Objective To explore the effect and prevention of truck muscle strength training and stretch on patients with chronic low back pain.Method 46 chronic low pain patients were randomized divided into observation and controll groups.Patients in controlled group received ultrashort wave,truck muscle strength training and stretch therapy,patients in observation group received ultrashort wave and traditional chinese medicine massage therapy.Result At the end of 5 courses of therapy effective rate in observation and controll groups was 86.96％ and 65.21％ respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After3 months of therapy,the total effective rate in observation and controll group was 82.61% and 56.52% respectively(P<0.05).ConclusionTruck muscle strength training and stetch therapy were effective in treatingthe chronic low back pain and preventing from reoccurrence.

Objective To analyze the epidemiology of patients with diseases to be treated by internal medicine physicians present in the emergency department.Methods A retrospective analysis of the data of patients under observation in the emergency department of the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University admitted from Jan.1 2014 through Jan.1 2015 was carried out.The records including patients' name,age,gender,type of diseases,time required for complete resolution of the disease and outcome of patients were kept.The data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 version software,and x2 test was used to compare the difference in incidence.Results There were a total of 13842 patients with 53％ male and (58.21 ± 17.43) years of average age.The highest proportion of patients kept in emergency room for observation was in 60-74 years old group.The number of patients paying a visit to the doctor peaked during 12-24 o'clock and there were two max-peaks at 18,and 22 o'clock.There was a significant increase in number of patients in March,April and Dec.with the highest number in March and the lowest number in July.Respiratory diseases,cardiovascular disease and neurological diseases were the major prevalence diseases in the seasonal spectrum accounting for 64.56％ of the total number.Between July and August,a large number of patients suffering from outbreak of allergic asthma were flocking to hospital after a shower of heavy rain.Conclusion A more attention should be paid to the middle-aged people of this kind.According to the prevalence features of the diseases,the appropriate and reasonable arrangements of medical workers & medical resources should be planned out so as to increase the survival rate of emergency patients.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the long-time effects of nylon fixation at the internal and external canthus combined with skin graft for recurrent lower eyelids ectropion.

METHODSUnder local anesthesia, the cicatricial contraction was released to repostion the lower eyelid. Then nylon thread was implanted in the fascial tissue at the upper margin of tarsus and was fixed on the periosteum at the internal and external canthus. The skin graft was applied on the wound of lower eyelids.

RESULTS12 patients with lower eyelids ectropion at 19 sides were treated with primary healing. The patients were followed up for 6-24 months. All cases were satisfied with functional and cosmetic results. No complication and no recurrence happened.

CONCLUSIONSThe technique of nylon fixation at the internal and external canthus combined with skin graft is an effective method for recurrent lower eyelids ectropion.

Aldehyde oxidase (AOX), a highly conserved molybdoflavoenzyme in mammal cytoplasm, has broad substrate specificity and ability to catalyze the oxidation of aldehydes and nitrogen, oxygen-containing heterocyclic rings. AOX was found to widely distribute with the individual differences in vivo and plays an important role in phase I metabolism of drugs and xenobiotics. The biological characteristics of AOX and its contributions in drug metabolism are introduced briefly in this review.

Objective:To examine the applicability of Generalized Pathological Internet Use Scale(GPIUS) in college students of China.Methods:A sample of 667 college students completed translated Chinese version of GPIUS and Chinese version of Young Scale for IAD.Reliability and validity of GPIUS-CR were analyzed.Results:①The retest reliability,split-half and Cronbach’s ? reliability coefficients of total scale were 0.73,0.87 and 0.91 respectively.②Scores of total scale and each subscale were significantly correlated with scores of Young Scale at 0.01 levels.③Six factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and explained 60.19% of variance.④CFA confirmed that standard measurement model fit data well:?2=1021.9,NNFI=0.94,NFI=0.92,CFI= O.94,RMSEA=0.080.Conclusion:Reliability and validity of GPIUS-CR is corresponded with psychometric standard,and it could be used as an effective instrument in diagnosis of generalized internet addition disorder.

