Objective To verify the reliability of dose parameters of radiotherapy under reference and non-reference conditions by using TLD.Methods Dose parameters were verified by using TLDs under reference and non-reference conditions,including the maximum dose in axel of 5 electron beams with energy of 9 MeV and the variations of dose by depth,source-skin distance,exposure field and 45° wedge for 10 photon beams with energy of 6 MV in 5 hospitals.Results The average relative deviation of 6 MV photon beam measured between TLDs and finger ionization chambers were 4.45％,within ± 7％ as required by IAEA.The average relative deviation of 9 MeV electron beam measured between TLDs and plane parallel chambers were 2.45％,within ± 5％ was required by IAEA.Conclusions Measuring dosimetric parameters by using TLDs under reference and non-reference conditions was reliable and feasible.

ObjectiveTo study a fast and feasible system in clinical application of computer aided socket design and manufacture. MethodsThe biomechanical index were compared of traditional hand-made prosthetic sockets and of computer aided design and manufacture ones based on 3D scanning and reverse engineering. ResultsThe index from 3 cases wearing the computer aided design and manufacture socket prostheses appeared similar or better in static mechanical parameters, walking kinetic parameters and stump-socket interface pressure than they wearing traditional hand-made ones. ConclusionThis computer aided socket design and manufacture system can meet patients' needs in using their prostheses.

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation of pelvis disarticulation amputees.Methods A case report.Results and Conclusion Rehabilitation engineering,assisted with physical therapy,can rebuild hemicorporectomy amputees' standing and walking ability,make them look as normal as possible,help them return to the society.

目的探讨截肢后残疾人综合康复策略。方法个案分析。9岁女童,因车祸骨盆以下截肢。各学科专家和社会工作者组成康复团队,进行综合康复。结果4个月后,女童装上假肢,恢复清纯女孩的外观形象,学会使用假肢、轮椅或特制的小滑板代步,日常生活能力(ADL)提高,正常上学,成绩优秀;将来准备向残疾运动员方向发展。结论综合康复可以实现残疾人回归社会。
