0.05).The medical expenses of the Hysteroscopic Group was significantly lower than that of the Laparoscopic Group(t=-85.584,P=0.000).Conclusions As compared with laparoscopic conservative operation, hysteroscopic tubal catheterization with MTX injection is another simple,cost-effective,and minimally invasive alternative for early tubal pregnancy.

Objective To evaluate the values of combined detection of soluble mesothelin related proteins (SMRP)and carbohydrate antigen 1 25 (CA1 25)in the diagnosis of malignant peritoneal mesothelioma. Methods 20 patients with malignant peritoneal mesothelioma were selected as the malignant group,50 patients with benign ovar-ian tumor were selected as the benign group,60 healthy women were selected as the control group.Enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was adopted to detect serum SMRP levels and electrochemiluminescence immunifaction (ECLI)was adopted to detect serum CA1 25 levels. The SMRP,CA1 25 levels were compared among all groups, the sensitivity, specificity of SMRP and CA1 25 in the diagnosis of peritoneal malignant mesothelioma were analyzed. Results Serum levels of SMRP,CA1 25 in malignant group were (1 4.8 ±1 .6 )μg/L,(1 89.1 ±1 5.3 )μg/Lrespectively,which were significantly higher than those in the benign group[(3.9 ±0.9)μg/L,(28.6 ±4.2)μg/L] (t =27.40,49.61 0,all P <0.01 )and the control group[(2.8 ±0.7)μg/L,(1 6.9 ±3.8)μg/L](t =29.877, 53.334,all P <0.01 ).The sensitivities of SMRP,CA1 25 detection alone for malignant peritoneal mesothelioma diag-nosis were 65.0%,50%,respectively,while their specificities were 83.6%,79.1 %.The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of SMRP and CA1 25 for malignant peritoneal mesothelioma were 95.0% and 93.6%.Conclusion SMRP has some value in the diagnosis of peritoneal malignant mesothelioma.SMRP combined with CA1 25 detection can markedly improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for malignant peritoneal mesothelioma.

Objective To investigate the effects of plaque staining test on periodontal health of middle-aged and elderly patients with dental implants. Methods Ninety patients with dental implants were included in the study and divided into test group (n=45) and control group (n=45) by using random digit table. In the test group, the patients were all instructed with both routine health education and dental plaque dyeing education, while the control group received routine health education only. The plaque index (PLI) and gingival index (GI) were assessed at months 1 and 6 after implant restoration. Results One month after dental implantation, there were no significant differences in PLI and GI between the two groups (P>0.05), while 6 months after the implantation, the differences in PLI and GI between them were significantly different ( P<0 . 01 ) . Conclusion The plaque dyeing technology applied in the oral health education to elderly patients with dental implants can reduce plaque index and gingival index so that their periodontal health is enhanced.

Objective To establish an artificial intelligence deep learning model using clinical colonoscopy images and video to assist the diagnosis by colonoscopy. Methods More than 600000 colonoscopy images were collected in endoscopic center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from 2014 to 2018, and endoscopic experts recorded a large number of high-quality operation video of colonoscopy as analysis data. After repeated discussion by six experts, the classified intestinal sites and pathological features were determined, and fuzzy and confusable images were deleted. The final selection result was approximately 1 out of 4. And then the features of images were marked using an independently developed software. The deep learning algorithm was developed using TensorFlow platform of Google. Results After repeated comparison and analysis of the results of machine training and judgment results combined with pathology from endoscopic experts, the sensitivity of the model for some diseases ( such as colon polyps) was 99% under laboratory conditions. In the clinical colonoscopy test, the sensitivity, specificity, and overall accuracy of this model for diagnosis of colon polyps were 98. 30%(4187/4259), 88. 10% (17620/20000), and 92. 92% [2×98. 30%×88. 10%/(98. 30%+88. 10%)], respectively. The sensitivity and specificity for ulcerative colitis were 78. 32% ( 2671/3410) , and 67. 06%(13412/20000), respectively. The diagnosis time spent on a single image was 0. 5±0. 03 s, and it was the real time for application, including system recognition, text prompt in video image, background record and storage. Conclusion The artificial intelligence assisted diagnosis model developed by our team can identify colonic polyps, colorectal cancer, colorectal eminence, colonic diverticulum, ulcerative colitis, etc. The auxiliary diagnosis model of colon disease can guide beginners to carry out colonoscopy, and can improve lesion detection rate, reduce misdiagnosis rate, and improve the overall operating efficiency of endoscopic center, which is conducive to the quality control of colonoscopy.

MiRNAs are short, noncoding RNAs that modulate gene expression at the posttranscriptional level and induce the degradation of the mRNA transcript or the inhibition of protein translation. Dicer is an endoribonuclease in the RNase III family that is essential for the production of miRNAs. The abnormal expression of Dicer is frequently found in the occurrence and development process of many kinds of tumors, which is closely related to the treatment and prognosis of tumor.
