Objective To study the effect of static magnetic field (SMF) on levels of lipid peroxidation in liver kidney and brain tissues in mice. MethodsThirty mice were randomly assigned to groups A,B,C and D, and exposed to static magnetic fields with four different intensities of(24.6?4.2)mT, (42.0?2.1)mT, (63.5?3.0)mT, (85.1?2.9)mT, respectively, for an average of 4 hours daily for 15 days. Then the mice were sacrificed and the amount of MDA in liver, kidney and brain tissues in mice were measured. 2.Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of work engagement of wound therapists

Objective To understand the current status and analyze the factors affecting the work engagement of wound therapists,and to provide references for promoting their work engagement.Methods From September 2022 to March 2023,wound therapists who were certificated by European Wound Management Association for more than 3 months were selected as subjects by convenient sampling method.The data was collected by the General Information Questionnaire,Hospitals and Wound Clinics Questionnaire,Areas of Worklife Scale and Specialty Nurse Work Engagement Scale,and the factors influencing the work engagement of wound therapists were analyzed by univariate and multiple liner regression.Results A total of 219 wound therapists were included.The total mean score of areas of worklife was(99.37±13.70);the average score of items was(3.55±0.49);the total mean score of the specialty nurse work engagement was(140.01±16.00);the average score of items was(4.38±0.50).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that reward,community,fairness,and values were factors influencing the work engagement of wound therapists(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher average score of each dimension of areas of worklife could predict the higher level of work engagement for wound therapists.Nursing managers should pay more attention to the job-matching degree of specialty nurses and adopt scientific and effective management methods to improve the job-matching,which will help improve the specialty nurses'work engagement and satisfaction and reduce job burnout.
3.Application effect of respiratory failure "disease-characteristics nursing quality improvement" program in RICU

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of respiratory failure "disease-characteristics nursing quality improvement" program(DNQIP)in respiratory intensive care unit(RICU).Methods On basis of patient-centered,evidence-based practice and high-quality nursing service chain,DNQIP nursing service procedure and scheme was built for patients with respiratory failure. The self-rating ability of nurses and the patients′ relevant indicators before and after the implementation of DNQIP were observed and evaluated.ResultsAfter DNQIP,the self-rating comprehensive professional ability of nurses was improved from(61.1±13.6)to(84.2±10.3)(P<0.05). The integrity of nurse′s assessment for patients with respiratory failure increased from 51.7% to 75.4%. The incidence of VAP decreased from 5.86‰ to 2.09‰.Conclusions Evidence-based DNQIP can improve the nursing quality provided to patients with respiratory failure and the ability of nurses.
4.Current status and influencing factors of burnout of wound therapists

Objective:To investigate the status quo of burnout and influencing factors of burnout of wound therapists in China, so as to provide support for the growth and development of wound therapist.Methods:From September 2022 to March 2023, a total of 235 specialist nurses certified as wound therapists in China were selected as research objects by the convenient sampling method. General information questionnaire of wound therapists, Areas of Worklife Scale (AWS), Specialty Nurse Work Engagement Scale (SNWES) and Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (MBI-HSS) were used to investigate the wound therapists. Binomial Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of wound therapist burnout.Results:A total of 235 questionnaires were sent out in this study, and 219 were effectively collected, with an effective recovery rate of 93.2%. Among 219 wound therapists, 125 (57.1%) were positive for burnout. The results of binomial Logistic regression analysis showed that job title, work load, team atmosphere and work value were the influencing factors of wound therapist burnout ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The detection rate of occupational burnout among wound therapists is relatively high, and professional titles, workload, team atmosphere and work value affect their job burnout, suggesting that nursing managers should adopt corresponding measures to improve the occupational environment of wound therapists and reduce their job burnout.

