OBJECTIVE:To compared with empirical medication and medication under the guidance of adenosine triphos-phate-tumor chemosensitivity assay (ATP-TCA) in the treatment of platinum resistance recurrent ovarian cancer,and to explore clinical efficacy,survival situation of the occurrence of ADR. METHODS:90 cases of platinum resistant recurrent ovarian cancer were divided into drug sensitive group(46 cases)and control group(44 cases)according to admission order. According to clinical experience,control group was given gemcitabine+ifosfamide+doxorubicin for chemotherapy;according to the ATP-TCA test re-sults,chemotherapy plan of drug sensitive group was determined. A treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 28 d,and both received 2-6 courses of chemotherapy. Chemotherapy efficacy,survival situation and the occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:18 cases receiving paclitaxel,14 cases receiving doxorubicin,6 cases paclitaxe+vinorelbine,5 cases gemcitabi-ne,3 cases topotecan in the drug sensitive group. The total effective rate of drug sensitive group was 58.70%,which was signifi-cantly higher than that(36.96%)of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The progression free survival and medi-an survival of drug sensitive group were significantly longer than those of control group,and half year survival rate and 1-year sur-vival rate were higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The incidence of ADR was 82.61% in drug sensi-tive group and 80.43% in control group,without statistical significance(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:According to ATP-TCA test results,chemotherapy efficacy and survival situation of patients with platinum resistant recurrent ovarian cancer receiving targeted chemotherapy regimen are better than those receiving clinical empirical medication,and the incidence of ADR will not be influ-enced.

Objective To select the optimum ultrasonic extracting method of polysaccharides from Rosa Laevigatae Michx in Guizhou. Methods Independent variables were solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature, dependent variable was extraction rate ratio of polysaccharides from Rosa Laevigatae Michx.Linear or nonlinear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the process of extraction.Prediction was carried out through comparing the observed and predicted value. Results The optimum extraction condition for the polysaccharides was as follows: extracting at 75 ℃ for 60 min and ratio of liquid to solid 30??1 ( mL??g ) . The average extraction yield of polysaccharides was 37. 54% under the optimum extraction condition. Conclusion This optimized extraction process is simple and reliable for the extraction of polysaccharides from Rosa Laevigatae Michx in Guizhou.

Objective To investigate the level of the red blood cell (RBC) distribution width and other related indicators to predict the prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure elderly.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in the patients with chronic heart failure elderly which died in our hospital (experimental group) and 100 patients were selected randomly that with heart failure elderly being improved by treatment (control group).The difference was compared in the level of the RBC distribution width (RDW),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),homocysteine (Hcy),D-dimer (DD),and amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in two groups.Results The level of RDW,hsCRP,Hcy,DD,and NT-proBNP in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜0.01).Conclusions Chronic heart failure was common clinical critically ill in the elderly.There were important clinical significance and important predictors to detect the levels of RDW,hs-CRP,Hcy,DD,and NT-proBNP in predicting prognosis and evaluating the effect of treatment.

Objective:To enhance the immune efficiency of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)DNA vaccine,the ORF5 genes were used as candidate genes to construct the recombinant plasmids CpG-pVAX1-ORF5 by pVAX1 as eukaryotic expression vector.The aim is to analyze the immune responses and the effects of CpG-ODN induced by GP5 recombinant plasmids of PRRSV.Methods:Piglets were immunized with recombinant DNA plasmids which expressed PRRSV GP5 for three inoculations.The PRRSV antibody in serum,the concentration of IL-2 and the lymphocyte proliferation test(MTT) in peripheral blood of vaccinated piglets were detected.The vaccinated pigs were challenged intranasally with PRRSV SD2.Results:GP5 DNA immunization with CpG resulted in the production of both PRRSV antibodies and cellular immune(a significant enhancement of a lymphoproliferative response ).The CpG-pVAX1-ORF5 was showed significantly better protection from the PRRSV challenge compared with the control plasmid.This immune response was characterized by a significantly decreased frequency of viraemia with decrease of 80% compared with the control group.There were little clinical symptoms and protection in some extent from lung damage.Conclusion:The results indicate that CpG-ODN could be used as immune adjuvant of PRRSV DNA vaccine.

