In order to screen and get TCM literatures from non-TCM periodicals,knowledge on types of literature is the first thing one has to be familiar with.Secondarily,one should pay attention to get literatures from multiple subjects and different angles.At last,invisible key words and relative information should also be noted.

Objective To analyze the dynamic changes in blood lipids and ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) in peripheral blood monocytes of the patients with type 2 diabetes, and explore the correlations between ABCA1 expression and blood lipids levels and glycometabolism. Methods Human monocytes were isolated from the patients with type 2 diabetes (n=40) and from the healthy individuals (n=40) serve as normal control. ABCA1 was labeled by immune reaction PE fluorescence, then the changes in ABCA1 expression before and after being incubated with the ox-LDL were investigated by flow cytometer. The blood lipid levels, fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels in the patients of type 2 diabetes group were determined, and the correlations between ABCA1 and age, blood lipid, and glycometabolic levels were analyzed. OBJECTIVE To analyze the results of the inhalational allergen detection in children with allergic rhinitis in Tianjin, and to understand the common allergens and their distribution.METHODS Mediwiss (Screen Allergy) was used to determine the specificity of allergen specific IgE in serum. According to sex, age, season, the distribution of allergens was described.RESULTS The most common inhalant allergens in Tianjin were mixed fungus(52.35%), followed by Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(35.88%), dog dander(24.31%), cat dander(15.10%). The positive single allergen(59.03%) was most common, followed by positive double allergens(25.88%); The positive rate of the boy with inhalation allergen was higher than that of the girl; The positive rate of the inhalation allergen in the infant stage was significantly lower than that in the preschool, the school age, and the adolescent; In summer, the inhaled allergens positive rate was significantly higher than that in winter and spring, above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Mixed fungus, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, dog and cat dander are the most common inhalant allergens in children with AR in Tianjin area. The positive rate of allergens has certain regularity in sex, age and season.

Objective To detect the IgM antibodies and epidemiology of pathogens of respiratory tract infection in children ,and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment .Methods The serum of 14 379 outpatient and inpatient cases in Tianjin Children′s Hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were detected by indirect immunofluorescence ,and the respiratory tract in‐fections of different gender ,season ,age and pathogens were analyzed .Results Totally 3 392 specimens (23 .59% ) were positive for IgM antibody detection and the positive rate of MP with 18 .77% was highest ;361 cases were mixed infection ,mainly including two kinds of infection pathogens .The positive rate of respiratory pathogens in male with 21 .46% was significantly lower than in female patients with 33 .92% (χ2 = 274 .73 ,P < 0 .05) .The positive rate in different ages groups (0 - 30 d ,- 6 months ,- 1 years ,- 3 years ,- 9 years ,- 18 years) were 0 .2% ,1 .8% ,15 .36% ,34 .46% ,39 .73% and 30 .73% respectively ,the highest infection rate was found between 3 to 9 years old children ,and the differences among groups were statistically significant (χ2 = 1 407 .87 ,P<0 .05) .The highest rate of MP were found in autumn (24 .42% ) and winter (23 .01% ) ,the highest rate of Influenza B virus (IFu B) was found in spring (15 .13% ) ,the positive rate of Legionella pneumophila (LP) was high in summer (0 .78% ) and autumn (0 .80% ) .Comparison with the 15 departments ,the children of otolaryngology with the positive rate of 43 .9% was the highest . Conclusion The infection ratios of respiratory pathogens were related to gender ,season ,age and pathogen .These findings provided an important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in different seasons and population .

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of hesperidin ( HDN) on antioxidant ac-tivity in mice.Methods HDN scavenging free radicals was detected by spectrophotometry, inhibition of mitochondrial swelling was detected by pyrogallol autoxidation, and erythrocyte hemolysis was detected by Fe2+phenanthroline.The mice were fed with HDN at different concentrations (0, 80, 160, 320 mg/kg) by gastric gavage for 12 days.ELISA and spec-trophotometric methods were used to assay the amount of MDA in mouse liver and kidney tissues and the activity of antioxi-dant enzymes ( SOD, CAT, GSH-PX) , and the antioxidant enzyme gene mRNA expression was analyzed by RT-PCR.Re-sults Compared with the control group, the radical (· OH, O2 -· , DPPH· ) clearance rate was significantly increased in the HDN groups.There was a significant decrease of oxidative hemolysis of erythrocytes and mitochondrial swelling in vitro. MDA content in the mouse liver and kidney tissues and serum showed a decrease, and the activity of antioxidant enzymes ( SOD, CAT, GSH-PX) in the HDN group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was an up-regula-tion of mRNA expression of antioxidant enzyme in mouse liver and kidney tissues.Conclusions The results showed that HDN can eliminate free radicals, reduce cell oxidative damage caused by free radicals, inhibit superoxide production, up-regulate antioxidant enzyme gene expression and enhance their enzyme activity, thus showing a good antioxidant effect.

