YI Ju-sun is a famous Chinese medical doctor of classical prescription school in Guangdong pronvince,late Qing dynasty.His work JiSi Medical Notes is so professional and elegant that inspires later generations'medical thoughts of syndrome di erentiation,creating rules and drug application.Here is the selective commentary of eight medical notes in the book,cases of intermingled water and heat in blood,non-traumatic hemorrhage,cholera,blooding stool,metrostaxis,heat invading blood chamber,misdiagnosis and child of diarrhea and vomit,which can promulgate profound signi cance and characteristics of Chinese medicine.

The Internal Classic is the earliest xlassical works of TCM in China.From medical and healthy-keeping angle angle,it explains and reiterates the articles on "treating pre-disease" in "Internal Classic.Plain Questions".

Correctly recognize Chinese drugs' toxic and side effects and bad reaction for good result and avoiding harm;fully exert TCM's preventing and treating disease with less harm;reasonably administer drugs,ensure safe and effective administration;get to know conditions and rules for side effects,as possible prevent and reduce their production.

Teacher Lian Jianwei is good at treating internal diseases,however he is experienced at nose diseases too by differentiating signs and looking into inside from outside;now 3 medical concerned cases are extracted for reference.

Drug pair is the basic unit of compatibility of formulas.Through selecting the prescriptions of treating diseases of the liver in "Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases" and "Synopsis of Golden Chamber",we,according to therapeutic methods,classify the commonly used drug pairs in treatment of hepatic disease of ZHANG Zhong-jing into eight kinds:regulating the flow of liver-qi,promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis,dispersing pathogenic wind and calming liver wind,removing jaundice,clearing away liver-heat,expelling liver-cold and warming the liver,nourishing the liver,and harmonizing liver-spleen.And we try to find the compatibility law.

[Objective] To introduce Professor Lian Jianwei's clinical experience in treating cough, insomnia and depression with Ganmai Dazao Decoction. [Methods] Through clinical case studies and analysis of syndrome differentiation, we introduce Professor Lian Jianwei's experience in treating cough, in-somnia, and depression caused by hysteria with Ganmai Dazao Decoction. [Results] Professor Lian Jianwei uses methods of sweet-and-soothing, heart-and-spleen-nourishing and phlegm-reducing-and-spirit-calming respectively to treat cough, insomnia, and depression caused by hysteria with significant efficacy.[Conclusion]Professor Lian Jianwei treats cough, insomnia, and depression caused by hysteria with Ganmai Dazao Decoction with significant effi-cacy. The experience is enlighteningly meaningful to clinical practice.

Objective] To summarize the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Lian Jianwei in diagnosis and treatment of diseases of spleen and stomach. [Methods] Through clinical practice following tutor and analysis of clinical cases, using the method of literature, we study Lian Jianwei's academic point of view and experience of prescription and herb in diagnosis and treatment of diseases of spleen and stomach.[Results] Professor Lian pays attention to adjusting the ascending and descending of Qi, harmonizing liver and spleen, reconciling cold and hot syndrome, emphasizes eliminating dampness chiefly, coordinating attacking pathogen and strengthening the resistance of body, removing blood stasis in chronic illness, advocates to protect stomach Qi and the combination of disease and syndrome. In clinical practice, Professor Lian uses prescription and herb skillfully and gently, so achieves good curative effect in clinic. [Conclusion] Professor Lian has bright academic opinion in the treatment of diseases of spleen and stomach, analyses syndrome carefully, and has abundant clinical experience. His academic thought and clinical experience are worth studying and inheriting deeply for us.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of endometrial receptivity detected by transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging(TV-CDFI) in patients treated with ovulation induction. Methods Fifty-three anovulation patients were divided into two groups at random, 28 cases (67 cycles) in the combined group treated with traditional Chinese medicine and human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG), and 25 cases(66 cycles) in the HMG group were treated with HMG alone. The endometrial thickness, patterns and the parameters of the uterine artery blood flow were detected by TV-CDFI. Results There were significant differences between the conception and non-conception group, and between the combined group and the HMG group in endometrial thickness, patterns and the parameters of the uterne artery blood flow on the day of HCG injection(P

[Objective]To sum up pro. Lian Jianwei’s clinical experience in treating acne. [Method] By proved recipe analysis, it shows pro. Lian Jianwei ’s treatment based on differentiation of signs from different angles and the clinical thought of flexibly applying ancient formulae on acne. [Result] Pro. Lian Jianwei is good at revising ancient formulae for treating acne with good effect, according to patients ’pulse signs and mechanism;if the food is stagnated in the gastric-intestine, which wil transform into heat and up along the channel, Baohe Pil shal be used to remove stagnation and heat; if the liver is de-pressed with heat, deficient blood and weak spleen, Xiaoyan Powder shal be used for regulation and stretching the wood; use Wenqing Drink to nourish blood and remove toxin for deficient blood and hot liver, toxic heat implicated in spleen and stomach; apply Zisheng Pil to regulate and tonify middle part of the body for deficient spleen and stomach with turbidness and dyspepsia, etc. [Conclusion] Pro. Lian Jianwei has rich clinical experience, his clinical thought of “treatment based on differentiation of signs, with flexible methods and formulae, coping with shifting diseases by sticking to a fundamental principle”, worthy our deep experiencing and study.

To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS) and its mechanism. Methods:Sixty LUFS patients were randomly allocated to treatment (electroacupuncture) group and control (hCG) group. The follicular condition and ovarian arterial flow under color Doppler ultrasonogaphy and a change in reproductive endocrine level were observed in the patients before and after treatments. The ovulation rates and pregnancy rates were compared between the two groups,and the mechanism was investigated. Results:Both ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.01). There was a significant difference in the improvement in ovarian arterial flow between the treatment and control groups (P＜0.01). The improvement in endocrine level was significantly more marked in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture has a good effect on luteinized unrupture follicle syndrome. Its mechanism may be related to the improvement in ovarian arterial blood supply and the regulation of endocrine level.
