1.Clinical curative effect analysis on micro anchor combined with Kirschner wire for treatment of mallet finger

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of micro anchor combined Kirschner wire for treatment of mallet finger.Methods Fifteen patients with mallet finger were treated with operation therapy of micro anchor combined with Kirschner wire fixation,postoperative the distal interphalangeal joint dorsiflexion,proximal interphalangeal joint flexion splint fixation for 4 weeks,pulling Kirschner wire 6 weeks later,and active and passive functional exercise of distal interphalangeal joint.Results Fifteen patients incisions healed well,with no complications.Fifteen patients were followed up for 6-12 months.At last follow-up,9 cases were excellent,5 cases were good,and 1 case was poor.Conclusion The micro anchor combined with Kirschner wire for treatment of mallet finger is simple and effective.
2.Tail hole needle combined with titanium cable tension band fixation for the treatment of patella fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tail hole needle combined with titanium cable tension band fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods Thirty-five patients with patella fracture were treated with the tail hole needle combined with titanium cable tension band fixation.Results All 35 patients were followed up for 6-24 months,average 11 months.The incisions were stage Ⅰ heal.Fractures were healed,the healing time was 4-10 weeks,average 6 weeks.The patients were evaluated according to the Bostman knee functional score standard:excellent in 30 cases,good in 5 cases,the excellent and good rate was 100% (35/35).There was no complication such as fracture displacement,internal fixation loosening or fracture,infection of incision,etc.Conclusion The tail hole needle combined with titanium cable tension band fixation is simple,firm fixation,less complications and good functional recovery of knee joint for the treatment of patella fracture.
3.Building of an Internet+supervision system for vendor-processed TCM herbal pieces decoction and delivery service

Pace of life and work of people is accelerating nowadays, and hospitals keep improving their services, which gives rise to the decoction and delivery service from the third party vendors for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Given the quality control standards for the TCM decoction service as issued by Zhejiang and other regions, the systems of supervision and assessment remain incomplete.Authors of the paper introduced a project improvement team, composed of Chinese medicine pharmacy, Chinese medicine experience specialists, vendors of Chinese medicine decoction and express delivery companies, hence establishing a " three-in-one" supervision system of Internet+TCM decoction and delivery service. This practice can optimize the assessment indexes, strengthen the assessment system of assessment transformation and supervision system for patient medication.It proves that the practice contributes to higher quality and safety of TCM decoction and delivery service, improves the ability and level of TCM services, and ensures the medication safety of patients.
4.Factors related to household rodent abundance in rodent-borne disease foci in western Yunnan

Objective To analyze the factors related to the household abundance of rodents in rodent-borne disease foci in the western part of Yunnan province.Methods From July 2011 to October 2012,800 households (20 households in 1 village) were randomly selected in 40 natural villages of 10 counties in western Yunnan where rodent borne disease was endemic to conduct a study on relationship between rodent abundance and environmental factors.Five cages were placed in each household for 3 consecutive nights to capture rodents.The rodent species were identified based on their morphological characteristics.The data on potential factors related to rodent abundance were collected through questionnaires and field observation.A dataset was established by using EpiData software and the analysis was performed with hurdle regression model under R software.Results A total of 421 rodents were captured in 800 households,belonging to 9 species,6 genera,2 families,2 orders.Rattus tanezumi was the predominant species (66.03%).The final hurdle regression model showed that the probability of capturing rodents in the households where family member had high education level and the garbage was placed outside declined by 50%-68% ; The probability of capturing rodents in the households of Dai and Yi ethnic groups increased by 2.16-2.87 times; The probability of capturing rodents in the households where rodents were observed or vegetables grown near houses increased by 1.54-1.59 times; In the households where many rodents were believed to exist,the probability of capturing rodents and the number of rodents captured increased by 1.59 and 1.84 times respectively.The number of rodents captured in the houses with cement or tile floor increased by 3.62 times.Conclusion The household abundance of rodents in the area in western Yunnan,where the rodent-borne disease survey was conducted,seemed to be closely related to the social economy status,human intervention and ecological environment.To control the abundance of rodents effectively,it is necessary to take these factors into consideration.
5.Researches on Effective Fraction and Mechanism of Lycium Barbarum Leaves on Improving Learning and Memory Abilities of D-Galactose-Induced Subacute Aging Mice

Objective To study the effective fraction and mechanism of Lycium barbarum leaves on improving learning and memory ability of subacute aging mice induced by D-galactose injection.Methods The model of subacute aging mice was developed by injection of D-galactose subcutaneously,and different extracts of Lycium barbarum leaves were prepared.The effects of the extracts of Lycium barbarum leaves on the learning and memory ability of model mice were evaluated by Y maze experiment and new object recognition experiment.The pathomorphological changes of hippocampus in mice were observed by hematoxylin-eosin and Nissl staining.The levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),nerve growth factor(NGF),glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in hippocampus of mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the contents of glutathione(GSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in hippocampus of mice were detected by related assay kits.Detection of apoptosis in the hippocampal region of mouse brain tissue using the TUNEL method.Western blotting analysis was used to detect the expressions of antioxidant proteins Nrf2,HO-1 and apoptotic proteins Caspase-3,Caspase-9 in hippocampus of mice.Results The water extraction part and 80%alcohol precipitation supernatant part of Lycium barbarum leaves significantly improved the learning and memory ability of model mice,improved the pathological damage of hippocampus in mice,increased the number of Nissl bodies in hippocampus of mice,and promoted the expression of neurotrophic factors BDNF,NGF and GDNF,and promoted the expression of neurotrophic factors BDNF,NGF and GDNF.Pro-inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-1β and IFN-γ expression declines while anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 expression rises.The activity of SOD and the expression of GSH were increased,and the expression of MDA was decreased.Increase the expression of Nrf2 and HO-1 antioxidant proteins;reduce the expression of Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 apoptosis pathway proteins.Inhibition of apoptosis in the hippocampal region of mouse brain tissue using a model.Conclusion The water extracts and 80%alcohol precipitation supernatant extracts of Lycium barbarum leaves are the effective fractions of Lycium barbarum leaves to improve the learning and memory ability of D-galactose-induced subacute aging mice,and its mechanism might be related to the inhibition of neuronal apoptosis caused by oxidative stress and inflammation.
