Journal of Kunming Medical University 2007;0(S2):-
The developing situation of "big image" makes the medical imaging become an increasingly huge and complicated system. It offers higher request to the medical imaging teaching. The internship of last term is always influenced by attending the graduate student's entrance examination and looking for job,the effect of teaching can't be assured, and it especially important to do well in field trip, thus it can reduce or avoid the phenomenon of "practice after graduate".

Objective To investigate the value of interventional therapy for nephrorrhagia after mini-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL).Methods From February 2007 to December 2008,16 cases with nephrorrhagia after MPCNL underwent interventional therapy,of them,14 cases treated with super-selective embolization, one case treated by kindey arterial embolization and one case with renal subcapsular bleeding treated by reptilase intra-arterial infusion. Results In 16 cases,15 cases were successfully treated by embolization. Conclusion Interventional therapy is the first choice method for treating nephrorrhagia after MPCNL.

Objective To explore the role in the localization of vascular puncture points with dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (DCE-MRA) before transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS). Methods MRA images of 46 patients with portal hypertension were measured. The patients were then punctured according to the measurement Results The supero-inferior distant from the puncture point of hepatic vein to plane of right branch of portal vein (AA') was (22.63±10.21)mm, the anteroposterior distant from the puncture point of hepatic vein to plane of right branch of portal (A'A'') was (13.93±1.07)mm, the angle of sag was (31.64±9.23)°. The distant from puncture point of hepatic vein (AS) and right branch (BS) were (23.51±2.12)mm and (38.51±5.36)mm. The angle of cor was (33.57±8.93)°. Forty-five patients were successful punctured, and the time of puncture decreased. Conclusion The location of portal vein puncture point during TIPS are changeable, therefore individualized location of positioning is needed. DCE-MRA is a valuable non-invasive method of localization, playing an important role in localization of vascular puncture points of TIPS.

Objective To observe the characteristics of different level of normal abdominal aorta’s time-flow,time-velocity curve and to investigate the hemodynamic factors in role of the occurrence and development of abdominal aorta’s disease. Methods PC-MRI scanning was performed on 60 normal volunteers T12/L1-L4/5 disc at the level of abdominal aorta,time-flow and time-veloci-ty curve were generated respectively. The characteristics of blood flow curves at different levels of abdominal aorta were observed. Results The time-flow,time-velocity curve of the normal abdominal aorta in different levels have 2nd phase (no diastolic reflux) and 3rd phase (diastolic reflux). Conclusion The characteristics of blood flow curves of different levels of abdominal aorta are dif-ferent.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Nd∶YAG laser combined with enamel cement on dentine hypersensitiveness (DH).Methods120 DH cases (totally 182 teeth) were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group (92 teeth) was treated with Nd∶YAG laser and enamel cement. The control group (90 teeth) was only treated with Nd∶YAG laser.ResultsEffective rates of the experiment group at the moment of treatment, 3 months and 6 months after treatment were 97.8%, 96.7% and 90.2 % respectively, and that of the control group were 95.6%, 91.1% and 84.4%. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionNd∶YAG laser combined with enamel cement has an obvious effect on DH.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the combination of sephedex and docetaxel used in transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for clinical treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods 120 patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly and equally, the 60 cases in experimental group were treated with sephedex suspensoid (Sephedex, G-50, 300-500 μm) and docetaxel-iodized oil, while other 60 cases in control group were treated with docetaxel-iodized oil suspension liquid. Results The success rate of surgical intubation in the two groups was 100%.After an average follow-up of 12 months, the postoperative tumor diameter of the experimental group was reduced by (4.4±1.4) cm, while that of the control group was (1.8±1.0) cm;The overall response rate was 70% in the experimental group in contrast to 30% in the control group;the alpha fetal protein (AFP) value was decreased by (33.2±15.2) μg/L in the experimental group and (10.4±9.8) μg/L in the control group. Conclusion The combination of sephedex, docetaxel suspensoid and iodized oil shows great potential in TACE treatment of primary liver cancer, from which the treatment effect can be improved significantly.

Objective The ammonia level in air and heavy metals in drinking water were explored in a cynomolgus monkey feedlot. Methods Air ammonia from different communities and feeding patterns of cynomolgus monkeys were collected at three time-points per day and determined by Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was applied to detect the level of heavy metals in drinking water from 5 different sampling sites in the feedlot, incluing the outlet of underground water, the water tank, both monkey cages equipped with PVC or iron pipes and sewage lagoon, respectively. Results Air ammonia levels in quarantine inspection flock cages(0.59 ± 0.03 mg/m3)were significantly higher than in the cages of both reproductive flock(0.34 ± 0.03 mg/m3)and sale flock(0.27 ± 0.04 mg/m3). The ammonia level in air in different feeding patterns ranks as following:cage rearing of quarantine inspection flock(0.59 ± 0.03 mg/m3)>cage rearing of reproductive flock(0.48 ± 0.02 mg/m3)>captive bleeding of sale flock(0.30 ± 0.02 mg/m3)>cage rearing of sale flock(0.25 ± 0.01 mg/m3)> captive bleeding of reproductive flock(0.22 ± 0.02 mg/m3). The air ammonia concentrations of both former flocks were statistically higher than the latter three flocks. The highest air ammonia level among different flocks and feeding patterns occurred in the morning, before waste discharge clean-up. The iron concentration in drinking water in the cages equipped with iron pipes was higher than Chinese drinking water standard. Conclusions The air ammonia level was lower than the Chinese air quality standard. The iron concentration in drinking water in the cages equipped with iron pipes was higher than the Chinese drinking water standard.
