1.Pondering over the faculty and staff employment at institution of higher education
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2000;25(z1):128-130
Qualified personnel are the source of social wealth and they are also the most active factor of the productive force. Nevertheless, planned economy severely hampers the initiative of the people working at institutions of higher learning. This article explores how the engagement system should be established so as to meet the needs of higher education. It is necessary to exert the market mechanism, carry out the principle of publicity, equality and competition, and choose the excellent ones by smashing the out-of-date management methods., and building a good environment where talents could demonstrate their ability, as a result, encourage the others. The current social insurance system should be reformed and set up the corresponding ones serving as guarantee of the personnel reform.

Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine 2014;(11):49-52
Objective Biodegradable is validated by the New Zealand rabbit femoral puncture mesh porous seepage prevention performance of the balloon. Methods The experiment was divided into the experimental group and control group, by piercing the New Zealand rabbit left leg near the femur, establish channel introduced after bone drill, fracture model is established, degradable mesh implant microporous balloon and/or bone cement.Observe and record the operation process of each New Zealand rabbit blood oxygen saturation change and cases of bone cement occur breakup and shortness of breath and groupings. Results Surgery under general anesthesia, bone cement injection process smoothly, balloon group of intraoperative breathing smooth, blood oxygen saturation has no obvious change; CPC group of blood oxygen saturation in the cement perfusion and perfusion after 81.63 +/-32.02, 32.02 +/-32.26, respectively, compared with perfusion 96.67 +/-1.71 in front of the difference is statistically significant, of which 3 cases died in 5 cases, shortness of breath, direct infusion of bone cement is more likely to lead to pulmonary embolism. Conclusions Further confirmed that the degradable mesh porous balloon seepage prevention of CPC and the breakup of the effect is obvious, comply with the design requirements.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory therapeutic role of erythromycin in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) by investigating the effect of erythromycin on the level of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-?B) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in airway epithelium of smoking rats. Methods Wistar rats(n=30)with weighed(150?10) g each,20 were randomly sampled to be exposed to cigarettes smoking for four weeks then 10 of them were exposed wntinuously to cigaretts smoking for eight weeks as smoking, group, other loof them were intragastrically perfused by erythromycih before smoking as evythromycin group, the rest of total 30 rats as control group Then assessed expiratory airway resistance and lung compliance and observed the expression level of NF-?B and ICAM-1 in airway epithelium by using immunohistochemical method.Results(1) The expiratory airway resistance was increased and the lung compliance was degraded significantly in smoking group(5.67?0.32,4.39?0.40)(P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To analyze mutations in the Wilms tumor gene (WT1) in Ieukemogenesis. Methods WT1 gene in peripheral blood was determined by PRC-SSCP technique,in 32 cases of acute leukemia, included 9 cases of acute granulocytic leukemia,8 cases of chronic granulocytic leukemia(mean age-33 years) and 16 specimens of normal subjects were also detected. Results Mutations in the WT1 gene in 3 of 32 leukemias were found .WT1 mutations were found in 11% of cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and in 13% of cases of acute myeloid leukemia,in which they were associtated with a poor response to chemotherapy. Conclusions The mutations in Wilms tumor gene WT1 are associated with leukemogenesis and its therapy, which WT1 transcripts may prove a significant tumor marker, as a MRD monitor in evaluating remission status and early relapse, and may be useful in prognosis of acute leukemia.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(41):187-189
OBJECTIVE: Epileptic attack can cause neuronal damage and increase the risk of potential seizure. Analysis of the possible mechanism of neuronal damage following epileptic seizure may provide evidences for implementing preventive measures against brain damage due to epileptic seizures.DATA SOURCES: A computer-based search of the related publications in PubMed database between June 1995 and June 2004 with different combinations of the key words of "epilepsy", "neuron damage", "necrosis"and "apoptosis", limiting the results to the language of English.STUDY SELECTION: The retrieved articles were examined at first to select reports of experimental study on human and animals related to epilepsy and the subsequent neuronal damages, and their full-text publications were obtained with the other unrelated articles excluded.DATA EXTRACTION: Eighteen articles documenting randomized controlled experiment immediately related to neuronal damage after epilepsy seizure, 4 reporting non-randomized controlled experiments related to central neuronal excitatory toxic damage, and 3 concerning neuronal damage were collected for this review.DATA SYNTHESIS: In the 14 randomized controlled experiments, chemical or electric methods were used to induce epilepsy in the animal models in which the ultrastructural changes of the neurons and cell organelles were observed and the expression of apoptosis-related factors determined. In the 4 non-randomized controlled experiments, central neuronal ischemic and hypoxic models were adopted for observing the expression of various apoptotic factors in the neurons due to different damages with the assistance of electron microscope, to provide direct evidences for the mechanism of central neuronal excitatory toxic damage. The other three related literatures introduced the pathways of neuronal damages and the expression of the related factors.CONCLUSION: Neuronal death after epileptic seizure is correlated with the severity of the damage and mitochondrial functional status, and the mitochondria constitute the control center for neuronal survival. The release of cytochrome C and the activation of caspases are the final common pathway of neuronal damage.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Talent introduction is of great significance for the development of universities and for the raising of the academic standards.Talent introduction in general includes three links, namely, planning, the policy supporting and the concrete implementation. In the supporting policies of the talent introduction various relations should be properly handled, such as the new talents and the old talents relations, the relationship between the introduction and cultivation and the relationship between the high-level personnel and the conventional talents.