Objective To retrieve and analyze the evidences on insulin injection position selection and rotation in patients with diabetes, and to summary the best evidence. MethodsWe took "diabetes mellitus""insulin" "injection" "position" "rotation" as subject terms to retrieve the evidences on insulin injection position selection and rotation in the evidence-based database such as the British Medical Journal (BMJ) best practice, Uptodata, Cochrane Library (2014), Joanna Briggs Institute Library, Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO), Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) and National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC) as well as the comprehensive database such as the Embase, Elsevier science Direct, PubMed, Web of Science, OVID, China Biological Medicine (CBM) and WanFang data. ResultsA total of 13 evidences were included, 2 evidence summaries, 7 guidelines and 4 consensus. Four kinds of evidence were summarized including training for insulin standardized injection and management, evaluation, injection position and rotation. ConclusionsMedical staff should standardize the clinical practice behavior in insulin injection position selection and rotation based on relevant levels of evidence-based medicine to guarantee the safety of patient and improve quality of nursing.
6.Vitamin D status in early pregancy

Objective To investigate the serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D concentrations and related factors in early pregnancy. Methods Plasma was collected in the first trimester from 23 396 pregnant women to inves-tigate the vitamin D level, and its distribution and differences in different age, body maxx index ( BMI) and seasons between primipara and multipara. Preterm birth was used as an indicator of clinical outcomes. Vitamin D concentrations were measured using chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay. Results 25-hydroxy vi-tamin D level was 42. 0 (17. 6-76. 6) nmol/L in totally 23 396 pregnant women with early pregnancy, and 5% and 95% percentile sites of vitamin D level were 20. 2 nmol/L and 70. 7 nmol/L respectively. There were 18 170 (77. 7%) primiparas and 5 226 (22. 3%) multiparas, with the mean age of 30. 0 (24. 0-38. 0) years and BMI of 20. 7 (16. 5-27. 6) kg/m2. The number of cases detected in spring (March, April and May), summer (June, July and August), autumn (September, October and November months) and winter (Decem-ber, January and February) were 5 878, 5 554, 5 974, and 5 990, respectively, and the vitamin D levels were 40. 0 (29. 3, 52. 7) nmol/L, 46. 2 (35. 6, 57. 2) nmol/L, 43. 8 (33. 1, 54. 8) nmol/L and 37. 2 (26. 9, 49. 9) nmol/L respectively, with the difference in vitamin D levels statistically significant among the four seasons (P<0. 001). According to BMI, all pregnant women were divided into four groups as BMI<18. 5 kg/m2, 18. 5 kg/m2≤BMI≤23. 9 kg/m2, 24 kg/m2≤BMI≤27. 9 kg/m2, BMI≥28 kg/m2, and the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D were 43. 5 (30. 9, 56. 9) nmol/L, 42. 1 (30. 8, 53. 8) nmol/L, 39. 9 (30. 7, 50. 4) nmol/L and 39. 7 (30. 7, 49. 4) nmol/L respectively with the difference statistically significant among the four groups. The levels of vitamin D detected in pregnant women with age<25 years, 25~29 years, 30~34 years,≥35 years were 39. 1 ( 28. 4, 52. 3) nmol/L, 41. 3 ( 30. 1, 52. 9) nmol/L, 42. 4 ( 31. 2, 54. 1) nmol/L and 43. 8 (31. 9, 55. 7) nmol/L respectively and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 001). The levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in primary and multiparas were 41. 6 (30. 2, 52. 9) nmol/L and 43. 5 (32. 5, 56. 8) nmol/L with the difference statistically significant (P<0. 001). Among women of different gestational age during childbirth, the differences in serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D in early pregnancy were not statistically significant (P=0. 121). The severe deficiency of vitamin D in early pregnancy was defined as serum level of 25-hydroxy vita-min D less than 5th level. There were statistical differences in the probability of severe vitamin D deficiency of dif-ferent ages, seasons and BMI between primiparas and multiparas. Conclusions Pregnant women of lower weight, lower age and primiparity have higher incidence of the severe vitamin D deficiency in early trimester of pregnancy. 7.Clinical and radiographic effect of simultaneously labial and lingual augmented corticotomy: a prospective case series study

