1.Evaluation of the effect of crisis prediction score nursing in reducing complication and nursing deficiencies in patients with myasthenia gravis complicated with thymoma
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(30):47-49
Objective To evaluate the effect of crisis prediction score nursing in reducing complication and nursing deficiencies in patients with myasthenia gravis complicated with thymoma. Methods 46 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, the study group was given with crisis prediction score nursing, the control group was given with individual nursing. The postoperative complications incidence, hospitalization time, nursing defect rate, patient satisfaction were compared between two groups, and Osserman efficacy evaluation was implemented. Results Compared with the control group, postoperative complications (hemorrhage, pneumothorax, respiratory tract infections and myasthenia gravis crisis)rates and nursing defect rate in the study group were lower, hospitalization time shortened, and patients' satisfaction degree increased. Conclusions The crisis prediction score care can significantly reduce postoperative complications and nursing defect rate, which is important for patients' health.
2.Imaging study of MRI-guided high intensity focused ultrasound damage of liver tissues in vitro
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
0.05).But only 23 lesions(38.3%)showed high signal on T1WI.Conclusion:This research confirmed the MRI-guided HIFU equipment is useful to monitor the HIFU treatment and evaluate the curative effect accurately, which provids a basis for the latter treatment of liver tumors.
3.Perioperative management of Cushing's syndrome
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2003;0(01):-
Surgery is the main treatment for Cushing's syndrome. The disturbed metabolic consequences such as prolonged exposure to excessive glucocorticoid, high glucose and hypertension will add the risks and difficulties to surgery. This paper reviews the perioperative glucocorticoid replacement, correction of the hypercotisolaemia before operation, and prevention of complications after operation.

6.Clinical observation on propofol combined with fentanyl in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(12):1639-1640
Objective To explore the effect, safety and value of propofol combined with fentanyl in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods 1 200 patients were collected and divided into normal group and painless group,600 cases in each group.Normal gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed on unanesthetic patients, while painless gastrointestinal endoscopy was operated on anesthetic patients with Propofol and Fentanyl. The safety and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results 1 200 cases of patients were able to complete the gastrointestinal endoscopy examination successfully with no serious side effects.Compared with normal gastrointestinal endoscopy, the patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination guaranteed more comfortable experiences, suffering less pain and side effects. The differences were significant between the two groups (all P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy was a safe, effective and painless process and was worthy of promoting widely.
7.Surgical treatment of coronary artery lesions caused by Kawasaki disease
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2021;36(10):789-793
Kawasaki disease is an acute self-limiting systemic vasculitis syndrome and usually occurs in children. The small and medium arteries of the whole body are mainly invaded, and marked with coronary arteries.Coronary artery dilation and aneurysm formation mainly occur in the early period.Thrombi, intimal hyperplasia, and calcification could be formed during the later period.Consequently, sometimes, it develops intochronicischemic cardiopathy or myocardial infarction. In that, Kawasaki disease has become the leading cause of acquired heart disease for children in developed countries.Presently, the treatment of coronary artery lesions caused by Kawasaki disease includes drug therapy, and interventional and surgical treatment. However, medications usually fail to solve severe coronary conditions, and only interventional and surgical treatment can we choose. Therefore, the development and indications of interventional and surgical treatment of coronary artery lesions caused by Kawasaki disease were reviewed in this article.
8.Comparison of the diagnostic value of routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia and heart rate variability in children
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(10):1504-1507
Objective To compare the application value of routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia and heart rate variability in children. Methods In our hospital, pediatric arrhythmia patients were given routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram. The relationship between arrhythmia and heart rate variability in children was analyzed. Results Supraventricular tachycardia (13.33%),ventricular tachycardia(5.56%),premature ventricular contraction (21.11%),premature atrial contraction (14.44%),block (12.22%) in the dynamic electrocardiogram were significantly better than the conventional electrocardiogram, and the differences were statistically significant x2=11.93,4.56,9.22,10.74,11.55,all P<0.05).There were significant differences in the heart rate variability between ventricular arrhythmias and non-ventricular arrhythmias in children[(78.85±0.88),(4.68±2.43),(24.78±2.56),(21.66±0.94), t=10.88,11.79,9.84,9.92,all P<0.05].Conclusion Compared with routine electrocardiogram, dynamic electrocardiogram has better diagnostic value for pediatric arrhythmia of ventricular tachycardia. The detection rate of ventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, premature ventricular contraction, atrial premature contraction, conduction block and other arrhythmias are obviously superior. And dynamic ECG measurement of heart rate variability is helpful to assess the severity of the disease.
9.Correlation Study between Expression of MHC I Molecule in Ovarian Carcinoma and T-cell Infiltration in vivo on Ovarian Carcinoma Milieu
Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2000;27(3):201-203,207
PurposeTo determine the correlation between expression of MHC classⅠon ovarian tumor cells and T-cell infiltration in vivo on ovarian tumor micro-environment.MethodsThirty three samples of primary epithelial ovarian carcers were analysed with flow cytometry for MHC class Ⅰ expression. Immunohistochemical analysis was performed using monoclonal antibodies that recognize leukocyte differentiation antigens ( LCA+ , CD3 + ) on cryostat sections of primary epithelial ovarian carcinoma. The results were compared with the expression of MHC class Ⅰ expression. ResultsClose correlation were revealed bewteen the expression of MHC class Ⅰ molecules and the numbers of infiltrating LCA+ positive cells ( r = 0. 846, P = 0. 000 1) and CD3 + cells ( r = 0. 738, P = 0. 000 1 ).ConclusionsExpression of MHC class Ⅰ molecules may influence the status of human immunosurveillance in tumor micro-environment on ovarian carcinoma and the assay may be helpful in selection patients for adoptive immnotherapy.
10.~(131)I in treatment of hyperthyroidism with periodic paralysis
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
Hyperthyroidism with periodic paralysis is common in clinic, the curative effect of peroral drugs on it is not satisfactory. In order to evaluate the treatment of 131 I for periodic paralysis in patients with hyperthyroidism, fouty two patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with periodic paralysis were put on p.o. 5.0 9.0 mCi 131 I Na treatment and the remission rate of periodic paralysis was observed. The total effective rate was over 95%. It can be concluded that 131 I could be used as a routine therapy for periodic paralysis in most patients with hyperthyroidism for its safety and efficiency.
