Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(3):396-398
This paper introduced the risk communication principles made by WHO including: establishing trust, releasing information betimes, keeping transparent , listening to the public opinions and involving them in etc.Seven steps to make a two -way and interactive communication are also put up on that basis .It covers infor-ming the medial information and comforting patients ’ anxiety. In addition, the strategies of informing the patients of high-risk medical issues or low -risk medical issues and good or bad news are also mentioned .
7.Predictive value of detection of serum Cys -C and hs -CRP in cardiovascular adverse events in patients with primary hypertension
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(23):3536-3538
Objective To explore the predictive value of detection of serum Cys -C and hs -CRP in cardio-vascular adverse events of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 138 patients with hypertension were selected and their serum Cys -C and hs -CRP levels were detected.Patients were given conventional treatment and blood pressure was controlled stably. Two years later, patients were divided into stable group(96 cases)and progression group(42 cases)according to the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events,additionally,42 people received physi-cal examination in corresponding period were selected as control group. The levels of serum Cys -C and hs -CRP were detected again. The detection results and complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results For initial detec-tion,the levels of serum Cys -C[(0.87 ±0.39)mg/L,(1.16 ±0.47)mg/L]and hs -CRP[(1.79 ±0.56)mg/L, (2.26 ±0.91)mg/L]in the stable and progression groups were higher than the control group[(0.59 ±0.32)mg/L, (0.68 ±0.37)mg/L],and those in the progression group were higher than the stable group(t =2.162,3.904, 5.237,6.441,all P <0.01).For the reexamination, the levels of serum Cys -C[(1.39 ±0.41)mg/L]and hs -CRP [(3.37 ±0.89)mg/L]in the progression group were higher than the stable group[(0.92 ±0.43)mg/L,(1.83 ± 0.62)mg/L](t =2.958,5.119,all P <0.01).The levels of serum Cys -C and hs -CRP in the stable group after 2 years were similar to those at initial detection(t =0.331,0.414,all P >0.05),but the levels in the progression group increased obviously(t =2.146,3.144,all P <0.01).Conclusion The levels of serum Cys -C and hs -CRP were closely related to disease progression and prognosis. And the detection of them can predict the progression of disease, conductive to taking intervening measures for the early stage.

9.Clinical Efficacy Observation on Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disor-der
China Pharmacist 2014;(12):2078-2079
Objective:To explore the curative effect and security of Jiuwei Zhenxin granules in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods:Totally 112 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the research group and the control group with 56 ones in each. The research group was given Jiuwei Zhenxin granules while the control group was given paroxetine with the treatment course of 6 weeks. The curative effect of the two groups was observed using Hamilton anxiety scale ( HAMA) , and the side effects were observed using treatment energent eymptom scale( TESS) . Results:After the 2-week treatment, HAMA scores were signifi-cantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0. 01). HAMA scores between the two groups before the treatment and at each time point after the treatment had no statistically significant differences (P>0. 05). The recovery rate and effective rate of the two groups also showed no statistically significant differences (P >0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the research group was 14. 8%, which was lower than that in the control group (22. 6%, P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in TESS total score between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Jiuwei Zhenxin granules show similar effect with paroxetine in the treat-ment of generalized anxiety disorder with lower adverse reaction incidence and promising safety.
10.Application of low molecular weight heparins in myeloproliferative neoplasms
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(9):570-573
Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) are a group of diseases with malignant cloning in hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells. The main clinical feature is excessive proliferation of one or more lineage of myeloid cells, which cause increasing count of erythrocytes, granulocytes and platelets in peripheral blood.Arterio-venous thrombosis and complications are responsible for the mortality of MPN. Low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) is a kind of anticoagulant that commonly used for its safety and validity. It can improve the hyperviscosity of blood , affect platelets, and interact with leukocytes and endothelial cells, by which can reduce cells aggregation. LMWH can effectively play an active role of anticoagulant in high-platelet plasma. All of these provides a theoretical basis to its availability in MPN.