Objective　To evaluate the correlation between the sound pressure and intensity output by ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and received by the embryo in the uterus.Methods　The transient sound parameter and sound field parameter inside the uterus in pregnant rats irradiated by transabdominal color Doppler we re measured with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric sensor.Results　There was a significant difference in the maximal p+(pea k-positive acoustic pressure),p-(peak-negative acoustic pressure),Ispta(inten sity spatial peak temporal peak), Ispta(intensity peak temporal average),Im(int ensity maximum) measured between inside the uterus and in water free field by va rious kinds probes(2.5 MHz,3.5 MHz,7.0 MHz).Conclusions　The irradiation received by the embryo in uterus was smaller than the output of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.

[Objective] To discuss the effect of the community chronic disease management mode which combines physical identification and“preventive treatment”in control of GLU and TG of diabetes. [Method] 300 patients with T2 DM were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group with 150 patients in each group. The intervention group were physical y identified, and the management mode based on theories of“preventive treatment”including health education, diet control, exercise and medication used in the intervention group according to the result of physical identification, while the general management was used in the control group. 1 year later, changes of patients ’GLU and TG were observed. [Result] The community chronic disease management mode which combines physical identification and “preventive treatment”can improve T2 DM patients’GLU and TG, and reduce the GLU and TG of patients with QiXu, YangXu, and ShiRe types of physique. [Conclusion] The community chronic disease management mode which combines physical identification and“preventive treatment”is proved to be effective, and it improves the management of diabetes in communities.

Objective To investigate the relationship between autophagy in spinal dorsal horn and development of morphine tolerance in rats.Methods Twenty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats,in which intrathecal (IT) catheters were successfully placed,were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =8 each):control group (group C),morphine tolerance group (group M) and morphine + rapamycin as a reinforcing agent for autophagy group (group MR).Morphine tolerance was induced with IT morphine 20 μg twice a day for 7 consecutive days.While the equal volume of normal saline was given in group C.In addition,rapamycin 2.3μg was injected intrathecally at the second injection of morphine on 3rd day lasting for 3 consecutive days in group MR.Mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) to yon Frey filament stimulation was measured before IT injection and 30 min after the second IT injection on 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days.The rats were sacrificed 1 h after the last MWT measurement and the L4-6 segment of the spinal cord was removed for determination of the total mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and phosphorylated mTOR(p-mTOR) and autophagy marker protein LC3 Ⅱ expression in spinal dorsal horn by Western blot.The percentage of p-mTOR expression in total mTOR expression was considered as reflection of the activity.Results MWT was gradually decreased with the prolongation of time of IT injection (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with group C,MWT was significantly increased during IT injection,mTOR activity was decreased and LC3 Ⅱ expression was up-regulated in groups M and MR (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with group M,MWT was significandy increased on 3rd,5th and 7th days after IT injection,mTOR activity was decreased and LC3 Ⅱ expression was up-regulated in group MR (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Increased autophagy in spinal dorsal horn is the regulatory mechanism of the body during the development of morphine tolerance in rats and can delay the development of morphine tolerance.

Objective To analyze radiographic characteristics of pneumomediastinum in neonates,and to improve its diagnostic quality. Methods Supine anteroposterior chest film was taken in 22 neonates with pneumomediastinum, additional supine lateral chest film with horizontal projection simultaneously carried out in 16. One or more radiographic follow-ups was made in 14 cases. Spiral CT scanning was done in 4 patients. The imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the total 22 cases, thymic spinnaker-sail sign was seen in 9,transparent area cross the intermediate line of mediastinum in 9,streak and cystic transparent area scattered in the mediastinum in 4. Pneumothorax was accompanied in 12 cases.Conclusion Pneumomediastinum in newborn has its own radiographic characteristics. In most patients occurred thymic spinnaker-sail sign,or transparent area cross the intermediate line of mediastinum and frequently with pneumothorax. It is best shown by integrating supine anterioposterior films with lateral films of horizontal projection. CT scanning can provide more valuable information.
