1.Performance of Theory of Mind Tests in Children and Language Understanding Ability
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1988;0(06):-
Objective: To investigate the relationship between vocabulary understanding ability and performance of theory-of-mind tests of children and to confirm the applicability of Chinese revision of Theory of Mind Tests in China. Methods: 100 children aged from 3 to 5 years in Harbin City in China completed the Chinese revision of Theory of Mind Tests and Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test(PPVT). Results:The pass rates of 'expression recognition' tests from 3 to 5 years groups were 100%, and that of 'expression reasoning' tests were 76%,97%,97%. There were 36%,76%,93% of children passed the 'place change' false belief tests and 15%,42%,59% of children passed the 'content change' false belief tests. From 3 to 5 years groups, significant differences of PPVT IQ were found between groups divided depending on different performances of false belief tests, such as that of children passed place change or not were 104.9?16.9 vs 97.0?15.8,106.7?17.6 vs 99.7?15.9(t=2.22,2.07, P
2.Expression of Bcl-2 and calretinin in dysplasia enteric ganglion cells of hirschsprung patients
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(01):-
Objective To explore the expression of Bcl-2 and calretinin(CR)in enteric ganglion cells in different developmental conditions and its significance. Methods The immunohistochemical staining was carried out to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and CR in enteric ganglion cells at different intestinal segments from tissue samples of 40 hirschsprung disease(HD) cases(age,26 d to 12 years old),10 Hirschsprung's allied disease(HAD) cases and 10 normal controls. Results In immature ganglion cells, there was a strong expression of Bcl-2,and no positive to or poor expression of CR.In mature ganglion cells, there was a strong expression of CR but no positive Bcl-2 staining. Conclusion The specific expression of Bcl-2 and CR may play an essential role in judging if the ganglion cells are mature.Bcl-2 might be of importance in the maintenance and restore of the fuction of enteric immature ganglion cells.

Objective To evaluate the value of embolizing uterus artery in the treatment of serious obstetrical hemorrhage. Methods Twelve cases with obstetrical hemorrhage, including postpartum, postcesarean, ectopic pregnant, and artifical abortional bleeding, were treated by embolizing uterus artery. Results All of the 12 patients with obstetrical bleeding were successfully controlled. No serious complication happened. ConclusionThe treatment of obstetrical hemorrhage by emergently embolizing uterus artery was safe and effective.
5.Oxygen free radical mechanism in multiple system organ failure
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
The role of oxygen free radicals in multiple system organ failure (MSOF) was studied in rats produced by reticuloendothelial system blockade in addition to hemorrhagic shock. In MSOF animals blood reduced glutathione (GSH) elevated to 4.17?0.38 mg/g Hb at day 2, compared with baseline 2.67?0.09. Plasma glutathione peroxidase declined to 1.22?0.27 U/ml?min at day 1, and gradually increased at day 2 and day 3, but still lower than baseline 3.08?0.20. Blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) level was 182.6?27.1 at day 1, lower than baseline 249.5?72.4 ?g/g Hb. Plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) increased twice the normal level of 6.54?31 nmol/ml. Correlation analysis showed that lung index, plasma GPT and creatinine negatively correlated with the level of lung and liver homogenate SOD and kidney homogenate GSH, respectively. Results indicate that there are significant changes in the levels of blood and tissue antioxidants and lipid peroxides during MSOF. Organ failure appears to be correlated with the decrease in tissue antioxidation capacity.
6.Effectiveness of controlled-release dinoprostone on odinopoeia in prolonged pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(11):43-45
Objective To investigate the effect of controlled-release dinoprostone on odinopoeia in prolonged pregnancy. Methods 94 cases of prolonged pregnancy women selected in First People's Hospital in Pinghu City from January 2012 to November 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, 47 cases in each group. The control group were given misoprostol to induce labour, while the observation group were given controlled-release dinoprostone to induce labour. The Bishop score, odinopoeia effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups and expressions of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and PGF2αin deciduas of observation group were compared between induction success group and induction failure group. Results The Bishop score in observation group was higher than that in control group 12h post-administration(P<0.05).The total efficiency of cervical ripening, the induction success rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions and the incidence of complications between two group was not statistically significant. The PGE2 and PGF2αconcentrations in induction success group were higher than those in induction failure group(P<0.05).Conclusion The controlled-release dinoprostone could achieve similar security of misoprostol in odinopoeia, but has more significant induction effect.
7.The Unbalance of the Mechanism for Coordinating Interests among Interest Groups in Medicine Circula-tion and the Rectification Channel
China Pharmacy 2015;(25):3457-3459
OBJECTIVE:To put forward suggestions for rectifying the unbalance of the mechanism for coordinating interests in medicine circulation. METHODS:From three aspects of the expression, game and balance of interests, the interest group theory was used to analyze the unbalance of the mechanism for coordinating interests in medicine circulation as well as the cause of the un-balance,and rectification suggestions were put forward. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:At present, the mechanism in medicine cir-culation in China is unbalanced, including mechanism for interest expression, for interest game, for interest balance, etc. Corre-sponding rectifications should include perfecting legislation, effectively giving play to the role of media, defining the legal status of the interest group, strengthening organizational building of the vulnerable group, adjusting the interest pattern of the strong and weak groups and strengthening legal and social morality construction.

10.A Variation of Health Service Utilization in Wonju City.
Korean Journal of Preventive Medicine 1996;29(2):385-395
This study intends to examine the behavioral pattern and small area variations of health service utilization within Wonju city. We selected three small areas in Wonju city as the study site: Haksung-dong(central area of the city), Moonmak-myun (industrial area which is located 25km away from the center of the city), and Gure-myun (agricultural area which is located 32km away from the center). The data were collected by administering questionnaire interviews with 526 people in three areas. The questionnaire include the items on health service utilization behaviors, sociodemographic characteristics, health status, and perceptions. The statistical methods used for the analysis were ANOVA and hierarchical logistic regression. From the analysis, it was found that there was a variation of health service utilization by areas. Compared to those of other areas, the respondents from agricultural area showed a high probability of using health services. When respondents' personal characteristics were taken into account, the effect of dummy variables representing areas disappeared. Instead, the perceived health status became the prime factor of health service utilization. This result showed that the small area variations of health service utilization is due to the demand factor rather than the supply factor.
