1.Melatonin regulates ovarian function: an update.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(6):548-553
Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine, MT) is a hormone synthesized and secreted by the pineal gland. Recent studies show that melatonin plays an essential role in the pathogenesis of many reproductive processes. High-concentration melatonin exists in human preovulatory follicular fluid and melatonin receptors are present in ovarian granulosa cells, which indicates the direct effects of melatonin on ovarian function. Reactive oxygen species are involved in a number of reproductive events, including folliculogenesis, follicular atresia, ovulation, oocyte maturation, and corpus luteum formation. Melatonin and its metabolites, as powerful antioxidants and free radical scavengers, can potentially inhibit premature ovarian failure. Literature published in recent years shows the essential roles of melatonin in improving human ovarian function and oocyte quality as well as in the management of infertility. Researches on the action mechanisms of melatonin may provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of some clinical diseases.

China Pharmacist 2015;(4):652-655
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the related substances in vidarabine monophosphate for injection. Methods:The known impurities vidarabine and adenine in vidarabine monophosphate for injection were analyzed by an external standard method on a Kromasil 100-5 C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase consisting of water(contai-ning 10 mmol·L-1 tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide and 10 mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate)-methanol(80:20)at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 258nm,the column temperature was at 30℃,and the sample size was 20μl. Meanwhile, the unknown impurities were examined by a self-control method. Results:Good linear relationships of vidarabine and adenine were obtained within the range of 0.0765 ~1.530 7μg·ml-1(r =0.999 9)and 0.078 0 ~1.560 0 μg·ml-1(r =0. 999 9). The corresponding average recovery was 99. 8% with RSD of 0. 2%(n=9)for vidarabine and 97. 0% with RSD of 1. 2%(n=9)for adenine. Conclusion:The method can be used to determine the related substances in vidarabine monophosphate for injec-tion.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(1):42-44
Clinical, neuroimaging, and pathologic studies suggested that a variety of nonmotor symptoms, such as olfactory dysfunction, dysautonomia, and mood and sleep disorders, can precede the typic motor features of Parkinson disease (PD) by years and, perhaps, even decades. The period when these symptoms arise can be referred as the premotor phase of the disease. This paper reviewed the conception, clinical manifestation, pathology, diogose of the premotor phase of early Parkinson disease.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(1):58-61
Objective To understand the status of post-traumatic growth of severe burn patients and analyze its influencing factors. Methods General information questionnaire and post-traumatic growth inventory (PTGI) were used to investigate thirty patients with severe burn. Multi-linear regression method was used to analyze the post-traumatic influencing factors. Results The average score of PTGI was (68.30 ± 10.90), which was in media level. The main influencing factors included burn area, active exercise, time and expense of treatment, marital status and sear proliferation. Conclusion In order to improve the post-traumatic growth, nurses should enhance psychological intervention, teach effective coping strategies and increase the social level to the burn patients.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid combined with bronchial dil-atation drugs in the treatment of moderate to severe stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). METHODS:According to admission time,102 patients with stable moderate to severe COPD were randomly divided into treatment group(n=53)and con-trol group(n=49). Control group received Budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation and Tiotropium bromide pow-der for inhalation;based on control group, treatment group was additionally treated with Pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid,10 ml/time, 3 times a day, for 12 weeks. The lung function index, number of acute COPD attack, modified medical research council (mMRC),CAT and CCQ were performed and comparison in the two groups. RESULTS:After 12 weeks of treatment, the IC of treatment group was improved significantly, compared to before treatment and control group;there was statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%of treatment group after treatment, compared to before treat-ment and control group(P>0.05);there was no statistical significance in the number of acute COPD attack between 2 groups(P>0.05). mMRC,CAT score and CCQ total score of treatment group were improved significantly, compared to before treatment and control group;there was statistical significance (P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid combined with bronchial dilatation drugs for inhalation is better than powder for inhalation in the treatment of moderate to serve stable COPD,can improve pulmonary function significantly, exercise tolerance and quality of life.
