3.Experimental studies on pulmonary injury in rabbits of hemorrhagic shock after the depression of reticuloendothelial system(RES)
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Rabbits were used in examination of pulmonary coefficient, pulmonary light microscopic examination, coagulation test, blood gas and pH in hemorrhagic shock, blockade of the RES and hemorrhagic shock after blockade of the RES. Our studies indicate that the pulmonary injury was only seen in hemorragic shock after blockade of RES.The portal vein blood in hemorragic shock after the depression of RES was perfused to other rabbits of only depression of RES. Release of leukocytes from the liver and spleen, leukocytes entrapment in the lungs and pulmonary injury were observed in the perfused rabbits. The results suggest that a pathologic factor causing pulmonary injury is present in the portal vein blood of shocked rabbits after the depression of RES.
4.The future trend in laboratory diagnosis of peripheral blood cell morphology
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2013;(5):389-392
The laboratory diagnosis of peripheral blood cell morphology by manual light microscopy remains one of the major labor-intensive procedures at the present time. The development speed and clinical application of blood cell morphology have been restricted evidently as a result of the manual procedure and so on.A revolutionary change appears in the laboratory diagnosis of peripheral blood cell morphology because automated digital image analysis (ADIA) has grown rapidly in the last ten years.A development trend will be the laboratory diagnosis of peripheral blood cell morphology by ADIA in future, and which may replace a majority of morphologic examination by manual microscopy in the wake of the technique use in medical laboratory.

6.Strengthen the application of platelet function tests in monitoring antiplatelet drug treatment
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;31(1):9-12
Many platelet function tests can be used for monitoring antiplatelet drug for the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases. These monitoring tests may be chosen based on different antiplatelet drugs which include aspirin, clopidogrel and GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ a antagonist. There is difference of the drug resistance which is validated by different platelet function tests, and the relation with clinical adverse events should be farther clarifled.
7.ABCE1 silencing enhances sensitivity to beta-eiemene of electrotransferred ovarian cancer stem cells
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(28):4149-4154
BACKGROUND:It is likely to find that ABCE1 plays an important part in the occurrence and progression of cancers through in-depth study. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of ABCE1 silencing on the proliferation and sensitivity toβ-eiemene of ovarian cancer stem cel s via electrotransfection. METHODS:siRNA sequence of ABCE1 was designed and synthesized, and then was electrotransfection into ovarian cancer stem cel s. Subsequently, expressions of ABCE1 mRNA and protein in ovarian cancer stem cel s after ABCE1 silencing were detected by RT-PCR and western blot assay;the cel cycle was detected using flow cytometry;the sensitivity of ovarian cancer stem cel s toβ-eiemene after ABCE1 silencing was analyzed by MTT assay and colony-formation assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After ABCE1 silencing, expressions of ABCE1 mRNA and protein in ovarian cancer stem cel s were significantly reduced. And the cel cycle was arrested in G0/G1 phase, and the number of cel s in S phase significantly decreased. Furthermore, the sensitivity of ovarian cancer stem cel s toβ-eiemene after ABCE1 silencing was significantly enhanced. In conclusion, ABCE1 silencing cannot only significantly inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer stem cel s, but also enhance the sensitivity of cancer stem cel s toβ-eiemene.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(11):1517-1519
Objective To investigate the clinical value of anti-nuclear antibody(ANA) and anti-nuclear antibody spectrum(ANAs) detection. Methods A total of 2 325 patients with or suspected with autoimmune diseases(AID) were enrolled and detected for ANA and ANAs by using indirect immunofluorescence assay(IIF) and linear immunoblot assay(LIA) respectively. All detected results were analyzed. Results Among 2 325 patients,896 cases(38.54%) were positive with ANA,with positive rate of 45.46% in female patients, which was higher than the 18.46% of male patients(P<0.05),and the common fluorescence patterns were nuclear particle pattern, nuclear homogeneous pattern and the nucleolus pattern.816 cases(35.10%) were positive with ANAs,and the positive rates of anti-Sjogren's syndrome(SS)-B antibody, anti Ro-52 antibody and anti SS-A antibody were relatively higher. The consistency rate of the two methods was 91.66%.Conclusion ANA and ANAs detection could be with certain correlation, but might be not completely consistent, detection could improve the detection rate and reduce the missed detection rate.
9.Hoffman's virtual guilt theory: the progress of guilt study in psychological field
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(40):180-182
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the progress of the study on guilt in psychology and to evaluate its theoretical implications.DATA SOURCE: Search on computer for the related literature on Hoffman and guilt, empathy moral published from January 1980 to December 2003 using psychological database, the key words being "Hoffman, guilt, empathy, moral" restricting the language of the articles to English.STUDY SELECTION: Among the retrieved articles, choose Hoffman's works and articles, and articles by other psychologists whose works touch on articles on Hoffman guilt or virtual guilt study and exclude articles about repeated research.DATA EXTRACTION: Mter refining the selected articles focusing on guilt and virtual guilt, 9 works and articles on Hoffman's study on virtual guilt were gathered.DATA SYNTHESIS: The 9 works include 1 general statement and 8 treatises of which I treatise explains the implication and categorization of virtual guilt, 1 general statement and 3 treatises explain the mechanics that result in virtual guilt, 5 treatises analyze factors that affect virtual guilt, and 1 treatise evaluates the Hoffman's works, theoretical significance.CONCLUSION: Hoffman's theory believes that virtual guilt is that people self-incriminate due to the guilt they feel as if they committed wrongdoing or indirectly hurt others although they in fact have not done anything hurtful or their deeds have not violated publicly held social moral disciplines. Virtual guilt is divided into four categories: relationship guilt, responsibility guilt, developmental guilt and survivor guilt. He also believes that virtual guilt is produced through the combination of empathetic grief and cognitive ascription, mainly affected by previous experience, empathyrelated capacity, level of morality and degree of relationship. Hoffman's study of virtual guilt not only expands the field of guilt study and enriches the content of guilt study but also reveals from a new angle the self-adaptive and self-educational role that moral sentiments play in individual moral development.
