1.Risk factors related to malnutrition after acute ischemic stroke
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2010;09(11):788-790
Risk factors related to malnutrition were prospectively studied in 82 cases with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital during December 1,2007 and December 31,2008. The incidences of malnutrition on the first and ( 14 ± 1 )th day were 18% (15/82) and 30% (25/82). Study showed that age ( P = 0. 007 ), dysphagia ( P = 0. 043 ), malnutrition on admission ( P = 0. 003 ) were risk factors related to malnutrition on the ( 14 ± 1)th day after admission; there was no interaction between dysphagia and the other two factors, dysphagia was an independent risk factor related to malnutrition after acute ischemic stroke.
2.Malnutrition and stroke
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2009;17(5):297-301
Malnutrition is significantly correlated with the high mortality and other poor outcomes of stroke;in turn, stroke can increase the incidence of malnutrition.Old age and swallowing dysfunction are independent risk factors of post-stroke malnutrition. The sequential nutritional support with enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition can reduce or avoid the complications of both malnutrition and stroke, and therefore should be considered for stroke patients, especially those who are critically ill.
3.Relationship study among serum uric acid concentration, pulse wave velocity and coronary heart dis-ease
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2014;23(3):259-262
Objective:To study the relationship among serum uric acid (SUA)level,brachial-ankle pulse wave veloci-ty (baPWV)and severity of coronary disease. Methods:A total of 121 inpatients, who hospitalized in our depart-ment of cardiology from Jan 2011 to Jul 2012,were enrolled.According to results of coronary angiography, they were divided into coronary heart disease (CHD)group (n=59)and normal control group (n=62),CHD group was further divided into single vessel coronary disease group (n=30,single vessel group),double-vessel coronary disease group (n=14,double-vessel group)and multi-vessel coronary disease group (n=15,multi-vessel group).SUA level and baPWV were compared among all groups, and their relationship with degree of coronary disease was analyzed. Results:SUA concentration gradually rose along with number of diseased coronary vessels increased,it's (349.26± 96.58)μmol/L,(400.37±70.96)μmol/L,(517.57±85.26)μmol/L and (602.60±77.03)μmol/L in normal con-trol,single vessel,double-vessel and multi-vessel group respectively,P<0.05 or <0.01;baPWV gradually rose a-long with number of diseased coronary vessels increased, compared with normal control group, there was significant increase in baPWV [(1499.04±193.82)cm/s vs.(1885.32±319.73)cm/s,(2036.00±406.40)cm/s,(2171.03± 348.53)cm/s]in single vessel,double-vessel and multi-vessel group, that of double-vessel group was significantly higher than that of single vessel group,P<0.05~<0.01.Logistic regression analysis indicated that SUA and baP-WV were independent risk factors for CHD morbidity (OR=13.011,14.008,P=0.000).Conclusion:Serum uric acid level and pulse wave velocity possess important clinical application value for predicting CHD and its severity.

