Journal of Practical Radiology 1991;0(03):-
Objective To study the imaging features and the reason of misdiagnosis of multi-nodular bronchioalveolar carcinoma(BAC).Methods 33 cases with the BAC proved by pathology, were reviewed, including 20 males and 13 females, the age ranged from 34~76 years with an average age of 54.2 years.X-ray there were over twice X-ray filmes in all cases, and CT scans with GE 9800 Quick were performed in 30 cases . The imaging features were analysed . Results Imaging findings : Miliary noduli were inhomogeneous in distribution, size and density. The large noduli generally located at the periphery of lung or under the pleura and noduli were focused together,“vacuole sign” was present in 72.7% cases and the noduli were around the vacuole, and lobulated.69.7% of nodule focuses were in company with consolidatory shade . The rate of X-ray misdiagnosis was 75.8%, in which 72.0% were misdiagnosed as TB . CT misdiagnostic rate was 36.4%.The misdiagnostic reasons were unsufficient in consideration of clinical symptom and imaging findings. Conclusion The BAC is the developmental stage of cancer. The accurate diagnosis can be improved if clinical-imaging features are analysed properly, and reexamination and comparison are taken carefully.

Objective To investigate effect of dexmedetomidine on safety, validity and superiority in patients undergoing scoliosis surgery under propofol sufentanil anesthesia. Methods Forty patients undcrgoing elective posterior scoliosis surgery were randomly divided into groups D and C (n =10 each).Dexmedetomidine 0.8 μg/kg followed by 0.2 μg/(kg · h) and equal volume were infused at the 10 min before anesthesia induction in two groups, respectively.Hemodynamic parameters were observed at the 10 min before anesthesia induction (T1),3 min (T2) after anesthesia induction,1 min (T3) after intubation,at the beginning of wake-up test (T4),at the end of the test (T5),and 6 min (T6) after deepen anesthesia, respectively.Meanwhile the wake-up time, hemodynamic parameters, success rate of arousal, incidence agitation, and the bleeding volume during the test were also recorded. Results Successive rate of arousal awakening time between two groups had no statistical significance (P > 0.05).Less incidence of agitation was found in group D compared to group C (P < 0.05).The bleeding volume during the test was significantly less in group D (P < 0.05).The hemodynamics was more smoothly during the operation in group D compared to group C (P < 0.05).Conclusions Dexmedetomidine auxiliary propofol and sufentanil anesthesia can effectively implement intraoperative wake-up,reduce the amount of bleeding, and the incidence of agitation during the wake-up.The hemodynamics was more smoothly.
5. Clinical observation of combined Chinese and Western medicines in treatment of senile functional constipation
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2015;46(10):1503-1505
Objective: To observe the efficacy of combined Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of senile functional constipation. Methods: One hundred patients with senile functional constipation were divided into treatment group and control group. There were 50 in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Danggui Shaoyao Decoction and Cisapride Tablets, while the patients in the control group were treated with Cisapride Tablets only. The efficacy in the two groups were compared after three courses. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92% and the control group's was 78%, the former was higher than latter with the comparatively significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The results indicate that the combination of Chinese and Western medicines is highly effective in the treatment of senile functional constipation.

Objective To investigate the effect of 3 concentrations of sevoflurane pretreatment on acute lung injury induced by endotoxin in rats. Methods Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:a control group(Group A), a sevoflurane group(Group B), a 3.6% sevoflurane pretreatment group(Group C), a 2.4% Sevoflurane pretreatment group(Group D), a 1.2% sevo sevoflurane pretreatment group(Group E), and lipopolysaccharide (Group F).The rats were killed 6 h after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or saline injection.Histological examinations of the lung tissues were performed with light microscope. Lung wet/dry weight (W/D) ratio, myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) mRNA expression were assayed. Results Introvenous LPS significantly aggravated lung tissue damage, increased lung W/D ratio, MPO activity, and lung ICAM-1 mRNA expression compared with the control group(P<0.05). Precondition with 2.4% sevoflurane significantly attenuated the above mentioned changes induced by LPS (P<0.05). The 3.6% LPS (Group C) significantly attenuated lung tissue damage and decreased MPO activity, lung ICAM-1 mRNA expression compared with the Group F (P<0.05),but no significant change in lung W/D ratio was seen (P>0.05). MPO activity was significantly decreased in Group E (P<0.05), but lung W/D ratio and lung ICAM- 1 mRNA expression had no significant changes (P>0.05).Conclusion Precondition with 2.4% sevoflurane can reduce LPS induced lung injury in rats. Decreased expression of ICAM-1 and less accumulation of neutrophils were participated in its mechanism.
8.Research progress on mechanism of bone marrow relapse in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Journal of Experimental Hematology 2013;21(1):231-235
The mechanism of bone marrow relapse in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia has been deeply researched in recent years. The roles of hematopoietic stem cells, some gene abnormalities including IKZF1, JAK, CRLF2 and CREBBP, as well as mutation of genes influencing drug resistance have been confirmed to related with relapse of disease. The microRNAs, gene expression profile of patient, microenvironment of bone marrow including bone marrow fibrosis, mesenchymal stem cells and matrix metalloprotease, also play an important role in the process of leukemia recurrence. This article reviewed the details mentioned above.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2013;(12):1129-1133
Objectives To investigate the prevalence of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and risk factors in children with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods The biochemical indices, blood pressure and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) in pa-tients with CKD were retrospectively analyzed. The risk factors of LVH were analyzed using Logistic regression. Results In 125 CKD patients, 32.00%were at 4th stage and 68.00%were at 5th stage. The estimate glomerular ifltration rate (eGFR) and hemo-globin (Hb) level were signiifcantly higher in CKD patients at 4th stage than in those at 5th stage. The intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH), serum phosphorus and LVMI were signiifcantly lower in CKD patients at 4th stage than in those at 5th stage (P<0.01). LVH was detected in 33.60%CKD patients. The eGFR and Hb level were signiifcantly lower in CKD patients with LVH than in those without LVH. The iPTH, serum phosphorus, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were signiifcantly higher in CKD patients with LVH than in those without LVH (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis indicated that only hypertension, hyperphosphatemia, moderate and severe anemia were the risk factors of LVH. Conclusion Control of hypertension, hyperphos-phatemia and anemia is the key to prevent LVH in CKD patients.
