2.A Study of Development and Validation of Chinese Mood Adjective Check List
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To develop the Chinese mood adjective check list (CMACL) and study the validation of this scale. Methods: The CMACL was filled by 1010 subjects aged 21.0 ? 7.4, 507 males and 464 females (39 lost gender information), which were randomly split into two samples after balancing the gender for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). 232 middle school students divided into five groups according to their grades were engaged in the test-retest study at the first to fourth and sixth weeks. 34 volunteers finished the CMACL and self-rating depression scale (SDS) and 30 college students joined the validation study to test the correlation between the CMACL and state trait anxiety inventory. Results: A four-factor model was found by EFA and confirmed by CFA, which has the following dimensions: Fidget(F)?Happy and excited(HE), Pain and sad(PS),Angry and hate(AH). 30 items were also left in the CMACL after the modification(GFI=0.902,AGFI=0.883,NFI=0.884,TLI=0.931,CFI=0.937,RMSEA=0.046). Reliabilities of the four factors are higher than 0.80. Validation studies showed: (1) SDS total score is significantly positive-correlated with F (P

5.SELECTIVE TOXICITY OF RHODAMINE 123 ON CARCINOMA CELL IN VITRO
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The selective toxicity of the mitochondria-specific cationic fluorescent dye rhodamine 123 (Rh-123) on HeLa cells in culture was studied. In this report, we demonstrate that with continuous exposure, Rh-123 markedly inhibited the growth of HeLa cells but had little effect on normal human kidney fibroblasts. With continuously exposed to Rh-123, the growth rate, colony forming ability, and mitotic index of HeLa cells were decreased. The mechanism of toxicity of Rh-123 on HeLa ceils was investigated by EM and enzyme cytochemistry stain. The mitochondria of carcinoma cells were the main targets for the inhibitory action of Rh-123, since they selectively accumulated the dye. At the dosage of Rh-123 which was toxic to HeLa cells, the structure and function of mitochondria were disrupted, as the mitochondriarelated enzymes, i. e., ATPase, LDH, and SDH were inhibited. The possible mechanism of the action of Rh-123 on HeLa cells is briefly discussed.
6.Investigate the curative effect on treatment of 40 major aphthous ulcer patients by combined use povidone-iodine,H_2O_ and levamisole liniment
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To study the curative effect of major aphthous ulcer using povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 asso- ciated with levamisole liniment. Methods The RAU patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The patients of curative group were instructed to use povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 and levamisole liniment; The control group were in- structed to take metronidazole, antibiotics, compound vitamin B and vitamin C.Then the patients were observed peri- odically. Results The success rate of curative group was 85 % and the control group was 55 %.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Treatment of major aphthous ulcer using povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 and levamisole liniment is effective.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective: To study the direct and moderating effects of Esteem in the model of personality, shame and mental health. Corresponding factors in the whole model were extended. Methods: The SCL-90, EPQ-R Short Scale (EPQ-RS), Shame Scale and Esteem Scale were administered to 365 udergraduates (including 196 males and 169 females, mean age 20.65), and structural equation modeling method was used to study the direct and moderating effects of Esteem in the model. Results: The following conclusions are confirmed through model comparision: (1)Esteem has significant direct effect on the mental symptoms and shame in the model; (2)Esteem has significant moderating effect on the path of neuroticism to the mental symptoms in the model;(3)Psychoticism can independently affect the mental symptoms directly in the model. A new interactive perspective to the raltionship of shame and esteem was discussed in the end.

Objective: To study expression of CD44 S and CD44 V6 in ameloblastoma (AB) and odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) . Methods: S-P method was used to detect CD44 S protein in 77 cases of AB (32 of primary, 39 of recurrent,6 of malignant), 19 cases of OKC and 12 cases of oral normal mucosa;and CD44 V6 protein in 61 cases of AB (24 of primary , 31 of recurrent and 6 of malignant), 19 cases of OKC and 12 cases of oral normal mucosa. Results: Expression of CD44 S and CD44 V6 were detected in cell membrane of stratum spinosum and stratum basale in normal oral mucosa. In 19 cases of OKC, loss of expression of CD44 S was detected in 10 cases, and loss of integrity of CD44 V6 expression was detected in 15 cases. Loss ration of expression and abnormal expression ratio of CD44 S in AB were 27.3% and 63.6%, respectively. That of CD44 V6 in AB were 11.5% and 50.8% respectively. There was a signifcant difference between loss of expression or abnormal expression of CD44 S and CD44 V6 in AB, OKC and normal oral mucosa (P

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of double-balloon push enteroscopy in patients with obscure small bowel bleeding. Methods Thirty-four cases with suspected small bowel bleeding were received double-balloon push enleroscopy from April to November 2003. Results The lesions were detected in 30 of 34 cases; the total diagnostic yield was 88. 3% . The enteroscopy reached to middle jejunum, middle or low portion of ileum in 1 and 3 cases with negative findings. Among thirty positive cases, the diagnosis were angiodysplasia 7 cases (20.6% , 1 in jejunum, 3 in jejunal-ileum, 3 in ileum) , small bowel tumor 11 cases (32.4% ) , all cases were certified by operation and pathology. The tumor growth in duodenum, jejunum and ileum were 2, 5 and 4 cases respectively. Pathology of incised tumors included lipoma, leiomyoma hemangioma, pheochromoeytoma, Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma and adenoearcinoma, 4 cases with Crohn's disease (11. 8% ) , and 8 cases in others. Conclusion The most common causes of obscure small bowel bleeding were angiodysplasia, small bowel tumor and Crohn's disease. Double-balloon push enleroscopy was a safe, reliable and effective diagnostic modality with high clinical value for obscure small bowel bleeding.
