In thispaper, some key problems in the process of developing MIS of dis-ease control computer network are discussed.
2.Antimicrobial resistance characteristics and mechanisms of imipenem-re-sistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2014;(7):385-388
Objective To investigate antimicrobial resistance characteristics and mechanisms of imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P .aeruginosa)isolated from clinical specimens. Methods Bacterial strains were identi-fied by BD Phoenix 100 automatic microbial analysis system, antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed by Kirby-Bauer method;Carbapenemase genes (IMP ,VIM ,OXA,GES )and outer membrane protein gene oprD2 were detected by polymerase chain reaction. Results Resistant rates of imipenem-resistant P .aeruginosa strains to ami-kacin was the lowest (8.33%);resistant rates to gentamicin and tobramycin were<20%;resistant rates to the third and fourth generation cephalosporins, aztreonam, meropenem, compound sulfamethoxazole and minocycline were all>60%,and all strains were resistant to ampicillin/sulbactam.The positive rate of OXA-17 gene was 2.78%(n=1 ),deletion rate of oprD2 was 38.89%,the other drug-resistant genes were not detected. Conclusion Except aminoglycosides, resistance of imipenem-resistant P .aeruginosa to other antimicrobial agents is serious;resistance of P .aeruginosa to imipenem may be due to lacking of OprD2 and production of carbapenemases.
3.Extraction method of the magnetoencephalography somatosensory evoked signals based on the MP decomposition
China Medical Equipment 2014;(5):48-51
Objective:Matching pursuit algorithm(MAP),for its good parametric characterization, is applied in Magnetoencephalography(MEG) to study time-frequency distribution. Methods:This paper proposes to apply a high-resolution time-frequency analysis algorithm, the matching pursuit (MP), to extract detailed time-frequency components of SEF signals. Results: Experimental results on cortical SEF signals of several normal subjects show that a series of stable SEF time components can be identified using the MP decomposition algorithm. Conclusion:This study shows that there is a set of stable and minute time-frequency componentsin SEF signals, which are revealed by the MP decomposition. These stable SEF components have specific localizations in the time domain and may provide a reliable index for clinical research of brain function and brain disease pathogenesis.
4.Diagnosis and replacement therapy during pri-operation period of Cushing's disease
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(10):-
Cushing's disease defined as hypercortisolism caused by an ACTH-secreting pituitary adenoma.Transsphenoidal surgery is currently the primary therapeutic option for Cushing's disease. The surgery aim is to resect adenoma totally, correct high cortisol status, conserve pituitary function at same time. This review is just about the recent studies about diagnosis and replacement therapy during pri-operation period of Cushing's disease.
5.THE EFFECT OF HIGH-DOSE ESTRADIOL ON THE THYMUS OF THE RATS——A HISTOLOGICAL STUDY
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Rapid involution of the thymus was induced in SD rats after administration of high-dose estradiol benzoate. The prominent histological changes observed were as follows: (1) the thymic cortex was become thinner; (2) the corticomedullary ratio was decreased; and (3) a substantial loss of cortical lymphocytes occurred. As a consequence, marked reduction in thymus weight was caused. Under electron microscope, the epithelial reticular cells (ERCs) were found, to be a heterogenous cell group. Their responses to high-dose estradiol were different from each other, and the distinctive changes observed were: (1) cell degeneration changes in some pale ERCs were observed; (2) the other pale ERCs were found to be filled with lower density vacuoles which were very similar to secretory vacuoles; and (3) the dark ERCs were inereased obviously, and many collagen fibril bundles were seen in the vicinity of their perikarya or wrapped by their cytoplasmic processes. There were no striking ultrastructural changes in thymocytes. However, the number of ANAE positive cells in the experimental group was lower than that of the controls evidently. In addition, a large number of plasma cells were observed in the cortex of the experimental group. Based on the above mentioned observations, the possible mechanism of the estradiol effect on the thymus involution was discussed.
6.Diabetes mellitus and pulmonary disease
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(2):185-188
[Summary] When accompanied with pulmonary disease ,the lung functions of diabetic patients usually represent decreases of diffusing capacity ,ventilation function ,bronchomotor tone and respiratory muscles. The mechanisms of lung damage may include non‐enzymatic glycosylation of proteins ,oxidative stress ,IR ,local defensive ability change ,and autonomic neuropathy. Diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for lung function damage ,and lung function damage is an independently predictive factor of diabetes mellitus. The change of lung function in diabetic patients is associated with age ,duration ,blood glucose level and complications.
7.A review of endovascular treatment of aortoiliac occlusive disease
International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(12):820-824
To review the outcome of the endovascular treatment of aortoiliac occlusive disease, the recent literature concerning endovascular treatment as well as aortoiliac occlusive disease was extensively reviewed, and the research and development were summarized. The results are:(1) In most cases, endovascular invention is better than surgery ; (2) Stent placement has a higher technical success rates and a better longterm outcome than percutaneous transluminal angioplasty, primary or selective stent placement, which is better,is controversial; (3)Covered stents perform better than bare stents in longer-term patency and clinical outcome ; (4)Endovascular treatment of complex AIOD provides excellent early and long-term results, similar to those obtained in the treatment of simple lesions. So,in general, endovascular treatment of aortoiliac occlusive disease provides excellent clinical results, further research is needed.
8.Effects of Suanzaoren Decoction on Learning and Memory Ability and Brain Neurotransmitters Content of Senile Insomnia Model Rats
China Pharmacy 2016;27(22):3085-3087
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Suanzaoren decoction on learning and memory ability and brain neurotransmit-ters content of senile insomnia model rats. METHODS:Rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive group [Estazolam tablet,2 × 10-3 g/(kg·d)] and Suanzaoren decoction low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose groups [5,10,15 g/(kg·d)],with 10 rats in each group. Except for normal group, those groups were given D-galactose ih on the back+sleep depriva-tion to induce senile insomnia model. 6 weeks after modeling, treatment groups were given relevant medicine intragastrically for one week, and normal group and model group were given normal saline intragastrically. The escape latency, the percentage of swimming time and the time of original platform crossing were observed, and the contents of Glu and GABA in cerebral tissue were determined as well as the contents of IL-1β and 5-HT in hypothalamus. RESULTS:Compared with normal group, escape la-tency of rats prolonged and the contents of IL-1β and 5-HT in hypothalamus decreased, while the percentage of swimming time of original platform quadirant, the time of original platform crossing and the contents of Glu and GABA in cerebral tissue increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, above index of treatment groups improved significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with positive group, the changes of above index were more significant in Suanzaoren decoction middle-dose and high-dose groups, with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Suanzaoren decoction could markedly enhance the learning and memory ability of senile insomnia model rats, and reduce neurotransmitters content and relieve the delayed neuronal damage which led by Glu and GABA.