Objective:To investigate soft-and hard-tissue changes after simultaneously labial and lingual augmented corticotomy in patients with insufficient alveolar bone thickness of lower anterior teeth both in labial and lingual side during orthodontic treatment.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022, 10 patients [2 males and 8 females, (26.2±3.1) years old] who received orthodontic and orthognathic combined treatment from the Fourth Clinical Division, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology were selected. The alveolar bone thickness of lower anterior teeth both in labial and lingual side in these patients was less than 0.5 mm according to cone-beam CT examination before or during treatment, and 60 lower anterior teeth were included. The 10 patients were treated with simultaneously labial and lingual augmented corticotomy. The differences in gingival recession, papilla index and the differences in labial and lingual alveolar bone thickness of lower anterior teeth were compared.Results:Six months after surgery, the alveolar bone thicknesses at the 4 mm under cemento-enamel junction (CEJ), 8 mm under CEJ and at the apical level [labial side: (1.02±0.39), (2.22±0.89) and (4.87±1.35) mm; lingual side: (1.07±0.46), (2.31±1.04) and (3.91±1.29) mm] were significantly higher than that before surgery [labial side: (0.02±0.09), (0.06±0.21) and (2.71±1.33) mm]; lingual side: (0.14±0.29), (0.40±0.52) and (2.13±1.02) mm] ( P<0.001), respectively. The increases in alveolar bone thickness of central incisors [apical level on labial side: (2.53±1.20) mm, 8 mm under CEJ on lingual side: (2.27±1.24) mm, apical level on lingual side: (2.66±1.49) mm] and lateral incisors [apical level on labial side: (2.42±1.30) mm, 8 mm under CEJ on lingual side: (2.28±0.92) mm, apical level on lingual side: (1.94±1.15) mm] were significantly higher than that of canines [apical level on labial side: (1.52±1.47) mm, 8 mm under CEJ on lingual side: (1.17±1.09) mm,apical level on lingual side: (0.74±1.37) mm] ( P<0.01). There were no significant differences in the degree of gingival recession [labial side before surgery: (0.72±0.88) mm, lingual side before surgery: (0.80±1.09) mm; labial side 6 months after surgery: (0.72±0.81) mm,lingual side 6 months after surgery: (0.89±0.21) mm] and gingival papilla index [before surgery: 1.00(0.75, 2.00); 6 months after surgery: 1.00(1.00, 2.00) ] between pre-operation and 6 months after surgery ( P>0.05). No serious complications occurred. Conclusions:The method used in this article for simultaneously labial and lingual augmented corticotomy was safe and feasible. This surgery has positive clinical significance for the stability of the periodontal tissue in orthodontic treatment for patients with alveolar bone thickness less than 0.5 mm of lower anterior teeth both in labial and lingual side.
8.Dual-targeting and microenvironment-responsive micelles as a gene delivery system to improve the sensitivity of glioma to radiotherapy.

Dbait is a small double-stranded DNA molecule that has been utilized as a radiosensitizer to enhance the sensitivity of glioma to radiotherapy (RT). However, there is no effective drug delivery system to effectively overcome the blood-brain barrier (BBB). The aim of this study was to develop a gene delivery system by using the BBB and glioma dual-targeting and microenvironment-responsive micelles (ch-K(s-s)R8-An) to deliver Dbait into glioma for RT. Angiopep-2 can target the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein-1 (LRP1) that is overexpressed on brain capillary endothelial cells (BCECs) and glioma cells. In particular, due to upregulated matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) in the tumor microenvironment, we utilized MMP-2-responsive peptides as the enzymatically degradable linkers to conjugate angiopep-2. The results showed that ch-K(s-s)R8-An micelles maintained a reasonable size (80-160 nm) with a moderate distribution and a decreased mean diameter from the cross-linking as well as exhibited low critical micelle concentration (CMC) with positive surface charge, ranging from 15 to 40 mV. The ch-K5(s-s)R8-An/pEGFP showed high gene transfection efficiency , improved uptake in glioma cells and good biocompatibility and . In addition, the combination of ch-K5(s-s)R8-An/Dbait with RT significantly inhibited the growth of U251 cells . Thus, ch-K5(s-s)R8-An/Dbait may prove to be a promising gene delivery system to target glioma and enhance the efficacy of RT on U251 cells.
