Objective To observe the influence of δ-opioid reperfusion in rats with change in serum protein S-100B level and to explore the neuroprotective effect of DADLE during cerebral resuscitation. Method The model of global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was induced by bilateral common carol id artery occlusion combined with hypotension. Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham operation group, model group, DADLE pretreated group, DADI.E treated postischemia group, DADLE treatment during reperfusion group ( n = 10 for each group) .In sham operation group, the rats were operated without ischemia and treatment; in model group, rats had global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion model up without any treament; in DADLE pretreated group, rats received DADlE before ischemia; in DADLE treatment postischemia group, rats had DADLE immediately after ischemia; in DADLE treatment during reperfusion group, rats got DADLE during early reperfusion. After the establishment of model, serum protein S-JOOB was measured by using ELlSA.One-way analysis of variance and SNK test were used for comparison between groups. Results The serum protein S-100B level was (475.56±1.93) pg/ml in sham operational group and that was much lower than that in model group and DADLE treatment groups. While the levels of serum protein S-100B in all DADLE treatment groups were reduced significantly in comparison with model group. There were no differences in the levels of serum protein KS-100B between DADLE treatment groups. Conclusions The δ-opioid receptor DADLE exerts neuroprotective effects on global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(2):109-113
Objective:
To investigate the prevalence of hypertension among primary and middle school students living in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, so as to provide insights into comprehensive hypertension control among children and adolescents.
Methods:
Primary and middle school students at ages of 7 to 17 years were recruited for a questionnaire survey in Suzhou City using the stratified cluster random sampling method from September to December, 2020, and the height and body weight were measured. Blood pressure was measured at three separate clinic visits according to the national criteria Reference of Screening for Elevated Blood Pressure among Children and Adolescents Aged 7-18 Years ( WS/T 610-2018 ), and the detection of elevated blood pressure was estimated at three separate visits. In addition, factors affecting elevated blood pressure were identified.
Results:
A total of 3 713 students were enrolled, including 1 924 boys ( 51.82% ) and 1 789 girls ( 48.18% ). The detection of elevated blood pressure was 13.63%, 5.36%, and 3.37% at three separate visits, respectively, and the prevalence of hypertension ( elevated blood pressure at all three visits ) was 3.37%. The detection rates of elevated blood pressure were all higher at three visits ( 16.90%, 8.40%, and 5.26% ) among students at ages of 12 to 17 years than among students at ages of 7 to 11 years ( 9.65%, 1.67%, and 1.07%, P<0.05 ). The detection of elevated blood pressure was significantly higher in boys ( 15.23% ) than in girls (11.91%) at the first visit ( P<0.05 ), while no significant differences were seen at the second or third visit ( P>0.05 ). In addition, higher detection rates of elevated blood pressure were seen in obese ( 27.62%, 11.51%, and 7.06% ) and overweight students ( 17.45%, 6.95%, and 4.85% ) than in students with normal weight ( 9.44%, 3.54%, and 2.15% ) at all three visits, and greater detection rates of elevated blood pressure were found in obese students than in overweight students at the first and second visits ( P<0.017 ).
Conclusions
The prevalence of hypertension was 3.37% based on three separate visits among primary and middle school students in Suzhou City. Measurement of blood pressure at three separate visits within different days is effective to reduce the false positive rate of hypertension and decrease misdiagnosis among children and adolescents.

Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases 2017;43(8):449-452
Objective To investigate the effects of Delta-opioid receptor activator DADLE on the expression of the p38 MAPK and the neuronal apoptosis after global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and explore the neuroprotective mechanisms of DADLE.Methods Global cerebral ischmemia-reperfusion models in rats were induced by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion combined with hypotension.Rats were randomly divided into sham group (n=10),ischemia-reperfusion group(n=10) and three treatment groups with different doses of DADLE (2 mg group,3 mg group,5 mg group,n=10).TUNEL method and Western blot analysis were used to measure apoptotic neurons and expression levels of p38 MAPK phosphorylation, repectively. Results DADLE treatment significantly reduced neuron apoptosis (P<0.05).The expression levels of p38 MAPK were increased in ischemia-reperfusion group than in sham group (P< 0.05).In DADLE treated groups, the expression levels of p38 MAPK were dose-dependently decreased compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group. Conclusion Delta-opioid receptor activator DADLE can be neuroprotective against global I/R injury.Attenuation of apoptosis and p38 MAPK signal pathway might be involved in the neuroprotective mechanism of DADLE.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(7):1000-1002
Objective:
To study the role of rs 12145833 polymorphism of SDCCAG 8 gene in the intervention of childhood obesity, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating personalized intervention measures based on genetic background in children with obesity.
Methods:
From September 2018 to June 2019, a total of 393 children aged 8-10 years in Beijing were enrolled in a cluster randomized controlled trial. Eight schools were randomly allocated into intervention group and control group at a ratio of 1∶1. Saliva DNA samples were collected to detect rs 12145833 polymorphism of SDCCAG 8 gene. The intervention group received a comprehensive intervention, while the control group received usual practice. Intervention measures included diet improvement, sports, school amd family sport. The obesity related indicators were measured at baseline and after the end of intervention 1 academic year. Multiple linear regression and Logistic regression were used to analyze the interaction between genes and intervention on obesity indicators.
Results:
In the intervention group, children with TT genotype of rs 12145833 of the SDCCAG 8 gene had less increase in systolic( β=4.56, 95%CI=1.84-7.28, P <0.01) and diastolic blood pressure( β=2.59, 95%CI=0.45-4.73, P <0.05) than those with GT and GG genotypes. In the control group, the systolic blood pressure of children with TT genotype increased more than those with GT and GG genotype( β=-2.86, 95%CI=-5.63--0.83, P <0.05). There was an interaction between rs 12145833 polymorphism of SDCCAG 8 gene and intervention on systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and body fat percentage in children( P <0.05).
Conclusion
Children with TT genotype of rs 12145833 in the SDCCAG 8 gene are more sensitive to obesity intervention than those with GG and GT genotypes, especially in the improvement of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and body fat percentage. Further trials to study the role of rs 12145833 polymorphism of SDCCAG 8 gene in the intervention of childhood obesity among different ethnic populations are needed.
