International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(13):1886-1887,1890
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(anti-CCP antibody),rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the diagnosis of rheu-matoid arthritis(RA).Methods The detection results of the four serum indicators of 290 cases of patients with RA(RA group), 286 cases of patients with non-RA autoimmune diseases(non-RA group)and 1 50 cases of healthy individuals(control group),from March 2013 to August 2014 in this hospital, were retrospectively analysed. Results The serum levels of the four indicators have significant differences among the three groups, between the RA group and non-RA group, and between the RA group and control group(P =0.000).Between non-RA group and control group, there was significant difference of serum levels of anti-CCP antibodies (P =0.013),while the other three serum indicators had no significant differences (P >0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of anti-CCP antibody and RF,combined detection of anti-CCP antibody,RF and CRP,combined detection of anti-CCP antibody,RF and ESR,and combined detection of anti-CCP antibody,RF,CRP and ESR for RA diagnosis have statistically significant differences (P <0.05),while there was no statistically significant differences of specificity (P > 0.05 ).The area under a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve of anti-CCP antibody,RF,CRP and ESR were 0.873,0.893,0.678 and 0.747,respectively. Conclusion Combined detection of anti-CCP antibody and RF has good specificity and sensitivity, which could improve the clinical diagnosis of RA.Combined detection of CRP and ESR could improve the detection rate of RA.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(2):423-429
An automatic control system was designed to suppress pathological tremor on wrist joint with two degrees of freedom (DoF) using functional electrical stimulation (FES). The tremor occurring in the wrist flexion-extension and adduction-abduction was expected to be suppressed. A musculoskeletal model of wrist joint was developed to serve as the control plant, which covered four main muscles (extensor carpi radialis longus, extensor carpi ulnaris, flexor carpi radialis, and flexor carpi ulnaris). A second-order mechanical impedance model was used to describe the wrist skeletal dynamics. The core work was to design the controller and a hybrid control strategy was proposed, which combined inverse model based on feed forward control and linear quadratic regulator (LQR) optimal control. Performance of the system was tested under different input conditions (step signal, sinusoidal signal, and real data of a patient)., The results indicated that the proposed hybrid controller could attenuate over 94% of the tremor amplitude on multi-DoF wrist joint.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Objective To study the effect of red blood cells on the secretion of white blood cells modulating globulin in patients with cancer with a new immunological reaction experimental system. Methods Cancer cells (S180, 5?10~6/ml) or 0.2ml of NS or 0.2ml of white blood cells and 0.3ml of plasma were added to anticoagulant suspension of white blood cells treated by citric acid and incubated for 1h at 37℃. The content of globulin (g/L) was determined by Olympus AU100 detector method. 0.2ml of cancer cells was added to 0.2ml of whole blood cells and 0.3ml of plasma in the whole blood experimental group. 0.2ml of NS was added to 0.2ml of whole blood cells and 0.3ml of plasma in the control group. 0.2ml of cancer cells was added to 0.2ml of white blood cells and 0.3ml of plasma in the white blood cell isolation experimental group. 0.2ml of NS was added to 0.2ml of white blood cells and 0.3ml of plasma in the control group. Results Activation rate (0.31?0.09) of globulin in whole blood cell experimental group of patients with cancer was significantly decreased compared to that (0.39?0.14) in normal people. Red cell adhesion rate (0.09?0.08) of globulin in control group was also significantly decreased compared to that (0.29?0.14) in normal people. Conclusion The results of our study indicate that the new experimental system can be used for detection of red blood cell-modulating globulin. The function of red blood cells in modulating globulin of patients with cancer is decreased.

Chinese Journal of Nursing 2017;52(6):712-715
Objective To explore the effects of health education based on mobile platform for patients after coronary stent implantation. Methods Totally 118 patients underwent coronary stent implantation were recruited using convenience sampling method, and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method with 59 cases in each group. The control group received face-to-face health education during hospitalization from nurses, and were followed up at 1 month,3 months and 6 months through phone or outpatient follow-up. The experimental group received health education based on mobile platform. Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate health behavior and self-efficacy at 1 month,3 months and 6 months for two groups. Results The scores of health questionnaire in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001);there was no difference in self-efficacy between two groups at 1 month(P>0.05),but at 3 months and 6 months the differences were significant (P<0.001). Conclusion Health education based on mobile health education platform for patients after coronary stent implantation can effectively improve health behavior and self-efficacy,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2010;19(3):253-255
Objective To evaluate the improvement of cone beam CT (CBCT) image quality by using bewtie filter (F_1) and water calibration. Methods First the multi-level gain calibration of the detector panel with the method of Cal_2 calibration was performed, and the CT images of CATPHAN503 with F_0 and bowtic filter were collected, respectively. Then the detector panel using water calibration kit was calibrated, and images were acquired again. Finally, the change of image quality after using F_1 and (or) water calibration method was observed. The observed indexes included low contrast visibility, spatial uniformity, ring artifact, spatial resolution and geometric accuracy. Results Comparing with the traditional combination of F_0 filter and Cal_2 calibration, the combination of bowtie filter F_1 and water calibration improves low contrast visibility by 13.71%, and spatial uniformity by 54. 42%. Water calibration removes ring artifacts effectively. However, none of them improves spatial resolution and geometric accuracy. Conclusions The combination of F_1 and water calibration improves CBCT image quality effectively. This improvement is aid to the registration of CBCT images and localization images.
