Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and nursing intervention on patients with massive myocardial infarction (MMI) complicated cardiac arrest (CA) .Methods :A total of 100 MMI + CA patients ,who were treated in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 ,were selected .According to CA‐to‐CPR time ,patients were divided into >6min group (n=12) ,4~6min group (n=21) ,1~3min group (n=33) and <1min group (n=34) .CPR result ,patient outcome ,and satisfaction of patients and their family's on first aid and nursing were observed and compared among all groups .Results:Number of successful revived cases was 0 ,4 ,18 and 28 cases in > 6 min group ,4~6min group ,1~3min group and <1min group respectively ,there were 50 cases successfully revived in total .Compared with >6 min group ,4~6min group ,there were significant rise in success rates of CPR (0% ,19.05% vs .54.55% ,82.35% ) in 1~3min group and <1min group ,P<0.05 or <0.01. Cure rate was 43 (86. 00% ) in successful revived patients ,including 15 cases from 1~3min group and 28 cases from <1min group .Patient′s satisfaction was 66.67% ,90.48% ,93.94% and 97.06% in >6 min group ,4~6min group ,1~3min group and <1min group respectively ,and total satisfaction rate was 92.00% .No medical dispute occurred . Conclusion:CPR timing is the key of emergency rescuing patients with massive myocardial infarction complicated cardiac arrest ,and function of nursing intervention is great because it enhances rescue effect .
5.Progress in the study of the association between diabetes mellitus and abdominal aortic aneurysm
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2017;33(2):153-155
Epidemiologic evidence suggests that diabetes mellitus appears to be negatively associated with abdominal aortic aneurysm formation. Diabetes mellitus may affect the physiological characteristics of the aorta and reduce the prevalence, incidence and expansion rate of abdominal aortic aneurysm. But the impact of diabetes mellitus on the rupture, operative complication and clinical outcome of abdominal aortic aneurysm is unclear. Randomized controlled trials are needed before conclusions can be drawn on the link between development and expansion of abdominal aortic aneurysm and medicines for diabetes. This review aims to analyze updated evidence of the association between diabetes mellitus and abdominal aortic aneurysm.
6.Clinical observation of the effect of mouse nerve growth factor on anterior ischemic optic neuropathy
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(10):1156-1158
Objective To observe curative effect of the rat nerve growth factor (NGF) treatment on anterior ischemic op?tic neuropathy(AION). Methods Patients with AION (n=78) were randomly divided into mouse NGF treatment group (treatment group):39 cases (39 eyes) and conventional treatment group (control group):37 cases (37 eyes). Patients in control group were given Actovegin 1.2 g intravenously, once a day while patients in treatment group were given 18μg mouse NGF once a day. Milton insurable were given orally at 0.5 mg, 3 times per day at both groups. Dexamethasone of 3 mg were given retrobulbarly once a day upon onset of symptoms and the extend of edema for 3 to 5 days. Rat nerve growth factor were given for consecutive14 days as a period of treatment, and the curative effect was observed after 28 days of treatment. Results In the treatment group:treatments were obviously effective in 28 eyes (71.79%), effective in 7 eyes (17.95%) and ineffective in 4 eyes (10.26%), so the total effective rate was 89.74%; In control group: treatments were obviously effective in 11 eyes (29.73%), effective in 15 eyes (40.54%) and ineffective in 11 eyes (29.73%), so the total effective rate was 70.27%. Curative effects in these 2 groups were of statistical significance (Z=3.552, P<0.05). Vision acuity and average light sensitivity in vi?sual field are better in treatment group than those control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mouse NGF is effective in the treat?ment of AION and can improve vision acuity and visual field, therefore is worth promoting.
7.Therapeutic Observation of Application at Shenque (CV8) for Primary Dysmenorrhea Due to Blood Stagnation
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(2):162-166
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of application at Shenque (CV8) in treating primary dysmenorrhea due to blood stagnation.Method Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to blood stagnation were enrolled and randomized into a treatment group and a control group to receive the corresponding intervention, started 3 d prior to menstruation. The treatment group was intervened by application at Shenque with Chinese herbal medicinewhile the control group was by orally taking Ibuprofen sustained release capsules, successively for 3 menstrual cycles. The pre-treatment, short-term and follow-up dysmenorrhea scores and traditional Chinese medicine symptom and sign scores for blood stagnation were recorded, and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed.Result The short-term total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, slightly lower than 96.7% in the control group, while the long-term therapeutic efficacy in the treatment group (93.3%) was obviously higher than that in the control group (50.0%). The changes in the symptom and sign scores for blood stagnation in the treatment group were more significantthan those in the control group, especially in the scores of menstruation amount, blocked menstrual flow, color of menstrual blood and blood clots (P<0.01). No adverse events occurred during the whole study. Conclusion Application at Shenque can effectively release menstrual pain and improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea due to blood stagnation.
8.Vitamin B6 related epilepsy
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(24):1841-1848
Vitamin B6 related epilepsy is a group of epileptic diseases, seizures in which could not be con-trolled by antiepileptic drugs, but could be controlled or obviously improved by vitamin B6 .It comprises of pyridoxine dependent epilepsy and pyridoxine responsive epilepsy predominantly, and the latter includes vitamin B6 responsive in-fantile spasms, pyridox(am)ine -5′-phosphate oxidase (PNPO)deficiency, hyperphosphatasia mental retardation syndrome (Mabry syndrome)and so on.The clinical presentations of the diseases above are nonspecific, manifesting as refractory seizures onset in neonatal or infantile period, which need to be distinguished from other diseases such as new-born hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,Ohtahara syndrome and non -ketotic hyperglycinemia.Pyridoxine dependent epilepsy,PNPO deficiency and Mabry syndrome have relative specific biomarkers and known disease -causing genes, which are helpful for diagnosis. It is suggested that pyridoxine or pyridoxal phosphate should be tried first for all patients started seizures early (including all infantile spasms patients),avoiding missing these diseases. And once diagnosed,vi-tamin B6 should be maintained long -term or all the life according to the detailed disease.
