Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2017;16(6):457-459
A questionnaire survey on knowledge of chronic kidney disease (CKD) was conducted among 168 medical staff in suburban Shanghai on March 2016.The results showed that the average score was 53.53±13.35,with the lowest score of 17.5 and the highest score of 82.5;the score of 118 participants (70.2%) was <60.There were significant differences in CKD knowledge levels among medical staff with different age,job positions and job titles (P<0.01);however,there were no significant differences in CKD knowledge between males and females or between doctors and nurses (P>0.05).

Objective:To study microwave-assisted extraction technique of flavonoids from Ophiopogon japonicus. Methods:The effect of the parameters,i.e.ratio of solid to liquid, microwave treatment time, microwave power and volume ratio of ethanol on extraction amount of flavonoid were analyzed by single factor experiment. Results:Optimum processing data were determined as follows:90.0% ethanol as extracting solvent, stock ratio 1:14(g/ml) ,microwave extracting for 4 minutes at the power of MED. The extraction rate was 39.7% higher than that of non-microwave's.Conclusion:Extraction of flavonoids by microwave from Ophiopogon japonicus is an eficient method.

Objective To observe the effects of triptolide(TPL) on the anti-oncogene-APC gene of acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line Jurkat in vitro. Methods The effects of TPL on proliferation Jurkat cells were assayed by using cell culture, MTT. The effects of TPL on APC gene of Jurkat cells were analyzed by nested methylation specific PCR and RT-PCR. The effects of TPL on the proteinum expression of APC gene were detected by Western blotting analysis. Results Following the treatment of TPL, the cell proliferation rate was degraded as the treatment concentration increased and the culture time extended. The effects were dose and time-dependent. The 48 hour IC50 was 19.7 ng/ml. TPL can reverse hypermethylation of APC gene, and induce the expression of the mRNA and the proteinum. Conclusion Low dose TPL could depress the proliferation rate of Jurkat. The possible mechanism might be its reversing the hypermethylation of APC gene and activiting the expression of APC gene.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;23(6):1157-1161
GeneHub software developed by us can be applied to evaluate the significance of expression similarity of genes in each functional unit of different gene function classification systems, and thus to select experiment condition related gene functional units. With different expression similarity measurement and different experiment data, we have applied GeneHub to analyze the expression correlation of functional related genes classified respectively with gene chromosome location, celluar location and interaction, metabolic pathway and signal transduction pathway relationship of protein products of genes. Genes classified according to these multiple ways all showed significant experimental condition related co-expression in our analysis. Our results provide further evidence for the assumption that functional related genes express similarly, which is widely adopted in gene expression profile analysis.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2019;28(10):603-610
Objective:
To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of thalidomide combined with conventional chemotherapy in treatment of acute leukemia by using Meta analysis.
Methods:
Thalidomide combined with conventional chemotherapy was treated as the experiment group, chemotherapy alone was treated as the control group. Thalidomide was taken 100mg once a day, oral administration. The literatures were retrieved from PubMed, Cochrane library, Embase, China Notional Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang and VIP database. The data of the randomized controlled trial (RCT) conformed to inclusion criteria were extracted, and the quality was evaluated, and then StataMP 14.0 software was used to make a Meta analysis.
Results:
A total of 14 studies with 752 patients were included. The experiment group had a higher complete remission rate and the overall response rate compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (
7.Popularization and application of PICC maintenance technology in community hospitals
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2018;24(26):3197-3200
Objective To promote peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) maintenance technology in community, so as to provide the basis for expanding the community nursing service space. Methods A guideline of "government-led, expert-supported, community-based" was applied. From January to September 2016, the medical staff and patients from 9 community hospitals in Qingpu District of Shanghai were evaluated before and after the promotion of PICC maintenance technology, in order to have a better understanding of the application of maintenance technology in the community. Results The promotion of PICC maintenance technology had a significant effects in the community, and 90% of community health service centres developed PICC maintenance technology. Totally 24 community nurses obtained PICC certificate of competence, and successfully served 166 patients with tumor catheterizatoin and maintenance for 1174 times. No catheter-related complications occurred. The patient satisfaction rate was 100%.Conclusions It is safe and feasible to promote the application of PICC maintenance technology in the community. Moreover, the government and the higher medical institutions are recommended to carry out various forms of promotions to actively promote the use of PICC maintenance technology to meet the new round of comprehensive development of community health services reform.

Objective: To search for specific metabolites in the lungs of pneumonia rats fed with a high-calorie diet, as well as explore the changes in the lung metabolites of young rats treated with Yinlai Decoction (YD) and its effects on inflammation-related metabolic pathways. Methods: Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and a special high-calorie diet were used to induce Sprague Dawley (SD) rats to simulate the intestinal state of infant pneumonia. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology (LC-MS/MS) was used to detect metabolites in each group. Supervised orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) model values were used for the detection results to find the differential metabolites. The metabolic pathways that are involved with the differential metabolites were clarified through enrichment analysis and topological analysis. Finally, the T cell receptor signaling pathway (TCR) signal conversion was analyzed by the network pharmacology method. Results: In the high-calorie diet combined with pneumonia group (M3), a total of 55 metabolites were determined to be different from the normal group (N). A total of 36 metabolites were determined to be different from those in the lung metabolites of the YD treatment group (T1). YD had a regulatory effect on glutathione metabolism, arginine and proline metabolism, ascorbic acid and aldehyde metabolism and phenylalanine metabolism. And the small molecule metabolites could act on the FYN and lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase (LCK) target proteins in the TCR signaling pathway, thereby affecting the immune function of the lungs. Conclusion: A high-calorie diet can cause abnormal sphingolipid metabolism in the lungs of young rats, thereby creating chronic lung inflammation in young rats. YD has a beneficial effect when used to treat young rats with LPS-induced pneumonia fed on high-calorie diets. Its mechanisms of action may affect the body's immune pathways by regulating the oxidative stress pathway affected by glutathione metabolism.
