Objective To explore the effects of progressive relaxation training on the nailfold microcirculation for psychological stress state population .Methods According to the mental health screening criteria ,60 cases of psychological healthy individuals were selected as the research object ,took the attention distribution test as psychological stress stimulation ,test self rating anxiety scale(SAS) and nailfold microcirculation function changes of test before and after stress .60 cases were divided into intervention group and normal control group ,30 cases in each group .The intervention group adopted progressive relaxation training intervention after stress ,while normal control group taking natural rest ,then detected the change of nailfold microcirculation .Results The SAS level and the nailfold microcirculation parameters before and after stress between the two groups were significantly different (P<0 .05);the difference of nailfold microcirculation morphological integral and the total integral between the two groups were statisti-cally significant(P<0 .01);and there were no difference on flow integral and around the loop integral between the two groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Progressive relaxation training can effectively improve the microcirculation state of the psychological stress a-mong people ,under certain conditions ,the effective intervention to the stress state population can influence the microcirculation .

OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of flavonoids of Astragalus complanatus(FAC) on D-galactose-induced sub-acute aging in mice. METHODS:The subacute aging mice model were established with the use of D-galactose,and the effect of FAC on the associated indexes in model mice such as enzymes,immune organ indexes,hypoxia tolerance time,swimming time under hypoxic condition etc were recorded. RESULTS:FAC treatment significantly up-regulated the activity of SOD,down-regulated MDA content,markedly increased the spleen index and thymus index,prolonged the surviving and swimming time markedly under anoxia condition. CONCLUSION:FAC has anti-aging effect and it can enhance mice's abil-ity against hypoxia and fatigue,which is probably associated to the enhancement of the nonspecific immunity in mice.

Objective To observe the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture on postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoid after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.Methods A total of 100 mixed hemorrhoid patients with postoperative pain after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy under spinal anaesthesia from September of 2014 to December of 2015 were included into the study.The patients were evenly randomized into trial group and control group.The trial group was treated with abdominal acupuncture at acupoints of Shuifen,Guanyuan,Qihai,Sanxing needles under Qihai,lower Fengshi,Tianshu for 15-30 min.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of Tramadol Injection 0.1 g.Before treatment and 0.5,1,2,3 hours after treatment,the pain visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and body activity scores were recorded.Results (1) After treatment,pain VAS scores of the two groups at different time points were obviously decreased(P ＜ 0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease of pain VAS scores of the treatment group 0.5 hours after treatment was superior to that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups at other time points (P ＞ 0.05).(2) After treatment,body activity scores of the two groups at different time points were obviously decreased(P ＜ 0.05 compared with those before treatment),but the difference was insignificant between the two groups(P＞ 0.05).(3) The average dose of Tramadol Injection used in the trial group was 0.013 ± 0.034 1 g,while was 0.103 ± 0.017 7 g in the control group,the difference being significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of abdominal acupuncture is similar to that of Tramadol Injection.For its safety,and being cheap,practical and painless,abdominal acupuncture can be expected to be another option of effective analgesic method for the postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoid after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.

Previous studies suggest that NGAL (neutro phil gelatinase-associated lipocalin) is involved in the transformation and development of esophageal carcinoma. Alteration of NGAL expression can trigger the change of cellular morphology in esophageal carcinoma cells. However, the mechanisms remain unclear. To get a better understanding of NGAL function in esophageal carcinoma, NGAL protein was expressed in methylotrophic yeast, Pichia pastoris, and purified by chromatography. EC1.71 cells expressed high levels of NGALR (NGAL receptor) and EC109 cells expressed low levels of NGALR were used as cells model. The trafficking and the possible function of NGAL protein were then analyzed in the esophageal carcinoma cells. The results showed that 5-FAM-labeled recombinant NGAL protein could internalize into the EC1.71 and EC109 cells. Furthermore, the internalized NGAL protein could induce the alteration of cellular morphology, resulting in generation of autophagosome, transcriptional up-regulation of genes associated with autophagy and increase of phospho-ERK1/2 (p-ERK1/2). Interestingly, the treatment with the NGAL protein did not affect the intracellular iron level. These data indicate that induced autophagy by exogenous NGAL protein is a mechanism that internalized NGAL plays important roles in esophageal carcinoma cells, independent with NGAL-mediated iron transport process, while ERK1/2 signal pathway is involved in activation of autophagy by exogenous NGAL protein.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization for the treatment of portal hypertension.Methods The retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted.The clinical data of 310 patients with portal hypertension who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization in the Tangdu Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University between January 2012 and June 2016 were collected.All the patients underwent laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization.Observation indicators:(1) surgical and postoperative situations;(2) follow-up situations.Follow-up using outpatient examination and telephone interview was performed to detect the gastrointestinal rebleeding and postoperative survival of patients up to January 2017.Measurement data with normal distribution and skewed distribution were respectively represented as average number (range) and M (range).Results (1) Surgical and postoperative situations:all patients underwent successful operation.Twelve patients converted to open surgery due to intractable bleeding and 298 underwent totally laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization.Average operation time,average volume of intraoperative blood loss,average time of gastrointestinal function recovery and average time of postoperative abdominal drainage-tube removal of 310 patients were 192.5 minutes (range,120.0-300.0 minutes),402.3 mL (range,150.0-1 200.0 mL),2.4 days (range,1.0-4.0 days) and 4.2 days (range,2.0-8.0 days),respectively.Among 11 of 310 patients with postoperative complications,1 died of acute severe hemorrhage of upper digestive tract,5 with intra-abdominal bleeding received successful hemostasis (3 undergoing reoperation and 2 undergoing conservative treatment),2 with pleural effusion were improved by thoracentesis and drainage,2 with pancreatic leakage and 1 with pulmonary infection were cured by conservative treatment.Other 299 patients didn't have postoperative complications.Duration of postoperative hospital stay of 310 patients was 6.4 days (range,5.0-9.0 days).(2) Follow-up situations:260 of 309 patients were followed up for 6-60 months,with a median time of 26 months.During the follow-up,1 patient died of acute portal vein thrombosis at 1 month postoperatively;15 with gastrointestinal rebleeding and melena were cured by conservative treatment;other patients had survival.Conclusion Laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization for the treatment of portal hypertension is safe and effective.

Epigenomic imbalance drives abnormal transcriptional processes,promoting the onset and progression of cancer.Although defective gene regulation generally affects carcinogenesis and tumor suppression networks,tumor immunogenicity and immune cells involved in antitumor responses may also be affected by epigenomic changes,which may have significant implications for the development and application of epigenetic therapy,cancer immunotherapy,and their combinations.Herein,we focus on the impact of epigenetic regulation on tumor immune cell function and the role of key abnormal epigenetic processes,DNA methylation,histone post-translational modification,and chromatin structure in tumor immunogenicity,and introduce these epigenetic research methods.We emphasize the value of small-molecule inhibitors of epigenetic modulators in enhancing antitumor immune responses and discuss the challenges of developing treatment plans that combine epigenetic therapy and immuno-therapy through the complex interaction between cancer epigenetics and cancer immunology.
