We experienced women's helpless plight of domestic violence and extramarital affairs through the data of survey and case records in Women's Federation.Women in modern society are still experiencing domestic violence from their husbands' abuse and spiritual betrayal that often can't be solved in time. All these cases fully reflected neglect of females and unfair treatment to women from social systems.According to the analysis based on realities, the above hurt women encountered in their lives goes against basic bioethical principles. Not only sufficient attention but also legal measures are required to promote the harmonious development of society.

Objective To investigate the effects of the donor age on the growth of human mesenchymal stem cells(hMSCs) in vitro. Methods HMSCs were isolated by using density gradient centrifuge method from 39 donors of different ages (7 to 79 years old), and cultured in vitro. The adhesive cells were preserved to passage, then their growth and proliferation capability were determined. Results The hMSCs from younger donors showed a stronger capability of proliferation compared with the hMSCs from older donors. Conclusion The proliferation capability of hMSCs decreased with aging. The results have significant implications for the proposed clinical application of hMSCs.

BACKGROUND:Matrix extracel ular phosphoglycoprotein phosphorylated extracel ular matrix glycoprotein (MEPE) gene plays an important role in bone mineralization and absorption as wel as the balance of osteoblasts and osteoclasts. Studies on the function and regulatory mechanism of MEPE can provide new ideas for the treatment of osteoporosis. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the regulatory effects of transcription factor Runx2 on MEPE promoter in mouse preosteoblasts, thereby preliminarily studying the Runx2 effects in the process of bone formation and development. METHODS:First of al , the Runx2 eukaryotic expression vector was built according to the gene sequence of Runx2 in Genebank;then the dual luciferase reporter assay was employed to analyze the effects of Runx2 on transcription activity of MEPE promoters with different lengths in order to determine the promoter region in which Runx2 has significant effect. Afterwards, the effects of Runx2 on transcipition activity of MEPE gene promoter which induced by three MAPK signaling pathway inhibitors were investigated. Final y, real-time PCR was used to analyze the expression activity of MEPE gene promoter regulated by Runx2. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:We successful y constructed the Runx2 eukaryotic expression vector. Dual luciferase reporter assay showed that Runx2 could increase the transcription activity of MEPE gene promoter in preosteoblasts, and the fragment area in which Runx2 exhibited the more significant up-regulatory effectiveness was (-300 to+66)366 bp. Runx2 could increase the transcription activity of MEPE gene promoter by activating the MAPK single pathway. The real-time PCR verified that Runx2 increased the expression activity of MEPE gene promoter. These findings indicate that Runx2 can regulate the express of MEPE gene promoter by the MAPK single pathway, in order to build the basis for exploring the process of bone formation and development.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the ?-lactamase genes in 4 kinds of nonfermenting Gram-negative bacilli isolated from the 98th Hospital of PLA. METHODS Sixty strains of Acinetobacter baumannii,30 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,19 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, and 15 strains of Flavobacterium were isolated from hospitalized patients.Nine kinds of ?-lactamases genes of TEM,SHV,OXA,CTX-M,PER,VEB,IMP,VIM and GES were analyzed by PCR and verified by DNA sequencing. RESULTS In A.baumannii and(P.aeruginosa),the positive rates of gene of TEM were 100.0% and 66.7%,respectively.SHV gene was positive in 18 of 60 strains of A.baumannii tested,17 of which were SHV-12 subtype ESBLs.The other was a new SHV type ?-lactamase nominated SHV-48.OXA gene was positive in 1 of 30 strains of P.aeruginosa tested,it was an OXA-10 subtype ESBLs.But the rest of genes were all negative. CONCLUSIONS There exist 4 kinds of(?-lactamase) genes at least in nonfermenting Gram-negative bacilli including TEM-1,SHV-12,SHV-48,and(OXA-10.)

OBJECTIVE: To determine the efficacy of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (18F-FDG PET/CT) in the detection of radiation-induced myocardial damage in beagles by comparing two pre-scan preparation protocols as well as to determine the correlation between abnormal myocardial FDG uptake and pathological findings. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The anterior myocardium of 12 beagles received radiotherapy locally with a single X-ray dose of 20 Gy. 18F-FDG cardiac PET/CT was performed at baseline and 3 months after radiation. Twelve beagles underwent two protocols before PET/CT: 12 hours of fasting (12H-F), 12H-F followed by a high-fat diet (F-HFD). Regions of interest were drawn on the irradiation and the non-irradiation fields to obtain their maximal standardized uptake values (SUVmax). Then the ratio of the SUV of the irradiation to the non-irradiation fields (INR) was computed. Histopathological changes were identified by light and electron microscopy. RESULTS: Using the 12H-F protocol, the average INRs were 1.18 +/- 0.10 and 1.41 +/- 0.18 before and after irradiation, respectively (p = 0.021). Using the F-HFD protocol, the average INRs were 0.99 +/- 0.15 and 2.54 +/- 0.43, respectively (p < 0.001). High FDG uptake in irradiation field was detected in 33.3% (4/12) of 12H-F protocol and 83.3% (10/12) of F-HFD protocol in visual analysis, respectively (p = 0.031). The pathology of the irradiated myocardium showed obvious perivascular fibrosis and changes in mitochondrial vacuoles. CONCLUSION: High FDG uptake in an irradiated field may be related with radiation-induced myocardial damage resulting from microvascular damage and mitochondrial injury. An F-HFD preparation protocol used before obtaining PET/CT can improve the sensitivity of the detection of cardiotoxicity associated with radiotherapy.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2017;37(11):710-713
Objective To establish radiation-induced heart disease ( RIHD) Beagle models, in-vestigate the efficacy of 18 F-FDG PET/CT in the detection of RIHD and observe the pathological changes. Methods The ventricular anterior wall of 12 Beagle dogs were X-ray irradiated locally with a single dose of 20 Gy. 18 F-FDG PET/CT and echocardiography were performed at baseline and 3 months after radiation. ROI was drawn on the irradiation field and the non-irradiation field ( the posterior wall of left ventricle) to obtain the SUVmax . Then the SUVmax ratio of the irradiation field to the non-irradiation field ( INR) was cal-culated. The left ventricular function parameters before and after radiation were obtained by echocardio-graphy. Within 1 week after the imaging examinations were finished, the dogs were sacrificed, and hearts were taken out to perform pathological observation. Paired t test was used to analyze the data. Results High 18 F-FDG uptake in the irradiation field was shown 3 months after radiation. The average INRs before and after radiation were 0.99±0.15 and 2.54±0.43 respectively (t=7.021, P=0.001). No significant difference was ob-served on cardiac function parameters between baseline and 3 months after radiation( t values:from-1.253 to-0.786, all P>0.05) . The pathological results showed a few degenerated myocytes, increased thickness of myocardial vascular walls in irradiated myocardium. Conclusions 18 F-FDG PET/CT can detect early RIHD before abnormal cardiac function. Increased 18 F-FDG uptake in irradiated field may be related to myocardial ischemia which results from microvascular damage by radiation.
