2.Assessment of malnutrition for critically ill children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(4):276-280
Malnutrition is a relatively common clinical problem. Some critically ill children have basic diseases, which lead to the increase of body metabolic rate.As a result, the incidence of malnutrition is higher than that of ordinary children.Malnutrition could decrease the immunity of critically ill children and increase the risk of infection and complications, then may prolong hospitalized course, affect prognosis, and increase mortality.Effective assessment of the nutritional starus of critically ill children as early as possible, detection of the malnutrition state timely, and conduction of clinical nutrition support ways, would promote the recovery of disease, and improve the prognosis.Currently international nutritional assessment methods consist of physical measurements, laboratory examination and nutritional risk screening. However, different nutrition assessment methods have different adaptability,as well as advantages and disadvantages.

5.Qualitative analysis of the marker peaks of Shuanghuanglian Powder-Injection fingerprints and its synergy
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(12):-
AIM: To qualitatively analyse the marker peaks of Shanghuanglian Powder-Injection(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae,Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Forsythiae, etc.) fingerprints and determine their synergy. METHODS: The HPLC-PDA/ELSD fingerprints of Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection were compared with those of component herbs. The relative retention time of each peak, the Ultraviolet spectra providing by PDA and some pure standard substances were used in the analyses. RESULTS: Thirteen marker common peaks of HPLC-PDA(254 nm) fingerprint and HPLC-ELSD fingerprint were confirmed to the three component herbs respectively.Four marker peaks were identified as chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, baicalin and phillyroside. CONCLUSION: Some marker peaks and their synergy origins can be identified by chromatographic fingerprint technology in the Chinese traditional patent medicine.
6.Gamma-scintigraphic evaluation of colon-targeted thymosin ?1 tablets
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2001;0(09):-
Objective:To investigate the in vivo behavior of colon-targeted thymosin ?1 (T?1) tablets. Methods: Colon-targeted T?1 tablets were labelled with ~(99m)Tc and were given to 6 healthy male volunteers orally. Gamma-scintigraphy was used to monitor the gastrointestinal transit and release site of the labelled drug. Results: The labelled drug became detectable in the colon 6.5 h after administration in 5 volunteers with normal intestinal peristalsis and 4.5 h after administration in 1 with sthenic intestinal peristalsis. The images caused by drug release became notable in the colon with the prolongation of releasing time. Conclusion: T?1 tablets is colon-targeted during drug delivery in human gastrointestinal tract.
7.Preparation and Quality Control of Fumeisong Cream
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE: To prepare fumeisong cream and establish its quality control method. METHODS: Ingredients including carbamide, triamcinolone acetonide acetate, camphor, and laurocapram were mixed in an oil-in-water matrix for preparation of fumeisong cream. HPLC was adopted to determine the content of triamcinolone acetonide in the cream. RESULTS: The prepared cream was white in color, with test items all in line with specifications stipulated in 2005 version of China Pharmacopoeia. The linearity concentration range of triamcinolone acetonide was 2.06~20.6 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 6) and the average recovery rate was 99.6% (RSD=1.0%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The cream is simple and feasible in preparation techniques, and its quality is stable and controllable.
8.Effect of serum uric acid and its change on the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
Clinical Medicine of China 2016;32(7):597-600
Objective To explore the effect of serum uric acid ( UA ) level and its change in the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease( NAFLD) . Methods Subjects who participated in the adult health examination in a Top Three Hospital Medical Center of Guangzhou Province in 2012 and 2015, according to whether they have suffered from NAFLD after 3 years follow?up,were divide into NAFLD incidence group and negative control group. The data of anthropometry, laboratory examination and abdominal ultrasound were retrospective analyzed. Results There were 91 male in NAFLD incidence group and 317 males in negative control group. There were statistical significance in body weight ( Wt ) , BMI, UA, TG, HDL?C at baseline ( t=6. 10,4. 98,4. 21,1. 91,-4. 06;P<0. 05). According to UA<149 μmol/L,more than or equal to 149 to<416μmol/L,more than or equal to 416μmol/L as grouping standard, males detection of NAFLD in each group were 0 case,55 cases ( 19. 1%) , 36 cases ( 30. 3%) , and the difference was statistically significant compared with negative control group(χ2=6. 28,P=0. 012). According to UA<89 μmol/L,more than or equal to 89 to <357μmol/L,more than or equal to 357 μmol/L as grouping standard, females detection of NAFLD in each group were 0 case,91 cases( 20. 0%) ,39 cases( 37. 9%) ,and the difference was statistically significant compared with negative control group(χ2=14. 87,P=0. 001) . Age?adjusted partial correlation analyze showed that serum UA levels were positively correlated with Wt,BMI,SBP,DBP,BUN,SCr,ALT,TG and LDL?C levels, and negatively correlated with HDL?C levels( r=0. 349,0. 248,0. 152,0. 157,0. 201,0. 251,0. 132,0. 191,0. 148,-0. 228,P<0. 05) . There was no statistical significance between the NAFLD incidence group and the negative control group in the change of serum UA( z=0. 811,P=0. 417) . Binary Logistic regression analyze showed that the incidence of NAFLD was closely related to BMI,UA,ALT,TG and HDL?C at baseline, and the changes of Wt,ALT,TG, HDL?C during follow?up ( OR ( 95%CI ): 0. 767 ( 0. 709-0. 830 ) , 0. 996 ( 0. 994-0. 998 ) , 0. 964 ( 0. 937-0. 992),0. 702(0. 516-0. 955),4. 948(2. 414-10. 144),0. 890(0. 852-0. 930),0. 957(0. 937-0. 979), 0. 601(0. 441-0. 818),3. 111(1. 197-8. 080),P<0. 05). Conclusion Serum UA level is closely related to the incidence of NAFLD and its related risk factors, and serum UA level is an independent risk factor for NAFLD.
