Malignant gliomas cells grow invasively with no clear boundary,and a complete resection surgery is very difficult,and the pathological type is not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy,so the overall treatment effect is not ideal,and this disease is very prone to local recurrence after treatment.The treatment of malignant glioma is mainly composed of surgical resection with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Other new treatments include targeted therapy,immune therapy,gene therapy and so on.
2.Diagnosis and surgical treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma in 40 years

Differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) is the most common type of thyroid cancer. Most of patients with DTC are characterized by low invasiveness and good prognosis. With the development of medical imaging, fine needle biopsy and molecular biology technology, especially the progress of surgical technology, the early diagnosis rate of DTC and the survival rate after operation are significantly increased. However, the cognition understanding of DTC and some views of surgical treatment are still controversial. A systematic review and summary of the diagnosis and surgical treatment of DTC are made based on the changes in the past 40 years, especially the treatment strategy, surgical resection scope and indications of DTC primary focus and cervical lymph node metastasis, in order to propose a more reasonable and accurate individual diagnosis and treatment plan for patients with DTC.
3. Progress of external beam radiotherapy for thyroid cancer

External beam radiotherapy (EBRT) is one of the important treatment of thyroid cancer. EBRT is still controversial in some aspects of differentiated thyroid cancer. With the development of radiotherapy technology, improvement of equipment and accuracy, treatment complications caused by EBRT are significantly reduced. As a result, EBRT is valued again in the treatment of thyroid cancer, and its indications have been broadened. How to improve the curative effect and guarantee the quality of life becomes the focus of attention. EBRT may be an effective treatment for specific stage and pathological type of thyroid cancer. The multidisciplinary approach is expected to benefit more patients in the future.
4. Discussion on the design of special CT room for epidemic prevention in fever clinic to deal with COVID-19

Objective:
New infectious diseases have become a global problem that seriously threatens human life and health and social development, which greatly increases the demand of CT examination for outpatients with fever. Through the discussion of the examination room design of the special CT for epidemic prevention, it can provide reference for medical institutions and reduce cross infection.
Methods:
Based on the requirements of CT equipment installation and environment, combined with the special requirements of epidemic prevention in fever clinic, the paper analyzed the location of examination room, room layout, site construction method, air purification and disinfection, intelligent image aided diagnosis of special CT for epidemic prevention, and put forward the design scheme.
Results:
Through the detailed analysis of the key points of engineering technology and the requirements of infection prevention and control of CT examination room, the design scheme of the examination room was given.
Conclusions
The establishment of special CT for epidemic prevention can meet the needs of clinical examination and effectively reduce cross infection. The design scheme given in this paper has certain reference value and can provide effective help for medical institution.
