Objective To investigate the clinical benefits and the impacts on distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogenic bacterium associated with fluoroquinolone prophylaxis during neutropenia in patients with acute leukemia.MethodsA total of 62 infection episodes occurred in patients with acute leukemia were retrospectively analyzed from October 2013 to October 2015.The patients admitted in ward A (group A,n=31) received Cephalosporin drugs as contrast, and received quinolones in ward B (group B,n=31).ResultsTo observe the implementation of quinolones in treatment of patients, the bacteria decreased significantly, the Klebsiella pneumoniae was the most common, but compared with the control group, there are still differences (P<0.05, and the observation group of patients with oral ulcer infection rate was 9.68%, upper respiratory tract infection rate was 6.45%, the infection rate of lung 6.45%, the digestive tract infection rate was 6.45%, the infection rate was 3.23%, perianal skin infection rate was 3.23%, the infection rate was 3.23%, which is significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05, and the observation group of patients with severe neutropenia, duration of neutropenia lack degree is significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe fluoroquinolone prophylaxis induces diminishing proportion of normal flora and increasing frequency of Escherichia coli in severely neutropenic patients with acute leukemia, may not influence the distribution of other bacteria. The susceptility of main pathogens may not be affected by antibiotic prophylaxis. The fluoroquinolone don't decrease the incidence of septicemia and infection in gastrointestinal tract. Our data suggest that more prudent use of antibiotic prophylaxis may be reasonable even in patients at high-risk for developing infection.

Dioscin is the main raw material for the synthesis of steroid hormone drugs. Currently, the direct acid hydrolysis is the mainly industrial production method for dioscin. However, the use of strong acid can not only destroy the structure of dioscin resulting in very low yield, but also produce a large amount of waste water and residues, which seriously pollute the environment. So the clean production of dioscin is the urgent demand of water conservation and environmental protection. In the paper, the recent research pro-gresses in the clean production technology and process of dioscin were summarized, and the advantages and problems were discussed in order to provide reference for the improvement and application of the new technology and process.

Objective To evaluate expression of E-cadherin and COX-2 in placentas of hypertensive disorder complieating pregnancy, and study the relationship between them.Method The E-cadherin and COX-2 of twenty-one cases gestational hypertension, along with 17 cases preeclampsia, and 20 cases normal pregnancy placentas were investigated by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of E-cadherin was significantly higher and the expression of COX-2 was lower in preeclampsia cases than that in normal pregnancy(P<0.01).The expression of E-cadherin negatively correlated with the expression of COX-2 (r=-0.371.P<0.05).Conclusions The alteration of E-cadheria and COX-2 in placentas are correlated with preeelampsia. The up-reguhted expression of E-cadherin and down-regulated expression of COX-2 maybe regulated by the same factor.

Objective To study the initial application of 3.0T high field intensity intraoperative magnetic resonance(iMR)for cranial tumors. Methods Forty-three patients with cranial tumors including 23 glioma cases,12 pituitary tumor cases,3 brain stem cavernous hemangioma cases,2 meningioma cases,2metastatic tumor cases,1 neurilemmoma case, received operation examined with GE Signa HDX 3.0T iMR system. The operation process and influence of iMR were reviewed. Results In 43 patients, average iMR examination was 1.3(1-3)times.In 16 patients the first iMR examination revealed tumor remnants, and in 13 of them continued surgical interventions and complete resection. The rate of complete resection was increased from 63%(27/43)to 93%(40/43).No complications related to iMR occurred. Conclusion 3.0T high field intensity iMR can provide accurate positioning and real-time navigation for the surgery, increase the rate of complete resection, improve the accuracy and safety of cranial tumor resection, and decrease complications.

Objective:To compare the taxol content in different parts of Taxus madia and Taxus chinensis var. mairei to provide reference for the future researches. Methods:The active ingredients were extracted by a mixed solvent (50% acetone and 50% ethyl acetate) , the target compound taxol was separated by a neutral Al2 O3 solid phase column, and then the taxol content was analyzed and compared among the different parts of Taxus madia and Taxus chinensis var. mairei by HPLC. Results:Taxol in velamen of Taxus ma-dia had the highest content among all the samples, which was 0. 0439% and 88 times as high as that in the bark of Taxus chinensis var. mairei. Conclusion:Among all the samples of Taxus madia and Taxus chinensis var. mairei, velamen of Taxus madia has the highest taxol content.

Objective:To compare the content of total saponins in Paridis Rhizome from Wudang mountain area to explore the cor-relation between the quality of medicinal materials and the production areas and species. Methods: The content of total saponins in Paridis Rhizome was determined by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer at 406nm with perchloric acid as the chromogenic reagent. Results:The saponins content in Paridis Rhizome from Wudang mountain area had obvious differences:the minimum was 1. 29%, and the maximum was up to 10. 22%. The content of total saponins had no obvious correlation with species, production area and altitude. Conclusion:The quality of Paridis Rhizome is unstable in Wudang mountain area, and that will affect the effectiveness and safety of the clinical medication. Only by promoting the standardized planting of Chinese medicine materials, the stable quality of Paridis Rhizo-me can be ensured.

Objective:To investigate the distribution of four polyphyllins in different parts of paris polyphylla by means of compa-ring the contents of relative constituents in paridis rhizome and fibril to provide reference for comprehensive exploitation and utilization of paris polyphylla. Methods:Paris polyphylla samples were collected from Wudang mountain area and Shennongjia forest area. The contents of main secondary metabolites including polyphillinⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ andⅦin paridis rhizome and fibril were evaluated by HPLC. Results:The four polyphyllins contents had obvious differences in different parts of polyphylla. The total content of four polyphillins in fibril was significantly higher than that in rhizome. Diosgenin compositions had no significant difference in the two parts, and the con-tents of pennogenin compositions in fibril showed significantly higher than those in rhizome. Conclusion:As for the main chemical com-positions contained in polyphylla, there is chemistry equality between fibril and rhizome, thus both of them can be used for medicine. However, as for the contents of four steroidal saponins, the distribution of secondary metabolites has obvious difference between fibril and rhizome, and the result may be caused by steroidal saponins transferred to rhizome for storage after the synthesis in fibril.

Objective To set up a simple and accurate method for the determination of total Glucosides in Paeonia lactifloria (TGP) by HPLC.Methods Benzoic acid being as contiol, the amounts of TGP were obtained from the following formula :TGP( ) = benzoic acid() ?480. 27/ 121. 121. Benzoic acid was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions concluded YMC-Pack ODS-A(5?m,150?4.6mm)column and the mobile phase consisting a mixture of MeOH - 0.05mol?L - 1KH2PO4 - HAC - isopropanol (85:155:4:6). Benzoic acid was detected at 230nm wavelength. Results The calibration curves of Benzoic acid were in good linearity over the range of 0.1~2g(r=1.0000). The average recovery of Benzoic acid was 101.12(n=9,RSD=2.49). Conclusion This method is simple and can be easily repeated.