Objective To explore the effect of childhood abuse on suicidal ideation and the influencing factors among recruits.Methods Through stratified sampling,505 recruits in Nanjing were tested by childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS),Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS) and Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS).Results 1.The scores of suicidal ideation and hopelessness in recruits who had childhood abuse were significantly higher than those in control group ((5.56±4.58) vs (2.11±2.79),(5.93±3.01)vs (3.10±2.27),P＜0.01).2.The score of positive coping in recruits who had childhood abuse was significantly lower than that in control group(18.98±6.16 vs 23.27±7.45; P＜0.05).The score of negative coping in recruits who had childhood abuse was significantly higher than that in control group(9.27±5.04 vs 23.27±7.45; P＜0.01).3.The scores of social support in recruits who had childhood abuse were significantly lower than that in control group ((69.38± 10.43),(20.16±3.97),(25.73±3.68),(22.82±5.52) vs(75.55±9.67),(23.25±2.50),(27.56±3.51),(24.67±5.33) ; P＜0.05).4.The score of total CTQ was positively correlated with suicidal ideation,hopelessness,negative coping(r=0.379,0.402,0.228; P＜0.01),but negatively correlated with active coping style,social support(r=-0.285,-0.302; P＜0.01).Conclusion The recruits who had childhood abuse are susceptible to suicidal ideation.The negative coping style and lacking of social support may be the main factors to the suicidal ideation.

Objective To study the characteristics of clustering of cardiovascular risk factors in patients less than 50 years-old of premature stable coronary heart disease(PSCHD)complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFL).Methods One hundred and six patients with documented PSCHD were recruited into this study and their clinical data,including biochemical parameters,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),white blood cell(WBC)count,ete.,were analyzed based on whether they had NAFL by B-type ultrasound scanning and their homeostasis model assessment ratio(Homa-IR)by the criteria for metabolic syndrome formulated by the International Diabetes Federation.Results Thirty-two (30.1percent)of 106 patients of PSCHD complicated with NAFL,and 74(69.9 percent)without NAFL. As compared to patients without NAFL,patients with NAFL had higher fasting blood glucose(FBS),serum level of insulin(INS),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),serum activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),hsCRP,WBC count,body mass index(BMI),Homa-IR,and higher proportion of those with abnormal blood glucose,hypertension.metabolic syndrome(MS)and carotid atherosclerosis (CA)(P＜0.05),respectively.Bi-variate correlation analysis revealed that hsCRP positively correlated to BMI,TG,ALT and Homa IR(r=0.420,P=0.000;r=0.200,P=0.040;r=0.218,P=0.048:and r=0.546,P=0.000,respectively)and inversely correlated with serum level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(r=-0.220,P=0.023).WBC count positively correlated with FBS(r=0.211,P=0.030).BMI,hsCRP,ALT,and proportions of hypertension,diabetes,MS,NAFL and CA in patients with Homa-IR above median were significantly higher than those in patients with that below median ( P＜0.05,respectively).Conclusions More risk faetors for chronic inflammatory reaction,cardiovascular disease and insulin resistance were clustered more obviously in patients of PSCHD complicated with NAFL.

Objective To explore the effects of ultrasound-exposed microbubbles (UM) on the expression of CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and the mechanisms involved.Methods Mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from bone marrow taken from male Sprague-Dawley rats.They were divided into a control group,an ultrasound (US) group,an ultrasound-exposed microbubbles (UM) group,a UM plus catalase (UMC) group,a UM plus AMD3100 (UMA) group,and a UM plus anti-CXCR4 antibody (UMCX) group.The control group was not given any treatment.The US group was treated with 1 MHz ultrasound at 1 Watt per square centimetre for 30 seconds.The UM group was treated with ultrasound plus microbubbles.The UMC group was treated with catalase,microbubbles and ultrasound.The UMA group was treated with AMD3100,microbubbles and ultrasound.The UMCX group was treated with anti-CXCR4 antibody,microbubbles and ultrasound.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and Western blotting were performed to determine the levels of CXCR4 mRNA transcription and the expression of BMSCs in the control,US,UM and UMC groups.Immediately,5 minutes and 15 minutes after the intervention,fluorescence intensities were observed in the cells labeled with Fluo-4/AM of the control group,US group and UM group under a fluorescence microscope.Migration assays were conducted to determine the chemotactic ability of the BMSCs with respect to stromal-derived factor-1α (SDF-1α) in all six groups.Results No significant differences were found in the levels of CXCR4 mRNA transcription and protein expression between the US and control groups(P＞0.05),but the levels in those groups and the UMC group were lower than those observed in the UM group.Fluorescence intensity in the cells of the US group was not significantly different from that in the control group (P＞0.05),but those levels were both significantly lower than that in the UM group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of cells migrating to the SDF-1α between the US (22.4±2.2) and control group (20.5±2.3).However,the number of cells migrating to SDF-1α in the UM group (53.1±3.8) was significantly larger than that in the US group,the control group,the UMC group (35.2+3.1),the UMA group (32.5±2.8) and the UMCX group (30.7+2.9) (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion UM can increase mRNA transcription and the expression of CXCR4 protein in BMSCs,and promote BMSCs migration to SDF-lα.This may in part be mediated by an increase in calcium influx.