Chongqing Medicine 2015;(22):3082-3083,3087
Objective To observe the effect of bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of central non-small cell lung cancer (central NSCLC)with obstructive pneumonia and its efficacy clinical factors. Methods Retrospective analysis method was applied to the 64 cases of central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia. All patients were confirmed by pathology. We main contrasted the efficacy between intravenous infusion of antimicrobial agents and bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy (BAI).we focused on the efficacy between treatment group using standard systemic vein chemotherapy/radiotherapy and primary group with no chemotherapy/radiotherapy.Results In control group, the improvement rate was 43.33%.The improvement rate in treatment group was 70.59%.In treatment group, the curing rate was 50.00% for the patients who had ever taken standard sys-temic chemotherapy/radiotherapy.But the curing rate was 88.89% for the primary group. Conclusion For the patients who have the central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia, intravenous infusion of antimicrobial agents and bronchial artery infusion chemo-therapy (BAI)can obviously increase the curing rate of obstructive pneumonia.
5.Interaction of reactive oxygen species in atherogenetic properties of advanced glycation end products in diabetes
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(12):-
There is overwhelming evidence for an involvement of reactive oxygen species(ROS) in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis(AS) in diabetes mellitus(DM). For many years, knowledge on the contribution to diabetic complications and vascular disease induced by advanced glycation end-products(AGEs)has been rising. During the development of atherosclerosis, AGEs and ROS might have interaction. In this article, we provided four angles of view to discuss the role of ROS in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis: the chemistry of ROS, the effect of vascular targets of ROS on activity of AGEs, the role of ROS in the pathogenesis of atherogenesis by AGEs, the same effect of ROS and AGEs-transcriptional regulation. 6.The response of GABA eliciting the rats outer hair cells during development.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(22):1999-2002
OBJECTIVE:
We used electrophysiological methods to study that whether GABA could elicit OHCs outward currents provide evidence for exsitence of GABA-A receptor and investige the relationship between the effect of GABA and the development of OHCs.
METHOD:
We used whole-cell recording OHCs at current-clamp or voltage-clamp to verify the function of GABA receptor on OHCs. Then we counteds the responsive cells vs. total number cells, and according to results to study the relationships between the GABA receptor and development of OHCs.
RESULT:
OHC was elicited outward current or hyperpolarized by GABA and the responsive cells were decreased with development.
CONCLUSION
The result of GABA receptor decreasing with development suggested that the receptor may draw efferents to OHCs or facilitate the MOC-OHC synapse formation.

7.Clinical Observation of Early Application of Tirofiban Combined with Different Lipid-regulating Drugs Inter-vention in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
China Pharmacy 2015;(29):4118-4120,4121
OBJECTIVE:To observe short-term efficacy and safety of early use of tirofiban combined with different lipid-regu-lating drugs percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. METHODS:562 elderly pa-tients with coronary heart disease underwent selective PCI were selected and randomly divided into atorvastatin group and probucol group, with 281 cases in each group. Both group received routine treatment;atorvastatin group was additionally given tirofiban combined with Atorvastatin tablet, and probucol group was additionally given irofiban combined with Probucol tablet. Clinical indi-cators and main adverse cardiac event(MACE)were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. RESULTS:After treat-ment,3 level of thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)in atorvastatin group accounted for 69.4%,which was significantly lower than 95.7% of probucol group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After 12h treatment,CK,2 groups had lower CK-MB and LVEF and higher cTnI;LVEF decrease of atorvastatin group was more significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05);af-ter 8 weeks of treatment,NO,NO/ET-1,GSH,GSH/GSSG of probucol group were increased significantly, and ET-1,GSSG and Eh decreased significantly;above indexes of atorvastatin group had no significant change, there was statistical significance between 2 groups(P<0.05). The incidence of MACE in atorvastatin group and probucol group were 21.7% and 21.4%,there was no sig-nificant difference (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Tirofiban combined with different lipid-regulating drugs can effectively improve the prognosis of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI operation with good safety, but tirofiban combined with pro-bucol has more obvious therapeutic effect.

10.Multimodality therapy for adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction.
Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2012;15(9):877-880
The definition of esophagogastric junction (EGJ) adenocarcinoma and progress in multidisciplinary treatment for the tumor were revised in this review. Siewert classification is especially useful for the surgical approach of EGJ adenocarcinoma. Siewert I should be treated as esophageal cancer, and Ivor-Lewis esophagogastrectomy (right thoracotomy and laparotomy) is recommended as an extended two-field lymphadenectomy. For Siewert II or III tumors, left thoracophreno-laparotomy is preferred, especially in case of positive thoracic lymph nodes or positive resection margin. If there is any contraindication against thoracotomy, or a high operating risk, a transhiatal esophagectomy with lower mediastinal lymphadenectomy is an alternative. Preoperative chemoradiotherapy or perioperative chemotherapy improves overall survival and the rate of complete resection for patients with large tumor or lymph node metastasis. Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy is associated with high but acceptable postoperative complications. Adjuvant chemoradiotherapy remains a rational standard therapy for curatively resected EGJ cancer with T3 or greater lesion or positive nodes.
