2.One-way Analysis of the Biochemical Markers and Prognosis for 520 Cases of Chronic Fulminant Hepatitis
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To analyze the correlation between the biochenical indexes and prognosis of chronic fulminant hepatitis. Methods The biochemical indicators and prognosis of 520 in-patient with chronic fulminant hepatitis were analyzed using SPASS and STATA software. Results The patients with enzyme-bilirubin segregation and the patients without the segregation, their survival rates were 18 6% and 47 1% respectively, survival rate 20 5% when TC were 1 6mmol/L;while serum AST/ALT ratio rising and PTA,TC,Buche,ALB levels decreased, the survival rates were reduced gradually. Conclusions Serum AST/ALT ratio, total bilirubin,PTA,TC,Buche and ALB are important factors to prognose the chronic fulminant hepatitis. So dynamic monitoring of these bichemical marks could be helpful to treat the patients in timely.
3.Research on sleep respiratory monitoring
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;31(6):352-354
The sleeping respiratory monitoring technique is very important to the prophylaxis, detection, and treatment of the sleep apnea syndrome. This article briefly introduces the classification of the monitoring devices and their application trend, analyzes the features of sleep respiratory monitoring techniques, and summarizes the development statue and the research trend.
4.Investigation in the work content of community nurses in general practitioners team model in Chongqing
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(31):62-64
Objective To understand the work content of community nurses in general practitioners team model in Chongqing. Methods A questionnaire was carried out among 210 community nurses from 12 communityhealth service centers in Chongqing city. Results The work content of community nurses most often did in general practitioners team model were health management, health care of elderly people, health education, chronic disease management and basic medical service. However, the work content of women's health care and inquiry of death cause were relatively done less. Conclusions There are both basic medical service and public health service in the work content of community nurses in Chongqing. The “Six in One” function of community nursing is gradually improved.
5.Clinical Study of Acupuncture Intervention in Gastroscopy Side Reaction by Superficial Needling at Point Fenglong
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(5):433-434
Objective To investigate the clinical intervention effect of superficial needling at point Fenglong on gastroscopy side reaction. Methods Eighty-two gastroscopy patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 40 cases each. The treatment group received gastroscopy and superficial needling at point Fenglong, and the control group, gastroscopy and sham acupuncture at point Fenglong. The pain score and the incidence of nausea and vomiting were observed in the two groups during gastroscopy. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the pain score between the two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting was 31.7% in the treatment group and 65.9% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Superficial needling at point Fenglong can effectively reduce the incidence of gastroscopy side reaction.
6.Trophic effects of mouse Sertoli cells on cerebral cortical cells in vitro
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the possible way through which transplanted Sertoli cells support the nerve tissues in vivo. Methods Culture the isolated cells from the fetal mouse cerebral cortex alone(coated the culture plate with poly-D-lysine previously),the control group,or with prepubertal homologous Sertoli cells(planted Sertoli cells beforehand),the coculture group. To observe the morphological changes of the cultured neurons, neural stem cells(NSC) and neuroglial cells every day and compared the differences in their growth between the tow groups.Sertoli cells, neurons and NSC were identified by the expression of Fas ligand,neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and Nestin in the cytoplasm respectively. Results A significant increase of both the survival of neurons(P
7.Role of Schwann cells apoptosis in pathogenesis of EAN in TNFRⅠ knock out mice
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To study the role of Schwann cells apoptosis in the pathogenesis of experimental autoimmune neuritis(EAN) in TNF receptor Ⅰ knock out(TNFR Ⅰ-/-)mice.Methods For induction of EAN,TNFRⅠ-/- and wild type C57BL/6 mice were immunized by subcutaneous injection into the back with the peripheral nerve P0 protein peptide 180-199;clinical scores of EAN were assessed and scored immediately before immunization(day 0) and thereafter every other day until day 46 post immunization(p.i.).On day 22 p.i.,Schwann cells were collected from the two groups and cultivated in vitro. The expressions of Fas and Annexin-Ⅴ(Annexin-Ⅴ+/PI-)on Schwann cells from TNFRⅠ-/-and wild type EAN were detected by flow cytometry. Results More light clinical signs of EAN were observed in the TNFRⅠ-/-mice(1.50?0.19) than in wild type mice(1.90?0.16);the percentage of Fas expression on Schwann cells was significantly decreased in TNFRⅠ-/-mice(88.03%?1.40%)as compared with wild type mice(94.70%?1.53%)(P
8.Comparison and Consideration of the 5-year and 3-year Ophthalmology and Optometry Education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
In order to analyze the difference and the significance of the 5-year and 3-year Ophthalmology and Optometry education,we compare the 5-year and 3year teaching. The result indicates that there are different emphases and characteristics between the 5-year and 3-year teaching, especially in bringing up the students with practice skills. It also offers the reference to the teaching of different levels.
9.Diagnosis and management of anaemia in patients with lymphoid malignancies
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(07):-
Lymphoid malignancies represent a heterogeneous group of malignancies with differing patterns of behaviour and response to treatment.Anaemia is common in patients with lymphoid malignancies and negatively impacts on quality of life and treatment outcomes and survival. We discuss the diagnosis and management of anaemia in patients with lymphoid malignancies.
