Objective To study the effect of bone marrow mononuclear cells transplantation on restenosis rate and its mechanism. Methods The left anterior descending coronary arteries of swines were obstructed by balloon to create myocardial infarction models. After 3 weeks coronary stents were implanted at the middle part of the left anterior descending coronary arteries followed by the injection of bone marrow mononuclear cells into the coronary arteries. The degree of restenosis were measure by quantitative coronary angiography (QCA) after four weeks. Vascular tissue at both ends of stents were tested by HE and Sirius staining to analyse the mechanism of restenosis. Results At end of the experiment there were 8 swines in the bone marrow mononuclear cells transplantation group and 9 in the control group. After injection of bone marrow mononuclear cells the restenosis rate was similar to the control group (50% vs 44%, P=0.762). The lumen late loss was also similar between the two groups (1.50?1.45 mm vs 1.31?1.07 mm,P=0.736). Conclusion Bone marrow mononuclear cells transplantation does not increase the restenosis rate after percutaneous coronary artery intervention.

[Objective]To provide the mechanical evidence of self manufactured metallic-rectangular frame on the reconstruction of the stability of occipitocervical junction.[Method]Seven of the adult cervical spinal specimens which were entire wet-cadavers(from occipitale to C_6) were made to simulate the C_(0~2) fracture dislocation. These of specimens dislocated were fixed by metallic-rectangular frame and Occipito-cervical plate respectively. The three dimensional movements of C_(0~2) were recorded through photogrametry with a pure moment of 1.53 Nm.The range of motion(ROM) of each specimens in two fixation was caculated.[Result]Loaded by 1.53Nm,In metallic-rectangular frame fixation, the ROM in flexion, extension, lateral bending and axial rotation were 5.9?、7.7?、5.6?、11.2? respectively, decreased by 157.6%、68.8%、58.9%、131.3%,compared with occipitocervical plate fixation group.[Conclusion]Metallic-retangular frame fixation can reconstruct the stability of Occipitocervical junction immediatey, and is a relativity effective internal fixation for occipitocervical fusion.

Objective To prepare a kind of Gelsolin-targeted ultrasound contrast agent (GSN-PLGA) and to explore its targeting and imaging effection in vitro. Methods The high molecular PLGA-COOH ultrasound contrast agents were prepared by a modified double emulsion technique and then conjugated with Gelsolin monoclonal antibody by carbodiimide technique. The physical property of contrast agent was determined. And the connectivity condition of ultrasound contrast agent with Gelsolin monoclonal antibody was estimated. The targeting ability and the effect of enhancing ultrasound imaging in vitro were explored. Results The average diameter of GSN-PLGA was (575.67 ± 4.71) nm.The potential was (-11.46±1.19) mV.And the binding rate of Gelsolin monoclonal antibody was 96.93%.In vitro experimentshowed more GSN-PLGA could be intaked by Hca-F cells and the ultrasound imaging cloud be enhanced greatly. Conclusion The GSN-PLGA nanoparticle can bind to Hca-F cells specifically and can enhance the ultrasound imaging greatly.

Objective:To establish the fingerprint analysis method for the root of Rosa laevigata Michx from different regions by UPLC. Methods:The column was ACQUITY UPLC? Phenyl(2.1 mm × 100 mm,1.7 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 2 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 3 μl. Results:The fingerprint consisted of 15 common peaks. The range of similarity for twelve bat-ches of the root of R. laevigata Michx was 0. 489-0. 942. And the reference fingerprint of the root of R. laevigata Michx was estab-lished by UPLC. Conclusion:The fingerprint method is simple and reproducible, which can provide basis for the quality control and the medicinal resources exploration.

Objective To evaluate the occurrence and management of complications following mini- mally invasive percutaneous nephrostolithotomy (MPCNL).Methods The data of 436 cases of MPCNL from December 2001 to March 2005 were reviewed, including 249 male cases and 187 female cases.Their age ranged from 14 to 71 years with a mean of 41.6 years.Of the 436 cases,314 cases had simple nephrolith- iasis,79 had nephrolithiasis combined with upper ureterolithiasis,27 had unilateral upper ureterolithiasis, and 16 had bilateral upper ureterolithiasis. Results Among the 436 cases of MPCNL,complications occurred in 27 cases (6.2%).Of the 27 cases,5 had massive hemorrhage, which was cured by closing meatus of nephric fistula, cleaning out the blood clot within the bladder with instrument and transfusing blood;2 cases had pleural effusion,11 cases had hydroperitoneum,8 eases had renal perforating injury, and they were cured by puncture and drainage;1 case had pyocalix, which was cured by using effective antibiotics,re-punc- turing kidney and postponing pulling out the fistula catheter. Conclusions MPCNL is a minimally inva- sire operation. However,it has obvious risk if the surgeon's skill is not proficient. The improvement in the pre- vention and management of complications can promote the application of this procedure.

The genus jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)within the Rhamnaceae family encompasses numerous varieties, such as Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.jujuba,Ziziphus jujuba var.inermis, and var.spinosa,etc.Among these, the jujube fructus has the most abundant cultivated variants across the country, including Ziziphus jujuba cv.Hamidazao and Ziziphus jujuba cv.Huanghetanzao.Jujube plants are rich in variety and are used for both medicinal and food purposes.Polysaccharides, one of the main active ingredients of jujube, are important medicinal components that contribute to its efficacy.Jujube polysaccharides have been found to promote hematopoiesis, exhibit antioxidant and anti-tumor activities, repair liver damage, regulate the immune system, and provide anti-inflammatory effects.By comprehensively summarizing and analyzing the literature on jujube polysaccharides from different varieties and origins, this paper reviews the potential mechanisms of action of jujube polysaccharides in exerting biological activities. It also summarizes the primary structural features, such as relative molecular mass, monosaccharide composition, glycosidic linkage, and the substituent modifications of jujube polysaccharides by sulfation, phosphorylation, carboxymethylation, selenization, and acetylation. This review aims to provide a reference for the research and development of jujube in the fields of innovative polysaccharide drugs and functional foods.
