2.Expression and clinical significance of Id1 and p53 in human breast cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(3):168-170
Objective To detect the expression of Id1 and p53 in human breast cancer and study their relationship. Methods To choose 80 cases of breast cancer from the surgical department of Tangshan people's hospital. All patients didn't get radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery. The expression of Idl and p53 of breast cancer were studied by using SABC immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of Id1 were found in cytoplasm, while the expression of p53 was found in cell nucleus. The positive rates of Id1 and p53 were 87.5 %(70/80)and 90.0%(72/80) respectively in breast cancer tissues. The expression of Id1 and p53 were significantly higher in breast cancer tissue than those in adjacent non-tumor breast tissues, benign tumor tissues and normal breast tissues(P <0.05). The positive rates and expression intensity of Id1 in breast cancer had significant correlation with lymph node metastasis and pTNM stage of the tumor, but had no significant correlation with age, histological differentiation and tumor size. The positive rates and expression intensity of p53 in breast cancer had significant correlation with lymph node metastasis of the tumor, but had no significant correlation with age, histological differentiation, tumor size and pTNM stage. Conclusion Expression of Id1 in human breast cancer is up-regulated. Its expression is associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage and represents an independent marker for prognosis of breast cancer. To reduce the expression of Id1 will become the strategy of curing breast cancer. Expression of Id1 and p53 in human breast cancer have the same clinic significance. Each of them can represent an independent marker for prognosis of breast cancer.
3.Standardized management of thalassemia
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(3):168-172
Thalassemia is inherited hemolytic anemia caused by globin production disorder, clinically known as beta thalassemia and alpha thalassemia resulted from beta and alpha chain synthesis disorder.Significant anemic clinical manifestations are observed in intermediate -level and severe -level patients with the 2 types of anemia, affecting greatly the growth and life quality of children patients who need blood transfusion to stay alive. The incidence rate of thalassemia is as high as 7% -20% in South China,so the prevention and standaridized treatment of thalasse-mia and the management over target population draw more attention. This paper is a review on the latest development of blood transfusion, chelation therapy, health education, birth intervention for thalassemia.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(1):78-80
Objective To analyze the effect of Kangfuxin Liquidon on gingiva groove liquid interleukin 1β(IL-1β), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), soluble adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM)in fixed orthodontic patients with gingivitis. Methods 96 cases of patients with fixed orthodontic gingivitis consult the draw method were divided into control group and experimental group, 48 cases in each group. The control group were treatedby gums clean, experimental group based on the control group were treattedby Kangfuxin Liquidon. The IL-1β, PGE2, sICAM-1 levels, periodontal status, the grade of swelling and pain, the clinical curative effect were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the IL-1β, PGE2, sICAM levels of experimental group were lower than the control group (10.54±1.41) ng/L vs.(11.85±1.71)ng/L, (284.62±35.21) ng/L vs.(314.65±39.48)ng/L, (150.49±18.11) μg/L vs.(162.83±20.26) μg/L,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The periodontal status, swelling and pain grading ofexperimental group were better than control group (P<0.05). Theeffective rate of experimental group was higher than the control group (95.83%vs.79.17%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquidon can reduce fixed orthodontic patients with gingivitis gingiva groove IL-1β, PGE2, sICAM-1 levels, improve the periodontal status, relieve swelling and pain, improve the clinical curative effect.
5.Effect of concanavalin A on mouse islet transplantation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
To test whether Con A has antirejection effect on mouse islet allograft, 600-700 handpicked islets of C57BL/6 mice was transplanted beneath the kidney capsule of the streptozotocin induced diabetic BALB/C recipients. In control group the mean survival time (MST) of the grafts was 14.1?2.4 days. Treatment with Con A significantly prolong the MST of the islet allografts. In group with Con A treatment of the donor islets prior to the transplantation the MST was 25?5.4 days. The MST increased sigificantly after ip injection of Con A to recipient mice. The combined treatment of islet and recipient with Con A resulted in a prolongation of MST to 25.2?4.4 days. The experiments concerning the mechanisms of the antirejection effect of Con A showed that Con A was able to combine with the islet cell membrane well masking perhaps the histocmpatibility antigen. Furthermore the lymphocytes of mice after i. p Con A injection suppressed the lymphocyte proliferation reaction of the svnergic mice to mitogen.
6.Effect of Brain HQ visual training on memory function in lymphoma patients with chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2021;37(6):406-410
Objective:To explore the effect of Brain HQ visual training on memory function in lymphoma patients with chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment. Methods:From January to December 2019, 39 hospitalized patients in lymphoma department were selected as the research object, and divided into intervention group (19 cases) and control group (20 cases) by the order of admission. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given Brain HQ visual training. The two groups of patients used the auditory learning test to evaluate the memory function effect at the time of enrollment, after 2 cycles and 4 cycles. Results:After 2 cycles intervention, there were no statistically significant indicators for immediate recall, short-term delayed recall, long-term delayed recall, re-recognition, and correct recall ( t values were 0.575-1.248, P> 0.05); After 4 cycles of chemotherapy, the three indicators of long-term delayed recall, recognition and correct recall of the intervention group were (6.00±1.59), (9.05±1.81), (36.00±4.27) points, while (4.75±1.55), (8.05±1.73), (32.85±3.59) points of the control group, there was a statistically significant difference in ( t values were 3.384, 2.373, 3.010, P < 0.05); repeated measures analysis of variance showed The total indicators of immediate recall, short-term delayed recall, long-term delayed recall, recognition and correct recall were not statistically significant in both groups ( F values were 0.329-1.462, P>0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Brain HQ visual training on memory function are not clear, but with the change of intervention time, memory indicators are constantly improving, Brain HQ visual training has certain practicability.

8.Clinical study advance of orthostatic hypertension in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(13):1037-1040
Orthostatic hypertension (OHT)in children was first proposed by Chinese scholars in 2012.The diagnostic criterion was revised in 2015.OHT in children was not rare in clinical practice.Children and adolescents are susceptible to OHT when they suddenly change posture or standing for a long time. The mechanisms of OHT were not clear.Dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting were the main manifestations of OHT.Severe symptom in childhood OHT includes syncope. The prognosis of OHT was good, but the abnormal blood pressure will last to adults.Further study in OHT will help to predict the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and help to evaluate target or-gan injury. The treatment of OHT has been explored, and non -medical treatment is the main option.Study in medical treatment for OHT has not been conducted. Now,the diagnostic criteria in children, epidemiologic status, clinical fea-tures and treatment of OHT were focused to deepen the understanding of OHT in children and improve the clinical standard of the disease.
