Chongqing Medicine 2014;(21):2767-2769
Objective To investigate the risks of HBV infection among the spouses of HBV surface antigen (HBsAg)carriers and to find out effective control strategies on hepatitis B control and prevention .Methods To use case-control study(1∶2) including spouses of HBsAg carriers aged 18 -59 years-old from the nationwide sero-epidemiological survey for Hepatitis B in Chonqing province in 2005 ,and the spouses of the healthy(HBsAg negative persons)as the control groups ,adopt euzymelinked immunosor-bent assay(ELISA) to carry out the sero-epidemiological testing (HBsAg ,anti-HBc ,anti-HBs) for Hepatitis B .Results The posi-tive rate of HBsAgamong the spouses of HBsAg carriers (14 .8% ) was higher than the rate of spouse among the healthy (7 .5% ) , with difference statistically significant (P<0 .01) ,the positive rate of HBsAg in female spouse was uptrend as the marriage age grown ,multiple factor analysis found that the risks of HBV infection among the spouses were their spouse with HBsAg and without condom when the sexual behavior .Conclusion The spouses of HBsAg carriers have high risks of HBV .Premarital examinations , safety sexual behaviors with condom ,timely hepatitis B vaccination etc .are helpful for the spouses of HBsAg carriers free of hepati-tis B virus ,especially female spouses should insist on using condom when the sexual behavior because of them easier to be infected by the hepatitis B virus .

Chongqing Medicine 2015;(16):2245-2246,2249
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of rubella since 2008 ,while the vaccine first used in Chongqing .Methods Descriptive epidemiological study was applied to analyze the cases on rubella from 2008 to 2013 ,and the Excel was used for data analysis .Results From 2008 to 2010 ,the rubella incidence rate reported in Chongqing decreased from 18 .97 per 100 000 to 2 .07 per 100 000 ,but it gave a rebounding trend in 2011 to 2012 .The rubella cases mostly affected children of 6 -14 years old and the epidemic peak was from April to June .Although ,the vaccination rate of rubella increased year by year from 2008 to 2013 ,even in 2012 it reached up to 90% ,but the vaccination coverage was low in primary and middle schools .100 epidemic out‐breaks happened ,91% of which happened in primary and middle schools ,accounting for 18 .74% of all reported cases .Conclusion Students in primary and middle school were easily infected with rubella virus ,the vaccination work should be strengthened for fur‐ther control the rubella infection .Secondary immune of Rubella vaccine of 6 or 7 years old children will contribute to control the outbreak of rubella among school‐age children ,and the rubella vaccine should expand its immunization objects .

Objective To evaluate the work effect after supplementary immunization activities (SIAs) of Hepatitis B vaccine , thus to find the focal point in future hepatitis B prevention .Methods useing statistical method to analysis the data of investigation from 2004 to 2012 of hepatitis B vaccination rate ,the data of selective SIAs of hepatitis B vaccine and the incidence of hepatitis B . Results With the supporting of GAVI project ,the whole course vaccination rate and the timely first dose rate of hepatitis B were obviously increased(P<0 .01) ,supplementary immunization rate of hepatitis B was increased year by year and the incidence of hep-atitis B among 0-14 years old children decreased at 78 .42/100 ,000 .Conclusion The vaccination rate of hepatitis B shows a high and stable trend in Chongqing ,but we need to form a long term mechanism without project supporting to push forward hepatitis B prevention for the newborn .And on the base of doing good jobs in hepatitis B vaccination for the newborn ,we should also expand the hepatitis b vaccination priority to people over the age of 14 .

Objective To observe the influence of Electro-Acupuncture on free amino acid in brain tissue of diabetic rats. Method The diabetic rats were induced by the intra-abdominal injection of alloxan (100 mg/kg once a day for two days). Electro-Acupuncture on Bai Hui and Da Zhui together with quick puncturing along Pang Guang meridian on the back, especially the back Shu points of five Zang organs were applied to alloxan-diabetic rats. Blood glucose and free amino acid were investigated after 6 weeks of Electro-Acupuncture treatment. Results The blood glucose of Electro-Acupuncture group was decreased obviously after treatment (P

Objective To evaluate reverse effect of recombinant human Endostatin on drug-resistance of A549/DDP cells to cisplatin (DDP). Methods Lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and its DDP-resistant cell line A549/DDP were treated with DDP and recombinant human Endostatin. Difference in drug resistance was analyzed between different regimens ( DDP, Endostatin and combination) and between different cell lines ( human lung adenocarcinoma A549 and drug resistant A549/DDP), after a 72h-treatment in vitro. Reverse effect of recombinant human Endostatin on drug-resistance of A549/DDP to DDP was tested by MTT assay. Results The observed 50% inhibitory concentration ( IC50 ) was (0.72 ± 0.05 ) ug/ml against A549 and ( 11.54 ± 0.64)against A549/DDP in DDP, and (2.0 ± 0.1 ) μg/ml against A549/DDP in rh-Endostatin- DDP combination respectively, with a reversal fold (RF) of 5.77 and a relative reversal rate of 88. 2%. Conclusion rh-Endostatin may reverse drug-resistance of A549/DDP cells to DDP.

Objective To investigate the effect of vascular tortuosity and bending radius on the new type knitting stents (LVIS stent ) releasing on the cavernous sinus segment of internal carotid artery. Methods From December 2015 to January 2016,31 consecutive patients with wide-neckedaneurysm treated with LVIS stents and the proximal end of the stent released in the cavernous segment at the Department of Neurosurgery,Changhai Hospital, the Second Military Medical University were enrolled. According to whether the stents completely adhered to the walls or not after the first release, they were divided into two groups:a satisfactorily release group (n =23 )or an unsatisfactorily release group (n =8 ). The differences of vascular tortuosity and bending radius of the 2 groups were compared. Results Thevascular tortuosities of the satisfactorily release group and the unsatisfactorily release group were 118° ± 23° and 147° ± 19° respectively. There was significant difference (P=0. 028). The vascular bending radii were 3. 4 ± 0. 7 mm and 2. 8 ± 0. 7 mm respectively. There was significant difference (P=0. 042). The mean vascular tortuosity was larger and the mean vascular bending radius was smaller in the unsatisfactorily release group. Conclusions The greater the vascular tortuosity, the smaller the vascular bending radius may be connected with the unsatisfactorily release in the LVIS stent. The evaluation of vascular tortuosity is conductive to the guidance of the stent release technique before stent implantation.
