1.Co-risk factors in early life for childhood asthma and obesity
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):419-422
Childhood asthma and obesity are significant public health problems all over the world. In the past decades, the prevalence of both diseases has increased considerably.Because both asthma and obesity appear to have their beginnings in early childhood, common exposures that predispose individuals to both conditions may explain how they are associated. These exposures include common genetic predictors, prenatal exposure to specific nutrients and overall maternal nutrition, colonization patterns of the neonatal and infant gut, birth weight and infant weight gain, and sedentary behaviors in early life.
2.Research on Theory of Mind in Autism
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2001;15(1):60-62
Objective: To investigate the understanding of other' s mind in children with autism in Beijing.Method: The instrument of this study was experimental test story. Results: Children with autism could understand other person' s physical and social desire, and predict behavior of others in accordance with desires. They basically unerstood other' s positive and negative emotions. However, they had a special difficult in understanding other' s cognitive mental states such as false belief. Concluslon: It indicated that the development of understanding other' s mental state is much more gradual and complex. Understandding other' s false belief is not all or nothing. The difference in understanding other's false belief between children with autism is not absolute, but relative.
3.Applications of medical art in internet-based consumer health education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(9):960-963
Medical art are essential in consumer health education, facilitating consumers to un-derstand medical concepts, invisible body parts and complex pathology. This paper reviewed the origin and development medical arts, analyzed the characteristics of medical arts specific for consumers rather than professionals, and discussed the opportunities and challenges of medical arts in internet era.
4.Copy number variations and congenital heart disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(2):113-116
Deletions, insertions, duplications, and complex multi-site variants, now formally termed copy number variations(CNVs),are regions larger than 1 kb that are present with variable copy numbers in comparison with the reference genome.CNVs in humans and other mammals are associated with a series of complex genetic diseases including congenital heart disease. The studies of CNVs have become hot topics. This review mainly discusses the principle of CNVs,the detection techniques and CNVs in the pathogenesis of congenital heart
5.Selection of principal diagnosis on the front page of medical records
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(11):832-834
The present situation of data acquisition of principal diagnosis on front page were introduced and analyzed, the importance of selection and filling out the principal diagnosis on from page were expounded.Meanwhile, how to select the principal diagnosis correctly, clear and definite the definition of Principal Diagnosis, rule of selection of principal diagnosis were also introduced.Besides, some experience on how to select the principal diagnosis were presented. All of these, that analyzing the present situation and the problems of principal diagnosis,in order to assisting medical staff to select principal diagnosis correctly.
6.Rapid Determination of Arsenic in Water by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To establish a method for direct determination of arsenic in water by graphite furnace atomic absorp-tion spectrometry. Methods The contents of arsenic in water samples were directly determined by graphite furnace atomic ab-sorption spectrometry under given conditions of wavelength, ashing and atomization temperature after adding an appropriate amount of nickel sulfate to water samples without enrichment, extraction or transformation of arsenic into hydrogen arsenide of the samples. Results The linear range of the method was0.005-0.200mg /L with a correlation coefficient of0.9996.The re-covery rate, relative standard deviation and detection limit were95.0%-105.0%,4.0%-7.5%and0.005mg /L respectively.Con clu sion Compared with the silver salt method and hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry, this method had many advantages such as simplicity of operation, rapidity and suitability for the analysis of batch samples.
7.Effect of Siwu Decoction on Perioperative Hidden Hemorrhage in Senile Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(3):399-401
Objective To observe the influences of Siwu Decoction on perioperative hidden hemorrhage in senile patients with intertrochanteric fractures, and to supply evidence for Chinese medicine in treating the hidden hemorrhage of senile intertrochanteric fractures patients. Methods By following the inclusion and exclusion standard, 36 patients were admitted into the study. With reference to the medication of Chinese medicine, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group. All of the patients were given conventional anti-infection medicine, symptomatic treatment and dietary guidance. In addition, the treatment group took Siwu Decoction orally, 10 days constituting a period of treatment from the third day after surgery. Before and after treatment, we observed hemoglobin (Hb) level, hematocrit (Hct) and hidden blood loss (intraoperative and postoperative) . Results Hb level was increased and hidden blood loss was decreased in the treatment group ( P<0.05 compared with those before treatment) , but the changes were not obvious in the control group (P>0.05) . The improvement of Hb level and hidden blood loss in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion Siwu De-coction can increase Hb and Hct levels in senile patients with intertrochanteric fractures, which results into the im-provement of perioperative hidden blood hemorrhage to some extent.
8.Intervention of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on diabetic retinopathy in hemorrhage period
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective:To confirm the efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on diabetic retinopathy in hemorrhage period. Methods:Randomly selected out-patient cases, took oral medicine accordance with the dose on time, observed visual acuity and retinal changes before and after treatment. Results:After 3 months observation, visual acuity was improved overall response rate 76.6%,retinal hemorrhage to improve the overall efficiency 70%.Conclusion:The Compound Xueshuantong Capsule was effective in clinical treatment of diabetic retinopathy in hemorrhage period.
9.PREPARATION AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERIZATION OF THE LIPID A COMPONENT OF SALMONELLA TYPHIMURIUM SL1102 RE-LIPOPOLYSACCHARIDE
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
The lipid A component of Re-lipopolysaccharide from S.typhimurium SL 1102 was prepared by hydrolysis with a 0.1 mol/L acetate buffer.Chemical as well as advanced l3C-,and 31P-NMR investigations revealed a ?1' ,6-interlinked D-glucosamine diasaccharide, which is substituted by two phosphate(P)groups, one being esterlinked to the non-reducing residue, and another bound glycosidically to the C1 of the reducing residue, is as the central backbone. Its structure is shown as follows:-P-GlcN(?1', 6)GlcN-P-The amino(2 and 2')and hydroxy(3 and 3')groups of the backone are substituted by 3-OH-14: 0, and unhydroxy fatty acids appear to be the subtituents of the hydroxy group of 3-OH-14 :0, in the means of formation of 3-acyloxyacyl ester and amides.
