With the deepening of hospital logistics reform , the requirement of increasing the elaborating manage-ment, important function of logistics management is carried on the inspection services project on behalf of the hospital . Through assessment to improve service quality , saving spending .Because of historical , social and logistics itself , the hospital logistics human resources management relative backward , lack of effective supervision and examination .As the hospital logis-tics management , should be aware that how logistics service performance , directly affects the hospital clinical work smoothly and medical quality.Therefore, how to improve the quality of service project , how to excavate resource potential , how to strengthen the examination , how to improve the inspection efficiency , how to mobilize all positive factors to work for medical services, are bound to become a top priority of the whole logistics management department .Establish effective performance assessment is imperative .Only and department of the hospital logistics performance assessment of social institutions , grasp the key problem from the management , to solve the problem , fundamentally improve the quality of the logistics service .To design effective performance assessment indicators will be the starting point and foundation of the work .
2.Effect of a mind map combined with memorial system by making up stories in knowledge training on first aid medicine

Objective To explore the effect of a mind map combined with memorial system by making up stories in knowledge training on first aid medicine. Methods A total of 91 nurses worked at Wenzhou People′s Hospital were selected as study subjects by purposive sampling from February to July 2016. The mind map combined with memorial system by making up stories was applied to knowledge training on first aid medicine. This research carried out speculative knowledge and skill exams for nurses before and after implementation. Results The scores of speculative knowledge and skill of nurses after implementation were (80.74±5.27) and (78.46±5.10) higher than those [(61.58±7.44),(59.13±8.53)] before implementation with significant differences (t=27.56,37.81;P<0.001). Conclusions The mind map combined with memorial system by making up stories can effectively improve the mastery of knowledge on first aid medicine. It is worthy of being applied.
