Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2015;(2):141-144
Purpose To detect the expression of insulin-like growth factor-ⅡmRNA-binding protein 3 (IMP3) in preeclampsia (PE) placentas. Methods The levels of IMP3 expression were measured using immunohistochemistry in 8 cases of mild PE, 41 cases of se-vere PE, 6 cases of fetal growth restrict ( FGR) without PE and 22 cases of normal late trimester of pregnancy placentas. Results Compared with normal late trimester of pregnancy, the expression of IMP3 was obviously decreased in severe PE placenta ( Z =-2. 063,P<0. 05), decreased in mild PE (Z= -1. 31,P>0. 05). The expression of IMP3 in severe PE placenta was lower than that of mild PE placenta but not statistically significant (Z= -0. 233,P>0. 05). The expression of IMP3 in early onset PE placenta was lower than that of late onset PE placenta but not statistically significant(Z= -0. 108,P>0. 05). Compared with normal late tri-mester of pregnancy, the expression of IMP3 was significantly decreased in PE with FGR placenta (Z= -2. 375,P <0. 05), de-creased in FGR without PE and PE without FGR (Z= -1. 225,P>0. 05, Z= -1. 36,P>0. 05). Conclusion The results indicate that IMP3 protein expression is low in sever PE, which may be one of the pathogenesis of PE. IMP3 may be used as a marker to predict PE with FGR, and to provide a basis for the development of a novel therapeutic target in PE.
3.Review of the Ecological Risks of Genetically Modified Trees

China Biotechnology 2006;0(12):-
Delightful achievements have been obtained in forestry genetic breeding since the application of transgenic technology in this field during the past 20 years. Field trials of some genetic modified (GM) trees have been carried out, and some GM trees have been commercialized. Meanwhile, the risks of ecological safety caused by GM trees have raised attention in the public gradually. These issues mainly include the horizontal transfer and vertical flow of foreign genes, and the potential effects on insects, soil ecosystems and virus. The current status of field trials, commercial applications and the potential ecological risks of GM trees were summarized. Then the prospects of GM trees were also presented.

Objective To analyze the clinical data of 112 patients with adult-measles in the Af- filiated Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital and Third People's Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University from January to June in 2005,and to evaluate the epidemiologieal and clinical characteristics of adult- measles. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 112 patients with adult-measles. Results Totally,112 measles patients were involved in this study, with male 63 and female 49 re- spectively. The gender rate was 1.3:1,average age about 32 years and the proportion of non-resi- dents was 40.18%.The peak of the incidence of disease emerged in April and May,and the positive rate of measle virus IgM antibody in serum was 96.43%.There were 97 patients(86.61%)who had the fever that beyond 39℃and 36 patients(32.14%)who had measle caused viral hepatitis.Conclu- sions There is a trend that the ages of patients that suffered from measle were postponed and the in cidences of disease are increased year by year, which maybe related to the nonstandard inoculation of measle vaccine,or the decrease of IgM antibody levels and so on.Meanwhile, serious toxemie symp- toms and liver damage can be observed.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(13):-
Objective To investigate influence of nano-?-linolenic acid on expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in murine model with viral myocarditis (VM).Methods Eighty male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups equally:control group, model group, low and high dose intervention group.Mice in control group were inoculated introperitoneally with Eagle's solution.Every mouse in other groups was treated with 0.1 mL Coxsackie B3 virus(CVB3) intraperitoneally. Then, mice in low and high dose intervention group were treated with 60 and 180 mg/kg nano-?-linolenic acid solution for 1 week, respectively.Mice in control group and model group were treated with 9 g/L saline for 1 week. All mice were killed on day 15.The expression levels of myocardial MIF mRNA and protein were detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry.Serum MIF concentration were exa-mined by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Myocardial histopathology was determined with hematoxylin and eosin stain. Results The mortality rate was 0,45%,30% and 20% in control group, model group, low and high dose intervention group, respectively. The mortality rate was significantly lower in high dose intervention group compared with model group (P

Abstract:Objective To analyse the level of measles antibody and serological susceptibility of the enterprise employees in Jin⁃
shan District,Shanghai in 2019,to provide references for measles prevention and control of enterprise employees. Methods
A total of 1 796 employees were selected from 6 enterprises in Jinshan District by using a stratified random sampling method,of
which serum samples from intravenous blood were collected and determined for IgG antibody level of measles by ELISA. Geo⁃
metric mean concentration(GMC)of measles IgG antibody, antibody positive rate and antibody protection rate were calculated
and the susceptibility factors of measles in enterprise employees were analyzed by using the unconditional multivariate Logistic
regression model. Results The GMC of measles antibody in 1 796 monitoring objects was 639. 71 mIU/mL,the positive rate
was 87. 58% and the protection rate was 29. 06%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio(OR)of
measles susceptibility was 1. 55(95% CI:1. 14 ~ 2. 12)in native subjects compared with non⁃resident subjects,while 2. 35
(95% CI:1. 35 ~ 4. 08)in subjects aged 40 ~ 49 years compared with those aged ≥ 50 years. Conclusion In 2019,the
measles antibody level of enterprise employees in Jinshan District of Shanghai was low,and people aged 40 ~ 49,especially the
nativeadults,wereathighriskofsusceptibilitytomeasles. Supplementaryimmunizationwithmeaslesvaccineshouldbecarried
out for high⁃risk enterprise employees to reduce the risk of measles infection and control the epidemic situation of measles.
