1.Interdisciplinary research of medical post-doctor
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(1):1-4
Interdisciplinary research is one of the focus of sci-entific method discussion .In recent years a large number of interdiscipli-nary methods or engaged in interdisciplinary research and collaboration between scientists have won the Nobel prize , once again proved this point. Its profound, interdisciplinary research in the field of medicine it-self also embodies a new paradigm of modern medical science and explo-ration the cross disciplinary research applied to medical postdoctoral training work, aims to cultivate a group of clinicians is an excellent ex-perimental research and know the innovative medical amphibious expert. With the development of modern medicine and the current actual situation , the development of a single subject is far from enough .This article from the interdisciplinary talents cultivation idea or-igin, development of surgery and anatomy , informatics, imaging, such as the development of other disciplines and the close connection between the hot research in twenty-first century To expound the progress of medicine , the need for mutual cooperation between families , and by their respective areas of strengths together to carry out interdisciplinary research .
2.Nutritional support in organ transplant recipients
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(02):-
Organ transplantation is the treatment of choice for patients with end stage organ disease, many organ transplant patients with malnutrition are at high risk for developing postoperative complications, and causing death. Nutritional support can improve outcome of organ transplant patients.
3.Developing the PLA critical care medicine is critical for advancing the level of battle wound treatment in the new era
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2017;42(2):91-94
Critical care medicine is an emerging unique specialty developed from the later 20th century, since then,it has been enriched with theoretical and practical experiences and becomes the most active subject in the field of clinical medicine.Critical care medicine of the PLA has attained significant achievements in the treatment and research of severe trauma, sepsis, severe heat stroke, multiple organ failure and severe acute pancreatitis.Besides,it stands in the leading position in the organ function maintenance of critically ill patients, continuous hemofiltration and nutrition support in China.Furthermore, critical care medicine plays an important role in the rescue of critically ill patients, medical support and disaster relief. As the relationship between battle wound rescue system and critical care medicine has been increasingly close, transition in the form of war in the new period brings new tasks to battle wound treatment constantly.Combined with the characteristics of information-oriented war condition in the future, developing the PLA critical care medicine and advancing the level of battle wound treatment in the new period point out the direction for the future work of critical care medicine.
4.Tertiary peritonitis: clinical features ,diagnosis and treatment
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Tertiary peritonitis is manifested by immunodeficiency and serious diseases which is different with secondary and primary peritonitis. It is a complex nosocomial infection in surgical patients. The pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of tertiary peritonitis is reviewed.
5.Prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Chemotherapy has been shown to be effective in the treatment of patients malignancies, however, anticancer drugs, particularly high-dose, also damage other chemosensitive tissues such as the intestinal mucosa, and these adverse effects can impair intestinal mucosal barrier. The derangement in the barrier function plays a central role in the pathophysiology of systemic infection, shock, and sepsis syndrome. The chemotherapy-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction and its prevention and treatment had been reviewed.
6.Primary chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2009;16(4):250-252
s:Primary chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction (PCIPO)is a rare digestive syndrome characterized by derangement of gut propulsive motility which resembles mechanical obstruction, in the absence of any obstructive process. Treatment of intestinal pseudo-obstruction involves nutritional, pharmacological and surgical therapies, but it is often unsatisfactory and the long-term outcome is generally poor in the majority of cases. This article is aimed at reviewing the current knowledge on etiology, clinical features and management of patients affected by PCIPO.
7.Effect of enteral rehabilitation therapy on graft structure in rat small bowel transplantation
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1999;0(02):-
Objective:To evaluate the effect of enteral rehabilitative therapy in improving graft structure recovery in rat small bowel transplantation. Methods:Fourty eight recipients of rat allogeneic heterotopic small bowel transplantation(SD→Wistar rat)were dvided into 4 groups randomly according to the presence or absence of glutamine or rhGH in TPN regimen.Cyclosporine A was used as the immunosuppressant. The morphological mucosal indices of transplanted gut were observed and compared. Results:The application of rhGH and glutamine-enriched TPN,especially the enteral rehabilitation therapy which composed both these two agents, can promote the recovery of graft structure significantly compared with standard TPN support. On the postoperative day 14,in the enteral rehabilitation therapy group, all the morphological indexes of transplanted gut recovered to the preoperative state. Conclusion:Enteral rehabilitation therapy is appropriate to the host metabolic status,so it can improve the graft structure recovery more effectively.
8.EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF METABOLIC SUPPORT IN MULTIPLE ORGAN FAILURE
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Multiple organ failure (MOF) is a severe complication induced by intra-abdominal sepsis (IAS) in surgical patients. The study was planned to evaluate the role of metabolic support with different formulas of nutrient substants in 42 rabbits of MOF model which was establishei before. The results showed that metabolic support in the early stage of MOF induced by IAS coul increase body weight in varying degree, promote protein synthesis and decrease protein degration in rabbits. Lower non-protein calorie supplied with glucose might decrease stress response, increase nitrogen retention and improve lung function. Overloads of amino acid nitrogen could increase stress response, increase urinary nitrogen excretion and deteriorate the respiratory function.
9.The relationship of single nucleotide polymorphisms and the molecule mechanisms of sepsis
Baojun YU ; Jieshou LI ;
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
SNP may play an important role in the mechanism of sepsis. Detection SNP of the patients with sepsis may be the key point to the individualization treatment in near future.
10.The networks and ultrastructure of interstitial cells of Cajal in rats' small intestine
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(01):-
Objective:To study the networks and ultrastructure of interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) in rats' small intestine. Methods:Ten Sprague-Dawley rats were killed and fullthickness ileums of approximately 15 mm length were resected.Immunofluorescence which revealed ICC morphology and distribution in the gastrointestine was examined using a laser-scanning confocal microscope.Ultrastructures was evaluated by transmission electron microscopy. Results:There were 2 different subtypes of ICC in ileum which formed network and parallel distribution respectively.Ultrastructual analysis revealed no significant differences between the subtypes. Conclusion:The interstitial cells of Cajal have unique cell networks and ultrastructure character which were suitable with its functions.