Objective:To examine the relationship of parental rearing,self-concept and personality traits of spring bud classes.Methods:A sample of 113 students,including spring buds' 30,non-spring buds' 30,and middle schools' 43,was tested by NEO-PI-R,CAPI,EMBU and Self-concept scale.Results:①Punishment of father,rejection and denial of mother and parental partiality of control group was higher than those of spring bud classes.②Family self-concept of spring bud classes was higher than that of non-spring bud classes.③Neuroticism of control group was higher than that of spring bud classes,but extraversion,human relationship orientation and flexibility of spring bud classes were higher than those of control group.④Partiality of father had positive correlation to extraversion and face of spring bud class students.Personality,moral and family self-concept had positive correlation to harmonious of spring bud class students.Conclusion:Personality and family self-concept of spring bud class students is greatly affected by parental rearing.

Objective To observe long-term clinical and rehabilitation effect of Xingnaojing injection with hyperbaric oxygen on the stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods100 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia from May 2012 to April 2014 in Wuzhong City People's Hospital Affiliated to Ningxia Medical University during the period.According to the stochastic indicator method, the object of this study were divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases).For all patients with conventional treatment, daily aspirin 0.5 g, nim horizon each time, three times a day oral treatment, control group patients on the basis of the joint 20 mL Xingnaojing injection, once a day.Patients in the experimental group were given hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of the combination, for an hour every day.Treatment for 2 months after hospital discharge, 18 months after treatment to return of two groups of patients, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment action, ability of daily life, the quality of life as well as the secondary injury, and the patient's neurologic deficits were evaluated.ResultsIn 18 months after treatment, the treatment group patients walk rate was 68%, significantly higher than that of control group 42%(P<0.05), nerve function defect assessment in experimental group patients was (10.43±2.19) scores,was significantly better than control group (16.04±3.23) scores, daily life ability, life quality and improve secondary injury effect in experimental group was significantly better than control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionXingnaojing injection combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia, can improve long-termdaily life skills, and improve quality of life with rehabilitation, the long-term clinical effect is remarkable, less adverse reaction.

Objective To investigate relationship between the level of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and severity extent,risk factors of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The serum hs-CRP was measured in 186 patients with atherothrobotic cerebral infarction(ACI), in 155 patients with lacunar infarction (LI) and in 329 normal controls by automatic analyzer, levels of blood glucose and blood lipid were detected at the same time. The relationship between hs-CRP and the degree of nerve damage in patients with acute cerebral infarction observed and analyzed. AIM: To optimize the parameters of processing for Arctium Lappa.METHODS: The contents of arctiin and arctigenin in Arctium Lappa were determined with HPLC,and the total yields of them were chosen as in-dex.The orthogonal test was adopted to acquire the optimum technology for processing Arctium Lappa.RESULTS: The study showed that the best processing parameters for Arctium Lappa consisted of 300 ℃ of the drying tempera-ture and 4-5 minutes of processing time.CONCLUSION: The processing method is reasonable,stable and reliable,and can be used in commercial production.

Objective To identify the effect of oral cod liver oil on serum 25-Hydroxyvitamin D [25 (OH)D] level in breast-fed infants during winter.Methods Healthy newborn infants were recruited at Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics between December 2009 and February 2010 for the self-controlled study.Serum samples were obtained with 2 ml umbilical cord blood for each neonate.The neonates received vitamin D supplementation in the form of oral cod liver oil from 15 days to 4 months after birth.For each exclusively breastfed infant,2 ml fasting venous blood was collected at the end of postnatal 4 months to separate serum.Serum 25 (OH) D concentrations of the infants were determined with umbilical cord blood serum and venous blood serum.Results Altogether 43 exclusively breastfed infants were enrolled,including 26 boys and 17 girls.The mean serum 25 (OH)D concentration in umbilical cord blood was (20.9 ± 5.1) nmol/L (12.5-32.1 nmol/L).All the neonates were vitamin D deficient.The mean serum 25 (OH) D concentration in infants at 4 months was (106.3 ± 42.4) nmol/L (30.2-208.5 nmol/L).Among the infants,the serum 25 (OH) D level was ＜ 50 nmol/L in 4 infants (the rate of vitamin D deficiency being 9.3％),50-75 nmol/L in 7,75-150 nmol/L in 25,and ≥150 nmol/L in 7.A positive correlation was detected between serum 25(OH)D level and cod liver oil dose (r =0.530,P =0.001).The average percentage of the missed doses (missed doses/prescribed doses) was 36.1％,negatively correlated with serum 25 (OH)D level (r =-0.634,P =0.001).Conclusions Vitamin D deficiency is common among infants born during winter in northern China.Daily oral intake of cod liver oil in infants can significantly increase serum 25 (OH) D level; However,the prevention of vitamin D deficiency cannot be ensured if doses are missed.
