Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To explore the clinical results of the operation of posterior decompression, vertebral interbody fusion with cage and transpedicular screw fixation for the treatment of recurrent lumbar disc herniation.Methods:51 cases treated with the operation of posterior decompression, vertebral interbody fusion with cage and transpedicular screw fixation were reviewed retrospectively. The results were evaluated with Japanese Orthopedic Association score. Results:The average operative time was 160 minutes and the average blood volumn was 580 ml.51 cases were followed for an averge period of 3 years. There was a significant increase of JOA score in the latest follow-up(P
2.Medical Personnel be Restricted to their Occupational Morals throngh Establishing "the Patients' Rights
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
In medical work, we usually consider patients as our "God", but our "God" who actually don't know their rights of being patients. think doctors to be "the God", "The Saviour". Many of our medical staff are not realizing patiends' rights and that patients' alternatires of doctors is the core of retaining the relationship between patients and medical personnel. In the essay through establishing patients' rights, medical personnel will be restricted to their occupational morals.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1987;0(03):-
Objective A method for the determination of 4-methylimidazole in soy sauce by capillary gas chromatography was studies. Methods The method consisted of a methylene chloride to elution, followed by concentration of the eluate.N,N-Dimethylaniline(IS) was added in and GC analysis of the eluate, prior to GC analysis. The GC analysis was carried out by DB-FFAP capillary column and nitrogen phosphorus detector(NPD).Results The linear range was 4.9mg~1.5?102 mg/L and the limit of detection was 0.16 ug/L.The average recoveries were 97.25%and 99.44% by stand addition method in 0.0102mg and 0.0602mg 4-methylimidazole.Conclusion The method was simple, rapid and sensitive.A useful method for determining 4-methylimidazole in soy sauce was provided for forensic analysis.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To observe the neuroprotective effect of Gangliosides on rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Rat models were established through middle cerebral artery occlusion and divided into sham-operation group, ischemia-reperfusion group and Gangliosides group. The volume of infarotion and changes of NAA and Lactate at different time point were evaluated by DWI and MRS examinations. Results The mean infarcted volume measured by DWI at 1 h, 3 h and 6 h after ischemia-reperfusion in Gangliosides group was (30.32?8.18) mm3, (35.17?12.45) mm3 and (31.4?8.56) mm3, respectively, versus (204.6?37.77) mm3, (218.9?67.33) mm3 and (213.4?99. 95) mm3 in ischemia-reperfusion group. There were significant differences between the two groups (allP

Acupuncture for stroke rehabilitation is of multi-targets, the treatments of which are not only for hemiplegia, but also cover a wide variety of aspects, such as aphasia, dysphagia, dysarthria, cognitive disorders, bowel or bladder dysfunction, ataxia and post hemiple-gic pain, etc. Based on the experiences of stroke rehabilitation with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine over 20 years, this paper discussed the selection of acupoints, needling manipulations, opportunity of intervention, quantity of stimulations, the needle-retaining time as well as the impact on spasticity after hemiplegia referring to ancient and modern literatures and modern rehabilitation theory.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
Nano-hydroxyapatite has been widely used as reconstructive and prosthetic material for osseous tissue, owing to its excellent biocompatibility and tissue bioactivity. But the poor mechanical property of hydroxyapatite restricts its further application. In order to enhance the comprehensive performance of the material, many researches have been dedicated to the synthesization of the composite materials. This article reviews the main preparation methods of nano-hydroxyapatite and the advancement in research of its composite. The directions in this research area are described as well.

Objective To investigate the risk factors involved in the refractory pneumonia caused by multidrug resistant acinetobacter baumannii (MDRAb) in pediatric Intensive care unit (PICU).Methods From January 2009 to August 2011,115 patients with MDRAb pneumonia were treated in Department of Emergency,Wuhan Children's Hospital,Wuhan.Another 45 patients with negative MDRAb (NMDRAb)pneumonia served as control. The patients in the two goups were analyzed using univariate and multivariate Logistic regression to find out the risk factors for MDRAb infection. Results Among the 176 clinical strains of acinetobacter baumannii isolated,128 (72.73%) strains were MDRAb.After drug susceptibility tests, acinetobacter baumannii showed the rates of resistance to β-lactams antibiotics not including cefoperazone-sulbactam were more than 70%,and the rates of resistance to carbapenems antibiotics were higher than 90%.All rates of resistance to antibiotics of betalactams and carbapenems in MDRAb were higher than those in NMDRAb significantly. There were very low rates of drug-resistance found in Amikacin,Levofloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and Minocycline ( <20% ).Multivariate logistic regression revealed that ICU stay, length of time for mechanical ventilation, anemia, hypoproteinemia and the use of carbapenems were independent risk factors involved in MDRAb pneumonia. Conclusions MDRAb was an important conditional pathogen with high rate of drug-resistance to many antibiotics leading to pneumonia in PICU.It increased the mortality of patients significantly. To control the infection of MDRAb was the key to increasing efficacy of treatment of pneumonia in PCIU.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2010;31(1):32-34
Purpose To prepare bFGF-PLGA microspheres and to investigate the characteristics. Methods The bFGF-PLGA microspheres were prepared by W_1/O/W_2 multiple emulsion volatilizing method, the morphology was investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM), the ELISA method was used to establish the regression equation and to detect the drug loading amount and encapsulation efficiency, as well as sustained-release profile in vitro . Results The microspheres seemed to be smooth and uniform with mean particle size of (0.75 ±0.08) μm,the the drug loading amount and encapsulation efficiency were [(59.9± 1.9) × 10~(-3)] % and (79.9±2.8)%, respectively, the accumulative release ratio was up to 80 % in the continuous period of forty-five days. Conclusion The bFGF-PLGA microspheres have better pharmaceutical properties and long-time sustained release effect in vitro.
