1.Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors as first-line treatment in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(3):210-213
Several models about epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKI)as first-line treatment in advanced NSCLC show different results.Combination with chemotherapy and EG-FR-TKIs did not indicate survival advantage.However,sequential chemotherapy in EGFR-TKIs and a single agent of EGFR-TKIs as first-line treatment of advanced NSCLC have made tremendous breakthrough,and give a new path in individual treatment of advanced NSCLC.Also EGFR mulatious in targeted therapy of advanced NSCLc has a sood predictive value of the etticacy.
2.Relationship of heart rate variability with serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein in aged patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(11):-
Objective To explore the relationship between heart rate variability(HRV)and serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in type 2 diabetic aged patients.Methods Totally 30 aged patients with type 2 DM were enrolled in this study who were selected from the outpatients and inpatients of Department of Gerontology in the Third People's Hospital of Chongqing,and another 30 non-diabetic matched individuals were recruited as control.Their serum hs-CRP and 24 hour-electrocardiography were examined.HRV was assessed by calculating the indices based on statistical operation on RR intervals(time domain analysis)from 24-hour Holter recording,including:standard deviation of normal to normal RR intervals(SDNN),standard deviation of 5-minute mean RR intervals(SDANN)and square root of differences between adjacent NN intervals(rMSSD).Linear correlation analysis was carried out between their serum hs-CRP and HRV.Results HRV parameters of type 2 DM patients were significantly lower than those of non-diabetic patients,but hs-CRP values were significantly higher than those of control.Linear correlation analysis indicated that HRV was in a positive correlation with hs-CRP in type 2 diabetic aged patients.Conclusion Altered autonomic nervous function may be associated with altered serum hs-CRP in aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
3.Impact of Information technology on hospital working procedure
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Far beyond simulating manual work with the computer system,hospital informatization entails a combination of information technology with hospital professional work.With a fully understanding of working procedure in hospital,an effective concordance based on informatization requirements is conducted so that the management and the collection of the information can follow the information flow,logistics,capital flow,working flow and organization flow.Management mode and organization framework of the hospital are also adjusted.Thus the hospital operation quality and efficiency are improved,and patients are offered seamless and continuous service,which really reflects the service theory: "Patient First".

6.Design and implementation of hospital information disaster recovery system based on Fiber Channel
Jin YANG ;
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
A backup data center near the primary data center using Storage Area Network is built with Fiber Channel technology. The specific disaster recovery software used to synchronize the two centers a highly reliable safety and expandable data storage management system with adequate redundancy is developed. Thus disaster recovery service can be provided for the hospital information system when disaster happens. To avoid the system risk and maintain the continuity of the hospital's activities the damaged part of the system will be taken over from.
8.Early revascularization of fat grafts conducted by basic fibroblast growth factor sustained-release system
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(44):7745-7750
BACKGROUND:The resorption and unprediction of fat transplantation directly influence the clinical application. The technology of reducing graft resorption by using various cytokines to promote early revascularization of fat transplantation needs to be improved. But the effect is not stable, as the cytokines losing with the bleeding and exudation thus cannot long-term affect the vascular endothelial cells. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of alkaline recombinant basic fibroblast growth factor-dextran formed sustained-release system on the early revascularization of fat grafts. METHODS:The recombinant basic fibroblast growth factor solution 2 mg/L and basic fibroblast growth factor-dextran sustained-release granules were prepared. The fat tissues were selected from the inguinal region of 12 Sprague-Dawley rats for fat transplantation. The left backs of the rats were treated with subcutaneously injection of fat pearl plus recombinant basic fibroblast growth factor solution (control group), and the right backs of rats were treated with subcutaneously injection of fat pearl plus basic fibroblast growth factor-dextran sustained-release granules (sustained-release system group). At 7 and 14 days after treatment, one rat in each group was sacrificed randomly, then ink perfusion microvascular imaging was used to observe the inside of the graft and the density of early formed coated vessels. At 90 days after transplantation, the rest rats were sacrificed, and the grafts were obtained to measure the volume. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At 7 and 14 days after transplantation, the number of vessels in the capsule and grafts of the sustained-release system group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). At 90 days after transplantation, the volume of grafts in the sustained-release system groups was bigger than that in the control group (P<0.05). The recombinant basic fibroblast growth factor-dextran delivery system could better promote the early revascularization of fat grafts. The experimental results suggest that recombinant basic fibroblast growth factor-dextran sustained-release system can help to reduce the absorption of fat grafts after surgery.
9.The effect of a biodegradable paclitaxel-eluting stent on bile duct healing after trauma in a porcine model
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2013;28(11):842-845
Objective To evaluate the effect of a biodegradable paclitaxel-eluting biliary stent on bile duct scar formation and biliary stricture by observing the healing process after stent placement in a porcine billiary model.Methods A novel biodegradable paclitaxel-eluting biliary polylactide stent was manufactured by immersion method.The efficacy of drug release for paclitaxel-eluting biliary stent was investigated by HPLC.Paclitaxel-eluting stent were surgically inserted in the bile duct of fifteen swines in experimental group while stent without paclitaxel were placed in other fifteen swines in control group.Animals were sacrificed after 1,3,6 months.The anastomic healing of the common bile duct was observed.The size of anastomosis was measured and compared between the two groups.Result A novel biodegradable paclitaxel-eluting biliary stent was manufactured.The total amount of paclitaxel released was about 281 pg (30.4%) over a month as determined with HPLC methods.There was no death,no leakage.The diameter of anastomosis in the experimental group was significantly larger than that in control group.Cholangiography did not show obvious bile duct dilatation in experimental group.Histologic examination showed less hyperplasia of the bile duct wall in the experimental group than that in control group.Conclusion Release of paclitaxel via a biodegradable stent relieves billiary stricture in porcine model and have no obvious negative influence on wound healing of the common bile duct.
