Objective To explore the fibrotic stroma characteristics of orthotopic liver cancer in rat and the relationship with MR delayed contrast enhancement. Methods 4 Wistar rats with orthotopic liver cancer underwent conventional triphasal and longer-de-layed contrast-enhancement MR scanning.12 HCC specimens obtained from the four Wistar rats were sliced and stained with HE, picric-sirius red,Verhoeff Van-Gieson elastic fiber,Gordon-Sweets reticular fiber and anti-α-SMA immunohistochemical staining. The relationshp between intratumoral fibrotic stroma and MR delayed phases of the 1 2 tumors were analyzed. Results Collagen fiber was expressed mainly in tumor fibrous septum.Elastic fiber distributed in tumor fibrous septum and the artery wall.Reticular fiber dis-tributed in fibrous septum of the regenerative nodules, portal area and tumor psuedocapsule.Integrated optical density (IOD)value of collagen fiber, elastic fiber and reticular fiber analyzed by Image-pro Plus6.0 were 0.102±0.020,0.063±0.018 and 0.109±0.032, respectively. As a result, the amount of collagen and elastic fibers were statistically different (P<0.01),and so were reticular fibers and elastic fibers (P<0.01).And there was a positive correlation between collagen fiber and MR delayed contrast enhancement (P<0.05).Conclusion MR delayed contrast enhancement of hepatic cancer in rat is closely associated with the collagen fiber, thus this fiber in liver cancer can be evaluated noninvasively by MRI.

Objective To improve the training system of the combined education mode between professional master degree students of clinical medicine and resident standardization training (RST) in Zhe-jiang province, and improve the professional quality of medical graduate students. Methods A question-naire was designed through literature review and expert interview, and the data of 77 clinical training post-graduates were collected, and the effect of the training was evaluated by taking the reaction level, learning level, behavior level and achievement level of Ke's evaluation as the breakthrough point. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 20.0, and the mean score was used as the standard deviation. The scores were compared with t test, and the scores of multiple groups were made variance analysis. Results The RST attitude value in reaction layer was 9.26±1.08, RST content value was 29.29±4.36, RST teacher enthusiasm value was 11.13±2.17, RST experience value was 17.38±3.10, which indicated that residents' overall satisfaction to RST was high, but the satisfaction on teachers, evaluation and compensation was relatively low;The grade difference before and after RST in learning layer was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that before and after RST the grades were obviously improved, and the sense of belonging is high. The behave layer showed the residents' behavior changed obviously before and after RST (P<0.05), and their abilities in various aspects such as ward round and dealing with common diseases were largely improved; The result layer showed 77 graduate students had no medical accident and complaint , and all of them passed the annual assessment and participated in the research projects. Conclusion In general, RST graduate students are relatively satisfied with the plan, content and methods of the training, on the other hand, there are problems such as the absence of timely information feedback, teachers' poor enthusiasm, lack of effective competition mechanism, etc. Kirkpatrick Model made a comprehensive and objective eval-uation on graduate students RST from a overall perspective, and it can be introduced into the effectiveness evaluation for graduate students RST.

[Objective]Embedding data information literacy in postgraduate education of traditional Chinese medicine,to provide an innovative approach to improve the quality of graduate theses.[Methods]By collecting blind review data of 891 doctoral dissertations submitted from 2016 to 2021 in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, the quality of graduate theses based on factors such as postgraduate training category, subject, submission year, affiliated unit, thesis review indicators, proposes current problems and relevant countermeasures and suggestions was statistically analyzed.[Results]The proportion of articles in grades A,B and C was 85.07%,12.01%and 2.92%,respectively,with statistically significant differences among grades(P<0.001).According to the classification of first level disciplines, the results show that the overall quality of doctoral dissertations in traditional Chinese medicine is superior to other disciplines;according to the classification of training categories, the results show that the overall quality of non-directed doctoral dissertations is better than that of directed categories;classified by the year of submission for review, the results show that with the increasing of doctoral blind review papers in recent years, the overall quality of doctoral theses has gradually been improved;according to the classification of affiliations, the results show that the overall quality of doctoral dissertations from the second school of clinical medicine, school of pharmacy, and school of basic medicine is better than other colleges.A comprehensive explanation of factors such as the training category, discipline and major, year of submission for review affiliation and evaluation indicators for the doctoral thesis effectively provides feedback on the overall quality of the thesis.[Conclusion]Embedding data information literacy in postgraduate education is of great significance for improving the quality of postgraduate education, especially the quality of graduate theses.

Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2019;37(9):659-664
Objective:
To analyze the characteristics of pneumoconiosis patients and the basic status of medical treatment.
Methods:
Research objects were chosen by stratified sampling method and typical survey method from existing pneumoconiosis patients in China. The survey was carried out from March 2017 to January 2018 in nine provinces including provinces from east, medium and western region in China. Source of pneumoconiosis cases were inpatient cases, outpatient or physical-examined cases and household-investigation cases. The survey mainly included demographic and sociological characteristics, economic status, occupational history and dust exposure history, disease status, work-related injury insurance and social security status and related indicators of pneumoconiosis treatment.
Results:
Investigated 1037 pneumoconiosis cases which included 186 (19.9%) household-investigation cases, 212 (20.4%) outpatient or physical-examined cases and 639 (61.7%) inpatient cases. Demographic and sociological characteristics, individual monthly income, economic source, occupational history and work-related injury insurance were statistically significant among different source of pneumoconiosis patients (
