Objective:To observe the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on preeclampsia blood pressure and pregnancy outcomes. Methods:The data of 62 patients with preeclampsia were retrospectively studied. According to the treatment reg-imen, the patients were divided into the control group (30 cases) with magnesium sulfate treatment and the observation group (32 ca-ses) with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine treatment. The blood pressure before and after the treatment, as well as the clin-ical efficacy, pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were compared. Results:After the treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients in the two groups were significantly lowered when compared with those before the treatment (P<0. 05), and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 96. 88%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73. 33%, P<0. 05). The incidence of uterine inertia, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress and placental abruption in the observation group was significant-ly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05), and the rate of cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treat-ment of preeclampsia shows notable antihypertensive effect, which can reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Therefore, the combination exhibits better efficacy than magnesium sulfate alone.

Objective To evaluate the impact of warmed and humidified CO2 on the gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods We searched keywords related to gynecological laparoscopic and CO2 pneumoperitoneum temperature and humidity on Pubmed and Wanfang database, then analyze the postoperative pain, analgesic consumption, core temperature, operation time, length of hospital stay. Results 17 publications included into the meta analysis after screening. Compared with the standard laparoscopy, warmed and humidified CO2 can reduce postoperative pain and prevent intraoperative hypothermia. No significant difference in postoperative analgesic consumption, postoperative core temperature, duration of recovery and hospital stay, endoscope lens fog and operation time. Conclusions Only few beneficial effects on postoperative pain and core temperature have been identified in this meta-analysis, though more studies are probably needed to study the real impact of warmed and humidified CO2 for laparoscopic procedures.

118 cases with uper and median partialfibulectomy were reported in this paper. Of them50 cases were followed up 1～8 years. The clinicalfunction, foot arch and X-ray of bilaleral ankleswere examined. Ankle joint function was mea-sured with the instrument made by ourself. Afteranalysis and valuation of the results, our conclu-sion is that uper and median partial fibulectormydoes not affect the ankle joint function. Thereforethe fibula being considered as a donor bone is ac-ceptable.

Rectal cancer is a common malignancy in the alimentary tract with an increasing incidence, the current treatments of which include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and integrated comprehensive options. Sexual dysfunction, especially erectile dysfunction (ED), is one of the commonest complications in men after rectal cancer treatment and is generally attributed to the damage to the pelvic autonomic nerves. However, recent studies show that ED after rectal cancer treatment is a complex pathophysiological process associated with neurogenic, vasculogenic, and psychological factors. This article reviews the pathogeneses of ED after rectal cancer treatment in order to provide some theoretical evidence for its prevention and treatment.

Objective: To observe the expression of CD36 in peripheral monocytes in patients with Type 2 diabetes, and to study the influence of rosiglitazone on CD36 expression and the related the mechanism. Methods: The expression of CD36 in the peripheral monocytes of patients with Type 2 diabetes was measured by flow cytometry before and after rosiglitazone treatment; the correlation between monocytes CD36 expression and metabolic index was analyzed. Results: Flow cytometry showed that the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of monocyte CD36 in Type 2 diabetes was significantly higher than that in the healthy controls(745.9±281.3 vs 406.3±80.2, P<0.01). CD36 MFI in patients with Type 2 diabetes atherosclerosis was significantly higher than that in patients with Type 2 diabetes non-atherosclerosis (878.2 ± 296.1 vs 584.2 ± 148.3, P<0.01). Besides, we also found that CD36 expression, fasting blood glucose(FBG), post-prandial blood glucose(PBG), hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c), FIN, PIN, and HOMA-IR were all significantly decreased after rosiglitazone intervention compared with those before rosiglitazone intervetion and placebo group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between monocyte CD36 expression with FBG(r=0.55, P<0.05), HbA1c(r=0.62, P<0.01), and HOMA-IR(r=0.64, P<0.01); but the expression was not correlated with PBG, FIN, or PIN. Conclusion: The increased expression of CD36 in monocytes of patients with Type 2 diabetes may be one of the mechanisms for accelerated atherosclerosis in diabetic patients. Rosiglitazone can decrease CD36 expression in monocytes through effectively controlling the blood glucose and decreasing insulin resistance.

The performance evaluation of science and technology management personnels could stimulate their enthusiasm and advance the development of science.In this article,a 3-dimensional model was set up based on the evaluating criteria,the evaluating objects & the familiarity between the appraiser and the objects,which was simplified from several complicated factors necessary in the process of evaluation.Compared with the traditional methods,this 3D model sheds more light on choosing the critical factors,which helps improve the accuracy and rationality of scientific evaluation.

ObjectiveTo establish and evaluate the methods which can quantify the ocular hemodynamics by combined scanning laser ophthalmoscopy video fluorescein angiography with computerized digital image processing system．MethodsAfter acquiring serial digital images by video capture from some angiography videotapes and measuring the gray values of some fixed areas over time in these serial images，the gray value curves and some parameters were obtained．The inter- and intra-observer reproducibility surveys were carried out．ResultsThe hemodynamic parameters were obtained，which included sectional choroidal filling time and rate，sectional papillary filling time and rate，retinal arterial and venous filling time and rate，arterovenous passing time and diameter of artery and vein．The intra- and inter-observer reproducibility were fairly good．Conclusioncomputerized digital image processing system is useful for understanding retinal and choroidal circulation．

On the basis of generally stereotactic radiotherapy technology,intensity modulated radiation therapy technology has been developed greatly since 1990's.This technology is to improve the radiation dose distribution in the target so that the high dose area is more conformal for the three-dimentional shape of the target and the radiation dose in the normal organs and tissue around the target decreases.The characteristic of this new technology is discussed systematically in this paper.
