly. Conclusion:Through the participation in clinical practice, clinical pharmacists can assist physicians in optimizing treatment plan and summarize the pharmaceutical care mode for the PICC infection and deep venous thrombosis in cancer patients, which can provide instructions for pharmaceutical care in the future.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(33):6049-6054
BACKGROUND:One-legged standing with eyes closed is a method to test the muscle strength and the ability of body balance, it is considered to be an important quality indicator for evaluation of adults and elderly balancing
capability in our country. A lot of works have been done in many provinces and cities, but there is a lack of in-depth studies.
OBJECTIVE:To review the research progress of one-legged standing with eyes closed, to analyze its problem used in the physical fitness test and to prospect the future direction of the related researches.
METHODS:A computer-based search on CNKI database and Elsevier database was undertaken to identify the article of balance capacity. The key words were“eyes closed and single legged standing, balance ability,
physical fitness test”. Total y articles were searched and checked primarily, and those meeting the criteria were looked up.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The standard of one-legged standing with eyes closed for the male is higher
than that for the female. Some elderly just stand for a short time in the test, and thus it is difficult to distinguish the balance ability. Elderly balance is significantly lower than that in young people. The same test method for adults and elderly people is employed, but whether it is scientific or not should be further studied. Various indicators in the test of one-legged standing with eyes closed have low correlation. For the above reasons, further studies
should be made before the test of one-legged standing with eyes closed becomes a valuable measurement of the balance ability in the national physique.

An LC-MS/MS method was developed to investigate the pharmacokinetic parameters in healthy Chi-nese volunteers following single and multiple oral administration of dimemorfan phosphate. In the Single-dose study,two-period and crossover study was conducted in 12 healthy volunteers,which were administered with single-dose of 10 mg or 40 mg of dimemorfan phosphate. And another 12 volunteers were administered with 20 mg. The values of AUC0-48 h,t1/2,and cmax were (11. 81 ±14. 46),(52. 60 ±96. 01 )and (34. 70 ±29. 59)ng. h/mL,(12. 11 ±2. 54),(12. 16 ±2. 01)and (12. 77 ±1. 27)h,and (0. 9653 ±0. 8178),(3. 150 ±3. 451)and (2. 167 ±1. 650)ng/mL for 10 mg,40 mg and 20 mg oral administration. The same 12 healthy volunteers as the group of single-dose of 20mg were participated in multiple-dose study,which were administered dimemorfan phos-phate 20 mg,three-time a day until the day-8,showed AUC0-48 h,t1/2,and cmax were (115. 9 ±135. 2)ng.h/mL, (11. 22 ±1. 61)h,and (7. 418 ±7. 010)ng/mL. The accumulation parameter Rcmax and RAUC was (3. 14 ±1. 34) and (3. 38 ±1. 22),respectively. Dose proportional of cmax and AUC was not concluded ranging from 10 mg to 40 mg after confidence interval criteria method. An accumulation was occurred after multiple -dose administra-tion with the consequence. And the results demonstrated significant individual difference.

Aim To study the effect of synapsinⅠon synaptic transmission in rat dentate gyrus induced by(-) clausenamide. Methods The basal synaptic transmission experiment was conducted through electrophysiological recordings. The effect of(-) clausenamide on synapsinⅠ phosphorylation was measured by western blot and confocal microscopy.Results(-)Clausenamide increased the population spike(PS) of hippocampal dentate gyrus. The phosphorylation of synapsinⅠ was increased both in cortex and hippocampus, the maximum effect was observed at 5 min in hippocampus and at 15 min in cortex.Furthermore,(-)clausenamide promoted the phosphorylation of synapsinⅠat a dose-denpendent manner in PC12 cells. The phosphorylation of synapsinⅠ in PC12 cells and synaptosomes incubated with(-)clausenamide was increased and reached maximum at 1~2 min.However,H89,PKA inhibitor, blocked the effect of(-)clausenamide on synapsinⅠ phosphorylation.Conclusion(-)Clausenamide activated synapsinⅠ via PKA signal pathway, which may contribute to the effect of(-)clausenamide on potentiating basal synaptic transmission.

Objective:Recent studies have shown that in contrast to decrease in distal gastric adenocarcinoma (DGA), incidence of adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (AEG) has increased noticeably in numerous counties. However, the reasons remain unclear. This study evaluated the possible differences in the expression of KLF4, SP1, and Cyclin D1 in AEG and DGA, and explored the potential carcinogenesis of AEG. Methods:Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded tissues to evaluate the pu-tative differences in the expressions of KLF4, SP1, and Cyclin D1 at protein level between AEG (n=58) and DGA (n=47). The patholog-ical significance of these markers between the two groups was also compared and analyzed. Results:The percentage of positive KLF4 expression was significantly lower in DGA than in AEG (P<0.05). Lower KLF4 expression was found both in well-or moderately dif-ferentiated cases and in poorly differentiated cases with DGA compared with their AEG counterparts (P<0.05). However, positive stain-ing for SP1 was significantly higher in DGA (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the expression of Cyclin D1 between the two groups. Further analysis showed that in DGA, the positive expression of KLF4, SP1, and Cyclin D1 were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis. In AEG, only Cyclin D1 expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). No correlation was found among the expression of KLF4, SP1, and Cyclin D1 in AEG. In DGA, KLF4 was inversely correlated with SP1 and Cyclin D1 (r=-0.334 and r=-0.341, respectively, P<0.05), and SP1 was positively correlated with Cyclin D1 expression (r=0.340, P<0.05).Conclusion:Different expression patterns and clinicopathological significance of KLF4, SP1, and Cyclin D1 were observed between AEG and DGA, suggesting the putative difference in the carcinogenesis and progression of AEG and DGA.
