2.Medical Personnel be Restricted to their Occupational Morals throngh Establishing "the Patients' Rights
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
In medical work, we usually consider patients as our "God", but our "God" who actually don't know their rights of being patients. think doctors to be "the God", "The Saviour". Many of our medical staff are not realizing patiends' rights and that patients' alternatires of doctors is the core of retaining the relationship between patients and medical personnel. In the essay through establishing patients' rights, medical personnel will be restricted to their occupational morals.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To observe the neuroprotective effect of Gangliosides on rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Rat models were established through middle cerebral artery occlusion and divided into sham-operation group, ischemia-reperfusion group and Gangliosides group. The volume of infarotion and changes of NAA and Lactate at different time point were evaluated by DWI and MRS examinations. Results The mean infarcted volume measured by DWI at 1 h, 3 h and 6 h after ischemia-reperfusion in Gangliosides group was (30.32?8.18) mm3, (35.17?12.45) mm3 and (31.4?8.56) mm3, respectively, versus (204.6?37.77) mm3, (218.9?67.33) mm3 and (213.4?99. 95) mm3 in ischemia-reperfusion group. There were significant differences between the two groups (allP

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1987;0(03):-
Objective A method for the determination of 4-methylimidazole in soy sauce by capillary gas chromatography was studies. Methods The method consisted of a methylene chloride to elution, followed by concentration of the eluate.N,N-Dimethylaniline(IS) was added in and GC analysis of the eluate, prior to GC analysis. The GC analysis was carried out by DB-FFAP capillary column and nitrogen phosphorus detector(NPD).Results The linear range was 4.9mg~1.5?102 mg/L and the limit of detection was 0.16 ug/L.The average recoveries were 97.25%and 99.44% by stand addition method in 0.0102mg and 0.0602mg 4-methylimidazole.Conclusion The method was simple, rapid and sensitive.A useful method for determining 4-methylimidazole in soy sauce was provided for forensic analysis.

Nano-hydroxyapatite has been widely used as reconstructive and prosthetic material for osseous tissue, owing to its excellent biocompatibility and tissue bioactivity. But the poor mechanical property of hydroxyapatite restricts its further application. In order to enhance the comprehensive performance of the material, many researches have been dedicated to the synthesization of the composite materials. This article reviews the main preparation methods of nano-hydroxyapatite and the advancement in research of its composite. The directions in this research area are described as well.

Acupuncture for stroke rehabilitation is of multi-targets, the treatments of which are not only for hemiplegia, but also cover a wide variety of aspects, such as aphasia, dysphagia, dysarthria, cognitive disorders, bowel or bladder dysfunction, ataxia and post hemiple-gic pain, etc. Based on the experiences of stroke rehabilitation with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine over 20 years, this paper discussed the selection of acupoints, needling manipulations, opportunity of intervention, quantity of stimulations, the needle-retaining time as well as the impact on spasticity after hemiplegia referring to ancient and modern literatures and modern rehabilitation theory.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2010;31(2):90-93
Purpose To prepare streptavidin-tagged mouse interleukin-4(mIL-4-SA)bifunctional fusion protein and to study on its bioactivity. Methods The mIL-4 gene was cloned by RT-PCR and cloned into pET21 vector to get mIL-4-SA-pET21 expression plasmid. The mIL-4-SA fusion protein was expressed in BL21 (DE3)host bacteria and purified through the Ni-NTA affinity chromatography and refolded by dilution and dialysis. The effect of mIL-4-SA fusion protein on mouse thymocytes proliferation was evaluated by MTY.Flow cytometric analysis was performed to detect the mIL-4-SA fusion protein on the biotinylated B16F10 tumor cells. Results The mIL-4-SA-pET21 vector was successful by constructed and the mIL-4-SA fusion protein was expressed in BL21(DE3)at about 35%of total bacterial proteins. The purity of mIL-4-SA Was about 95% through Ni-NTA.The mIL-4-SA fusion protein exhibited bifunctional activities,i.e.,stimulative effect for mouse thymocyte proliferation and SA-mediated high-affinity binding to biotinylated cell surfaces(anchoring modified rate Was about 96.69%).Conclusion The mIL-4-SA fusion protein was expected to be developed for the treatment of tumors.

Objective To explore the double-labeling method of monitoring the GHRP regulatory function on [Ca2+]i and NO in cardiomyocytes of rats on real time under LSCM.Methods The reformed constant-flow Langendorff system and enzyme-dissociated was used to isolate cardiomyocytes.[Ca2+]i and NO in the cardiomyocytes of SD rats were double-labeled by their molecular probe Rhod-2/AM and DAF-FM/DA,respectively to monitor the regulatory function of GHRP on [Ca2+]i and NO on real time by LSCM.Results Ca2+ signal showed a red fluorescence and NO showed a green fluorescence while the overlapping of the two signals showed a yellow-green fluorescence by this system, and the similar effect presents in both double-labeled state and the single labeled one:GHRP induced a transient[Ca2+]i increase then followed by a plateau phase while there was not significant change in NO signal system after GHRP stimulation under the LSCM in the cardiomyocytes of rats. Conclusions After having established the double-labeling method we monitored the GHRP regulatory function on [Ca2+]i and NO on real time in cardiomyocytes of rats under LSCM causing the [Ca2+]i biphasic increase while no significant change in NO signal system.
