To explore the differences in biological gas production in the waterlogged zone of a coal seam fire-affected area, in this study the in-situ gas production experiment was conducted with the mine water from aquitard layers in coal seam fire zones in Xinjiang. The results showed that the biogas production first increased and then decreased with the increase in distance, and the highest gas production reached 216.55 mL. The changes in key metabolic pathways during the anaerobic fermentation of coal were analyzed, which showed that as the distance from the aquitard layer in the coal seam fire zone increased, the methanogenesis pathways gradually shifted from acetic acid decarboxylation and carbon dioxide reduction to acetic acid decarboxylation and methylamine methanogenesis. The significant variability in the in-situ mine water reservoir conditions contributed to the differences. In addition, the reservoir pressure and temperature increased as the distance from the fire zone became longer, and the salinity of the farthest mine water in the reverse fault was the highest due to the lack of groundwater supply. Pearson correlation analysis revealed significant correlations of microbial communities with key functional genes and the types and concentrations of ions. The ions significantly influencing microbial enzymatic metabolic activities included Al3+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Mg2+, PO43-, and Mo6+. The differences in metabolic pathways were attributed to the integrated effects of a co-occurring environment with multiple ions. The gas production simulation experiments and metagenomic analyses provide data support for the practical application of in-situ biogas experiments, laying a foundation for engineering applications.

Herald of Medicine 2017;36(4):413-416
Objective To observe curative effect of Ningdong granules on tourette syndrome (TS) concomitant with sleep disorder in children. Methods Eighty-three cases were diagnosed by diagnosis and statistics of mental-disorder (DSMIV) TS criterion and diagnostic standard of traditional Chinese medicine, and then were divided into 3 groups:tiapride hydrochloride group (n =25),Ningdong granules group (n =30) and tiapride hydrochloride plus Ningdong granules group (n =28).Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS) and Athens insomnia scale (Athens) were used for rating the clinical efficacy before and after treatment. The enrolled children were treated for a period of three months. Results The therapeutic effective rate of TS in tiapride hydrochloride group,Ningdong granules group and tiapride hydrochloride plus Ningdong granules group was 92.0%,90.0% and 96.4%,respectively.The therapeutic effective rate of sleep disorder was 84.0%,93.3% and 96.4%,respectively.Mter treatment,YGTSS and Athens scores were significantly changed in all three groups (P < 0.05).Athens score was significantly different between tiapride hydrochloride plus Ningdong granules group and tiapride hydrochloride group (P < 0.05).The total number of adverse reactions was 16,1 and 8,with significant difference (P < 0.01).Conclusion Curative effect of Ningdong granules is similar to that of tiapride hydrochloride on treating TS,but Ningdong granules is more effective than tiapride hydrochloride on treating sleep disorder with less adverse reactions.Combination therapy of Ningdong granules with tiapride hydrochloride is the better choice for treating TS with sleep disorder, and it can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of tiapride hydrochloride.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of basophil activation test (B A T) in ana-phylaxis to non-ionic contrast media through testing the content of CD 63, m ast cell-carboxypeptidase A 3 (M C-CPA 3), and term inal com plem ent com plex SC5b-9 of the individuals by testing their levels in the norm al im m une group and the anaphylaxis groups to β-lactam drugs and non-ionic contrast media. Methods The CD 63 expression of basophilic granulocyte in blood w as detected by flow cytom etry. The levels of M C-CPA 3 in blood serum and SC5b-9 in blood plasm a w ere detected by ELISA . Results The CD 63 expression of basophilic granulocyte in blood, the levels of M C-CPA 3 and SC5b-9 of anaphylaxis to non-ionic contrast media and β-lactam drugs w ere significantly higher than that in norm al im m une group (P<0.05). Conclusion There is activation of basophilic granulocytes, m ast cells and com plem ent system in anaphylaxis to non-ionic contrast media. B A Tcan be used to diagnose the anaphylaxis to non-ionic contrast media.
